From start to finish, the professionalism of Paul and his team was second to none. In the first instance, he came round and did a thorough inspection of everything we needed to move on our 300 mile journey down to Dorset. They loaded the van the day before completion (this worked really well for us as we were able to make the journey down south in time on completion day); he and Reece did an incredible, tetrus style job of loading the van. They arrived bang on time at the new property which is a second floor flat; again, he and Jason got everything (including the massive sofa) into the property without fuss. We would massively recommend Paul - he considerably undercut the quite outrageous quotes we received from the more mainstream companies; he surpassed all expectations. He is a hardworking, honest, personable grafter who simply got the job done. Thanks so much

Do NOT use this company! When they didn't turn up on time I called and they told me they would be an hour and a half late. Half way through the move they said we had more items than they were expecting and they would have charged more if they had known, and then they asked us to help them unload the van! My partner and I had sporting injuries which is why we hired them, and we ended up hurting ourselves by doing a lot of lifting for them. I had called the week before to clarify what items we had and asked what would happen if I had underestimated and they said it was no issue, it would be the same price. They were unprofessional and knocked a few things about, and they wouldn't give us a receipt. When I emailed after to complain they didn't reply. I wish I had noticed the lack of reviews online. I just hope other people don't make the same mistake as us.

We used Paul and his lads to move us out of a house, putting stuff into storage, then back out of storage some months later into the new house. We paid extra to have Paul and his team to wrap and pack our stuff and they boxed it all for us, and once it was all back out of storage everything has been in the same condition it was packed in. With respect to Swift Shift Removals, with the low price charged (way below our other quotes) other negative reviews I think perhaps expected a little too much. At these prices you're not getting a team of 5+ people to whip everything away and putting it back exactly how it was found. We got a very reasonably priced service and Paul was nothing but professional throughout. All of our stuff was brought into the new house in the same condition it went into storage in. Thanks guys!

Absolutely shocking service from this company!!!! Didn't turn up as arranged, the allocated driver Zolani was apparently 4.5 related...I beg to differ as he didn't pay us the compliment of answering his phone on the countless occasions we rang him!!!! To this day he still hasn't answered the voicemail I left. I left a notice on their 'report problem' page and was advised that it had been passed to customer service team and they would be in touch at the earliest opportunity and guess what 10 days later they still haven't been in touch!!!! This company let us down big style on the day we were supposed to move house. SHOULD BE NAMED SHAFT.....AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! Only giving it one star because it won't post without any!!!!

Paul and his team made our move easy and quick! Paul initially came over to see what needed to be moved, to get a feel for the space and gave us a fair quote. On the day, him and his team were incredibly efficient and well prepared. We were moving from a tiny apartment with narrow, awkward staircases to 5th floor apartment with a lift, in the pouring rain. Despite the difficult locations and the bad weather, everything went smoothly and the team were finished within 2 hours! They had rain covers and even padding for fragile items and helped us move things around within the new place. I was dreading the move but Swift Shift made it so simple. Definitely worth every penny and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Paul and his brilliant team moved us on Monday and it was a stress free, fast and high quality service. I don't usually get round to writing reviews, but Paul, Chris, Kenny and Graham really deserve a five star rating. It was a last minute request - I booked Swift Shift on Friday and they moved us on the Monday. The price was really competitive, and the team went above and beyond what the big companies offered for a lower price. Taking apart furniture and rebuilding at the other end, moving washing machine and carefully packing and moving our house hold items. Don't be in doubt about using a smaller company, support Swift Shift and you'll be a name not a number! Thank you Paul.

I used this company 10 years ago to move from a small flat in town to a house in the suburbs and found Paul to be reliable and professional then. 10 years later I needed to move my law firm from a small office to a larger one around the corner. Swift Shift were my first call. They quoted cheaper than other removals companies, and the move happened today. I found Paul and his team to be once again highly professional, helpful and courteous throughout. The service was exemplary from start to finish. Whether you are considering a home move or an office move, I would emphatically recommend this company. It's a 10 out of 10 from me – couldn’t fault them.

Where to start! At 32 weeks pregnant and a toddler in tow, a tricky buyer and the seller from hell, paul and his team were the epitome of kind, flexible and accommodating. We had the amazing de assembly and reassembly service which was very reasonably priced and the care they took of our belongings was amazing. They arranged storage at the last minute and re- organised moving in when our seller decided to leave us homeless for the weekend. Furthermore, when the seller of our new property decided to lumber us with multiple items of huge, unwanted furniture, paul and his team took them away for us. Can I give more than 5 stars please!?

couldn't get the app to work on my iphone or ipad. It worked on my laptop, tried to book it for next day pickup and delivery and it was loading for about 10 mins. I managed to pay for it without getting any time slots. Once booked was hoping there was to receive an email with contact number or email for support but nothing. I when back onto the website and went onto instant support, the wait time was 180 mins. I got down to 170 and the screen went blank and threw me off the page. I went back onto the page and the wait time was back at 180. Not sure why people are saying this is great service when u cannot speak to anyone.

Used Paul and his team to move us from a two bed flat to a new house in horsforth. Paul had quoted us a price without seeing the amount of stuff we had and admitted that he had underpriced the job but acknowledged it was his mistake. Despite this they moved everything quickly and with care. They turned up on time and were very friendly and organised. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

We used Swift Shift removals for our recent house move on 22/08/19 and would highly recommend them. Paul and the lads are friendly yet professional. They arrived on time on our moving date and set straight to work after introducing themselves. They took great care with our furniture and belongings. They really are a hard working, lovely team and would definitely use them again.

He went above and beyond to help me through a very difficult move, moving me into and out of storage when the completion date fell through and working around my availability. Avoid at all costs, absolutely appalling service. Paul left me high and dry on moving day. Failed to pick up any of my calls or messages, resulting in me and my husband unable to move out, losing a days work, stressed out, disappointed, having to find an alternative on a short notice. Disappointed is an understatement.

I rang Paul on short notice for a removal after an initial removal company disappointed. I was pleased with his service and price and so hired him again for a full house removal which he delivered excellently. I'll definitely recommend any day
