Absolutely great customer service. I truly believe that this company goes above and beyond to make sure that you are happy with your products and to support you with information you need when making your purchases. Danielle is by far the kindest most attentive individual I've met at the store. She is diligent in responding to calls and emails. The company is truly lucky to have someone of this caliber in their customer service department. I cannot praise this much more. I've just never seen someone work so hard at finding things out when I have questions. As for their products... The price is no different than any gourmet bakery. The oatmeal bars and the millionaire bars to be my most favourite items. The muffins are large enough to be split into a couple of portions. I do recommend this place if you haven't tried it yet. You won't regret it!

The cake I bought, “Keto celebration cake” tasted absolutely horrendous. Did not taste anything like a cake, although It looked great. Tasted like raw stale cake batter, and not the cake batter we’re all familiar with and love. Definitely did not live up to its expectations. I’m quite disappointed, I heard great things about Sugar Daddies, but I believe the following reviews were not genuine. Also way too expensive for how it turned out. If you are into keto or dietary, I would not recommend it and save yourself the expense.

If you like magnolia bakery style in NYC youll love this even more!! wow, just wow... Absolutely fantastic. Amazing keto deserts. I cannot wait to go back. Im from windsor and drove specifically to Hamilton to visit sugar Daddies Bakery. Definitely recommend. Will be back for sure. The millionaire bars are absolutely delicious. Clean ingredients, low carb. 15/10.

Discovered Sugar Daddies recently. They're blueberry crumble keto muffins are to die for. I also had a chocolate muffin, which was great, but definitely the blueberry one is the best from what I've had. Definitely recommend trying for keto lovers, and just for anyone.

Wonderful assortment of delicious, flavourful sugar free desserts and food. Great assortment and friendly staff. Keto groceries and drinks also available. A fantastic addition to Hamilton. Great communication and special offers.

So if you are into Keto, low carb or sugar free stuff.this is a good place. Everything is sugar free low carb. They have breads, cereals,bbq sauce, pizza crust ect... Plus a case of sugar free bakery treats.

We live nearby and have always wanted to try it. The baked goods do look pretty, but the flavour and texture wasn't good at all. It's quite disappointing and especially given how pricey it was.

They only get a Friday morning delivery of fresh product ( as I was told) so limited choice early the next week till Friday again. Sales staff could smile a bit more and seem interested!

The bakery items do not taste like your typical keto. I will return and will tell others to as well.
