The store appears to be clean but the lady making the food was super sick and moved extremely slow. I was in the store 20 to 30 mins w one customer in front of me half done w his order of 2 footlongs. And I only got a 6 inch and wrap. When two more customers came in behind me the unenthused associate asked the other associate to come out and he was less than happy to help. Then the wrap I got was the skinniest thing I've ever gotten from subway. Not worth $24 for those two things and a couple cookies. I will not return to this store.

Leidy R. should NOT be people facing! She comes off as rude and never smiled. Couldn't speak in complete sentences or answer questions asked. Too many small nit-picking things too relate. But it all added up to make this a terrible experience.... We were not asked "for here or to go?" As we paid the other employee stood with a mop bucket between the tables and the door and said "have a nice day" but stood there staring at us, never mopping while we got a drink. I looked at her several times and she was staring at us... I felt very uncomfortable. We will not be returning to this location.

Subway is scary I ordered on line I realized how are they going to know how to make my sandwiches there is no prompt to allow you to tell them how to make your sandwich so I paniced and called them three times they didn't answer there phone then when I got there all they did is laugh at me and told me Goole had the wrong number I just gave them the sandwiches and left the one tall black kid with glasses laughed me out of the store this is a sick place the other day one Subway ran out of bread so I went up the road and that Subway was out of tuna this is the worst run company I have ever saw I will never go to another Subway. EVER

The lady making the sandwiches couldn't speak English very well and fell to give me all the correct answers to my question when I came in with a coupon that allowed me 3 footlongs for $17.99 I asked her 3 times in different ways were my sandwiches cover buy coupon after we finished and it was time to ring up my stuff came to $34.37 when I started to complain and tell her she was wrong another lady came out speaking English better than me. I just surrendered the sandwiches and went to jack in the box

Me and my girlfriend went to get sandwiches and I think some of the workers were new and they made the sandwich extremely sloppy. But it was better than a habachi grill, in terms of entertainment, the sandwich artist was kind and patient, while also being extremely stressed and trying to be detail oriented. Things were falling out of the sandwiches and that made it difficult to close. It needed three (3) stickers. And it still wasn’t fully wrapped. 10/10 coming back later, it was a great laugh and the funniest thing that happened to us all day.

Someone please shut this Subway down. Two mornings in a row, I have placed a mobile order at 8:30 AM, came to pick it up at 8:45 AM as the app stated, and the doors have not even been open. When I asked the manager/employees about this, both times I received inconsistent answers. I understand everyone makes mistakes sometimes, but I’m getting the feeling that it is a common issue at this location. Not going to waste my time here anymore.

We have been going to this subway since it opened. Over the last two months, we’ve noticed the quality was deteriorating. Two weeks ago, two of our sandwiches were made on stale bread. Today I went in to get 3 sandwiches at 11:20 AM. They were out of white foot-long rolls. How does that happen? We’ve decided to take our business elsewhere. Such a shame.

Spoke to the store manager after I did a review after my first visit. She contacted me stating she would speak to her team about only one person in the store and having bread and cookies. Went today 9-10-22 around 8pm and once again no bread options except 2. Will start driving to another one since they can’t seem to have enough bread for the day .

Wow so im at work and called to put in order for pick up and the the guy working told me "no you cant its 11 oclock" i said "i thought you guys where open 24 hours?" He said "yea but im really tired" thats so stupid he needs to be fired asap you dont tell a paying customer that. Ill be making a phone call to the manager in the morning.

This is a great place to eat subway food. It's always quite and clean when I come here and the staff is friendly, fast and efficient. I always come in between normal busy eating times because in offers me more privacy and a quite place to eat. Its a great place. Oh, and the restrooms are always nice and clean when i use them.

Place was good the food was good the only thing that was I had a problem with was the discontinued breads that they offered at one time especially my favorite the honey oats. I'm hoping we get the economy back so we can bring back these breads

They threw my foot long away without calling me. They are ignoring my calls too to get compensation or resolve this issue! Good luck getting a hold of someone. Will be reporting them to corporate.

Drive a few miles to get a couple sandwiches. It's 830pm. They just closed. It's posted as closing at 10pm on Mondays. Could you please correct your hours of operation online. Gas is really expensive right now and I can't afford to drive over here for nothing.

They are the friendliest at this location...its clean too...food was delicious and made properly I just bought sandwiches on Tue Dec 4th at 8pm...There was the most pleasant server there.. We chatted and made a few jokes...Subway at this location is the best.

The service could definitely use some help. Employees looked miserable there and annoyed when I told them that I couldn't hear them. It also seemed as if they weren't even paying attention when I was giving them my order.

There’s this older woman that works here and i’ve seen her many times and she is always mood and throws the ingredients onto the sandwich, she speaks extremely quietly, and looks mad. The sandwiches are great but the customer service is terrible.

I went in to order a breakfast sandwich and was told that the 12 inch was only served with six inch meat!!! Then at check I was charged a totally different(higher) price than what was listed on the display; without an reasonable explanation.

had an online order for a steak and cheese and it had 4 strands of hair and there was more hair than meat on my sandwich wrote a complaint to corporate and never got a response or refund do yourself a favor and never order here

I ordered sandwiches for my daughter's birthday. They were awesome, it was on time, and the trays looked so nice. They helped explain things while I was ordering the trays. I would recommend them for a party or any event.

The two guys working moved at their own snailish pace. With two people in front of us we waited over 10 minutes in line just to find out the broccoli soup we wanted was not made or available. Waste of time.

Called to mention I was overcharged for a sandwich I didn't order. I was told "ok" and promptly hung up on. Called back later and was told James was the manager and to contact him here online.

The place is always clean. The service is fast and friendly.

Pathetic. Every Subway around here is always out of EVERYTHING. Subway staples...always out. Will no longer bother with Subway in Vegas.

The quality and service was excellent. The employees, Taylor and Morgan, were especially friendly, made me feel right at home.
