I am beyond disappointed with this doctor, most because my endocrinologist who is a 10++ recommended her and of course her lack of professionalism. I visited her a month ago and the office was empty - just one person left when I came in, she left me waiting for 50 minutes after the nurse took my vitals. I though...ok, must be important. So, they asked me to took my urine sample on 05/18 and they did not have the correct cup, was Used was a small coffee cup with a toilet paper covering. We spoke about some issues I had and she said that was normal. Last night I had a terrible pain related with the same subject we spoke and I sent her a message to the portal and once I was in the portal I saw my exams and 2 items were high. I also questioned that on my message. Today They called me asking me to return to discuss my issues (that we already did it) and she was not even going to see me but she wanted to go there anyways and she would advise afterword's. I said I no because made no sense and I decide at that time to look for another professional. In the afternoon I got another call from her office and they want me to retest the urine. So, until I told her I had an urine test issue she never even looked at it! and thinking about the open coffee cup I think was contaminated. Conclusion, I said thank you and I would never comeback! This lady does not care. I doubt if was someone on her family she would treat like that. Don't go to see her, waste of time. oh, other reviews were correct about not returning calls on time and when you call one of the receptionists could be nicer.
Visited Dr. Vogel a few months ago as a new patient. The visit was for an annual physical, but the bill sent to me later surprised me. Some thoughts I had: 1. Dr. Vogel is great. 2. The front desk ladies are so so (working like a robot). 3. I was let in not long after I signed up, but I spent almost an hour in the room, waiting for the doctor. I think they overbook patients. A lot of reviews I read told me that I would wait for a long time, and they were right. 4. The doctor didn't do an annual check-up though I made an appointment for that. Instead, she treated my visit as a regular doctor visit and charged me $505 or so (before insurance kicks in). I am not going back to see this doctor.
Dr. Vogel is extremely thorough and pays attention to every detail. She is extremely honest and open to different types of treatment for each individual patient. She truly listens to the patient and takes to heart their needs and concerns prior to providing advice. Her advice may not be what they want to hear but she is an ethical, honest and caring physician. I am not able to say enough about how wonderful she is as a physician.
Be prepared to be the only patient and to wait three hours. Then no discussion of billing as receptionist won’t get off personal calls. $600 for an annual exam? That’s highway robbery! I will be taking this to mediation! For a dr who doesn’t even wash her hands, wears more jewelry than a black tie affair and tries to rob the healthcare system by repeating tests which were negative. This is by far my worst experience ever!
I’m a retired dentist and heathcare worker of 45 years. I’ve been seeing Dr. Vogel for about 3 years. She is a competent practitioner that gets to the point and I would recommend her. Her staff can be difficult at times, and getting prescriptions refilled can be challenging. Her associate, Dr. Amjad, I saw once, got into nothing short of an argument with her, and will never see her again as a patient.
Receptionist needs a new attitude and Dr. Vogel needs to be more aware that 3 months for a new patient to get into see her is a bit much. The receptionist is as rude as they come. I guess her practice is thriving and she doesn't need new patients.
Terrible. She ordered a battery of blood tests and marked things normal which weren't normal, and then prescribed me a medication that caused a reaction. It's only been in the 2 years since that other doctors have undone her mistakes.
I love Dr. Vogel. My mom has been seeing her for years. She is very thorough, personable and non-judgmental. Her nurse Rachel is also personable and friendly. She explains procedures like self injections thoroughly and carefully.
One of the best doctors I've ever been to. Very knowledgeable, and attentive. She listened to each of my concerns and addressed them by talking with me about them. Not just giving me a diagnosis. She's great!
I think Dr. Vogel is great! No nonsense, doesn't beat around the bush. She treats people like a person not just one more patient. And her staff has been awesome too!!
They are maskholes. They do not return phone calls promptly, like days later. not going anymore.
She is the best! Her office staff is kind and knowledgeable.
