I order from this particular location often. I've never had an issue with my order being incorrect. today I had a problem with doordash canceling my order. I called the store, the assistant manager Darren answered the phone very professional also very helpful. I resent my order, he made sure my order was complete,gave me a call back and let me know that doordash had picked my order up and that it was on the way. Thank you Mr Darren and I appreciate your very professional customer service.

I ordered a pizza and with pepperoni and ham she asked if I wanted my game cut or whole and the the pizza only come with two slices of cheese. Then she moved really slow when there was a coworker in the back I thought one did the meats and the other veggies. There was other lady waiting to get charged for a sandwich platter they didn't even know how to put in the system to pay for it. Service was even worst she didn't even go or have a nice day. So by far the worst Subway ever....

Well my kids loves the subway happy meals then they love creating their sandwiches they way they like it

Food is usually good. Today, owner/manager stepped off his chariot pulled by his prized white Arabian power horses, the very pack of pale noble steeds which pulled Judah Ben-Hur to victory, in his race at the great circuit against Masala, in front of Pontius Pilate, to help out on the food line. He was not wearing a mask or gloves. The new Tribune who comes in Masala's place will not be happy about that.

The experience in this location was pretty bad. The lady behind the counter was very friendly but as a line started to form another lady from within the store jumped behind the counter never washed her hands or wore a face mask and immediately began to serve customers behind me. This is definitely an unsanitary practice especially coming from within the store working.

Best customer service of any subway in houston, the gentleman that answered the phone at around 3:30 am was willing and able to accommodate my request for extra cheese on my sandwich and made an excellent order, will definitely be ordering again and only from here. Thank you guy from subway!

Do not doordash this order man who works behind counter spits in food when angry with customers because of calling so I personally went there and watched threw the window he probably thought I was a gast station customer but I literally watched him and digs in nose before preparing food

I should have knew something was off when it said 24 hours.... I caught food poisoning the next day with a meatball marinara sandwich, it was so bad I almost had to go to the hospital from work.

I must admit that I love fresh food so I'm admitting that Subway is one of my favorite places for lunch and dinner. Not crazy about the breakfast menu but I can always do lunch and dinner. There's always a line but they always get you out of there in a timely manner

First of all there is alot of flies around the food and that is disgusting, one almost landed on my sandwich if the lady wouldn't have scared it off. I do love subway though but this one is not good.

There's always homeless men and women standing in front of this place begging for money. Hold your purses tight also the employees at Subway are not to friendly and the eating tables are filty.

I believe I had the roasted chicken San which. It’s new with Alfredo sauce. The sandwich was good. I’m going to rate the sandwich a 4.8 but the workers a 4.1 because their energy was low.
