Merits: The environment is serene. The people are courteous. Orthodox Services are as expected. There are food vendors around to maintain the supply of glucose to the brain. There are filling stations around to supply fuel for movement. Routes in and out well established with private facilities for unpleasant eventualities. Below is a training ground for hand workers in clothing and hairdressing Along the corridor a not too well equipped ICT centre with devoted staff. A large garbage bin is available for use (All are subject to update, as they are given from first glance.) Demerits: There is a need for functional restroom with water provided in tap from an overhead tanker. There is a need for an updated book reserve. The reading halls need electrical innervation and the air has to be conditioned as electricity is not available to laptop users and the hall exposed to the immediate environment respectively There is a need for advance in registering prospects, electronic cards should be devised Night reading is not encouraged. Though devoted the staff look poorly remunerated. It is my wish that the authorities look into it as it could be a good source of revenue.

For those who reads, a library is always a treasure. This place lacks the visibility it requires to boost utilization. It's a place to check up, if you are in Surulere, and you do want to study.

Nice environment and concept. But zero funding and maintenance. No generator, not a single fan is working, No AC is working either in my 2 years of visiting.

This library should have power supply please. The fans in the reading rooms do not work and it can be frustrating.

Nice and quiet space. Adequate books for primary and o level students . Some professional books also available

It is a good place to study and with parking space. There is need for improvement anyways.

It served well my desire for a quiet place to read undisturbed.

They close by 4pm that's too early at least 5pm.
