Purchased a bike, but needed a larger frame. It was available at another store in town. The same bike that was the needed size had just been brought over from another store but was sold. The manager let us take that one since we were there and it wasn’t due for pickup until the replacement would arrive. That was very nice since the bike was a gift for my wife who I had gotten to the store for another reason to surprise her. The bicycle guy, Josh, was very helpful in my two visits getting everything set up for the surprise.

At the Memorial City, Houston store, Margo provided excellent assistance on best shoe selection and checkout. Excellent support was also provided by Daniel on bike rack selection and by Margo with purchase checkout.
