Went there with my wife to buy two drinks after her doctors appointment and got kicked out after 15mins, we were just drinking our drinks and waiting for a ride home. apparently you're not allowed to sit in there for more then 15mins even though the place was empty and my wife just had surgery two weeks ago and isn't supposed to be walking around that much which she would have known if she didn't run off so fast to be chatty with her co-worker. As someone who works in a kitchen I would be deeply ashamed to kick out paying customers for no reason.

This subway should loan out their staff to train all the other stores in Calgary. The crew here is absolutely the best in the city! It’s so refreshing to not get chiseled on toppings, you ask for them and they give the right amount! This store is obviously busy, all there toppings, bread and cookies are always fresh! It’s so simple, great staff, excellent costumer service quality fresh ingredients makes it the best subway to go to! I drive by at least 6 other subways to go to this location it’s 100% worth it!

A sandwich was handed in a bag to one of my coworkers but before he was able to grab it the staff member dropped the bag on the floor. All the King's soldiers and all the King's men could not put the sandwich together again - things happen, but unfortunately the staff here, including the manager who saw this happen, did nothing to help other than pick the bag back up and offer it over again grinning. Now I'm not allowed to go here again. Not good enough Subway!

My paper bag ripped and my Salad fell all over the ground right outside the restaurant. The staff were so kind and re-made it for me without a second thought. During the lunch rush too! Thank you!

I can’t fully explain it, but there is something special about this location. The staff are super friendly and fast. They do as awesome job on the sandwich building. Maybe it’s the bread, but for some reason food tastes a little bit better at this location. This one is out of the way for me, otherwise I would eat here all the time. Very clean restaurant and they always seem to have some deal going on. I just love this place.

One of the nicest Subways I been in Calgary. Clean, friendly and great service. Interesting location and oval building. Bar type chairs by the window, comfortable chairs with tables around he corner for more privacy and stone chairs/tables outside to enjoy your meal in great weather conditions. Will make your custom sandwich as you like without trying to save on ingredients. Great atmosphere.

I forgot my bank card and the owner let me take my sandwich anyways. I was almost crying because I didn't have time to go to the bank and come get food before going back to class. THANK YOU, SIR. the crew that served me was so cheerful and she knows how to accommodate my needs like i mentioned its for my kids lunch for school. she cut the sub into 2 and wraps it separately. that for me is very awesome because i don't have to separate them at home . thank you so much my bad i didn't got her name.

Amazing customer service. Ishrat was an excellent and kind employee and accommodated special dietary requests. Since we were in a small group of high school students, she made sure we had a safe way back at night in an unsafe area. She was generally nice and offered service beyond what's required.

Staff is really good. They make of the best sandwiches but their owner has some issues I think. He talks so loud that it’s hard to sit in the store! Really loud!! I was on phone with my friend and he asked me that there is any fights going on or what!? Owner’s voice was that much loud! Three stars for the staffs and two for the owner!

The staff are always so friendly and smiling. They’ve thrown in a free cookie a few times with my order too. Nice, clean, fast service! So far, my favourite subway location. Due to covid, their dine-in tables are limited, keep that in mind when you plan to come in during lunch hours. Rarely have a problem finding a parking spot.

Food quality trumps service all the time. New staff member in training and a long wait - but Subway is so consistent with superior food quality (n" fresh )

Great location: I switched to this one after they took out all the parking by the 17th ave one. They always get my order right (honestly, that's rare for Subway), the food is fresh and the owners are very friendly and fun to talk to. They also make really good egg salad! The restaurant is very well maintained.

I love Subway sandwiches! They are so fresh and tasty! This location is especially clean and has friendly service like crazy! The only thing I would suggest to improve this place is for you to offer soy vegetarian faux meat sandwiches as well as your regular fare. Thank you for your consideration.

I don't know what kind or how old were the stuff in the store but for sure it gave me a bad stomach infection. Food inspection should be done on this store. I have caught stomach virus infection from this place because of not decontaminating the place or issue with their cleaning.

Probably the best subway location in the city. The ladies there are always in a good mood, happy and easy going. I work 5 minutes away and I order from this place very often over the phone. They always have my chicken teriyaki subs ready! Highly recommended ALL the time.

This is a great place to eat. I come somewhat regularly and each time the staff are great. They are very friendly and very accommodating. I definitely recommend this Subway and would like to specifically thank the Sunday noon hour staff. Wish I could give you 10 stars.

There is a lady named Liza.. she is so helpful, kind and had welcoming nature. I asked her for $20 change and she helped me with that as normally crew members make a grumpy face when asked for change. 5 stars because of her.

I like this location because they are fast. They aren't as generous as some locations with toppings but most of the time its fine. The staff is friendly and are quick to greet you.
