What an absolutely excellent service from quote to removal. We cannot recommend White Rose Removals highly enough. The quote was detailed and provided good clear no frills advice on price, packing, insurance and what service would be provided. Paul the owner was really friendly, good humoured and knew his business inside out. He gave us confidence in the service he provided right from the outset. His team of 4 arrived at 7.30am as promised - what an absolutely fantastic team of guys! Paul you should be rightly proud of them all! They were polite, friendly and extremely hard-working. They laid protective floor coverings throughout the property so as not to damage or dirty our flooring and carpets. They took great care with all our property, protected all unboxed items such as beds, suites and cabinets with bespoke packaging. We did not experience one breakage. The guys always asked if they were unsure of anything and did so with a smile on their face even though they must have been exhausted as they never stopped. Everything was packed and on the vans by midday. Just Joe and Jordan remained for the unloading and paid the same respect to our new property as they had our old one. Protective coverings were laid and again they worked incredibly hard for the remainder of the day and the following morning making sure everything was unpacked and placed in the correct room. They also made sure large items of furniture were put in the location we wanted. The whole team were an absolute pleasure to do business and trust with the contents of our home. I cannot recommend them highly enough. A fantastic team who provided an absolutely first class service and made our move an absolute pleasure. I can't recommend this company enough. Our sale and purchase experience was far from smooth and even down to the day before our intended move people in the chain were making changes to the move date. It is only because Paul was so flexible and accommodating that it happened at all. He worked so hard to make the new move date work. The removal guys themselves are all brilliant. So friendly, polite and accommodating. They can't do enough to help and like all the other reviews on here say they really do make the move much less stressful. A big shout out to Jake who really went above and beyond for us. The team all worked so well together, so hard working. Jake, Ben, Alfie and all the rest of them are such great guys, thank you for making our move experience so much better than it would have been without you. Unfortunately all moving companies are not the same so please be aware. The company that moved the owners of our new house actually planned to do several trips once they had the new house set of keys therefore breaking the legal contract of being out the house by a stated time. This caused real problems for our removal guys. However, Jake dealt with it in a very dignified and patient manner whilst firmly standing with us to negotiate how we could move in at the same time as the old owners were moving out. Jake even acted as an intermediary when stress levels were raised and he kept the situation as calm as possible. This removal company is very good at estimating how long a job will take and all the way through they had plenty of van space and man power to complete the job well within the allotted time. If you want a move that is as stress free as possible, I definitely recommend you book these guys.

We really enjoyed working with White Rose Removals on our house move from Yorkshire to North Wales. Their communication and management of the job was great - clear and efficient, and everyone we dealt with were friendly and professional. We really appreciated that they came to our house to quote, compared to other companies who ask you to complete a form yourself. They were also very thorough in the quoting process, looking fully at their route, access issues etc. This helped us fully trust that they knew what they were taking on and that we weren't going to have any surprise costs come up on moving day. The packing service was well worth the cost, as they packed up the house much quicker than we'd have been able to, and for us this took a lot of stress out of moving. We moved house on the 16th February 2023 with the assistance of White Rose Removals providing a full packing and moving service. From the initial contact Paul was responsive and friendly, offering a competitive quote for our move. The movers were absolutely phenomenal, and got us through. Everything was packed and loaded efficiently in plenty of time with all our belongings handled with care. They went above and beyond both days to make sure it went as smoothly as possible. From their good humour to helping to fight our corner when the seller wouldn't hand over the keys, even an extra DIY task to help make a broken wardrobe a bit sturdier for transit, we were really impressed by the whole service. Outstanding customer service, cannot fault them at all! Responded to queries really quickly, competitive prices, I didn’t have to worry at all on the day they did everything. Was kept really well informed beforehand and during the day. Really accommodating and flexible, our move date changed several times before we booked and they would always come straight back to me if they had availability for our new date. We paid extra for the cancellation/change of date waiver which really put my mind at ease incase we needed to rearrange or cancel. We had a 2 man delivery team and we’re late getting our keys so more people kept turning up to come help out so they could get it finished quicker, real team work and we were just so impressed with the service from start to finish. Would 100% recommend and use again!

Absolutely amazing!! When coming round to quote, Paul immediately noticed a number of fragile items that would need extra care. Hannah was really helpful with accommodating changes in dates. Jake, Daniel, Joe, Alfie and Jordan did a great job of packing everything really carefully, and they were so helpful putting boxes and furniture in the right rooms in the new place, even passing things up to me so I could put them in the loft. They were soooo helpful when my (large) sofa wouldn’t fit through the front door or round the side - driving it to a road at the back, lifting it over a gate, carrying it up the ginnel and over the back wall. They are due to collect the empty boxes next week, so I don’t even need to deal with that. Thank you so much, you’ve made my move really easy!!

This company is brilliant. From the very start Paul Taylor held our hand through a very frustrating period trying to sell our property never putting pressure on us to commit before we were ready. On the day the staff Joe, Alfie and Guy were on time, polite, fast, efficient and hard working. They packed all our items with care and respect. At the destination they did not laugh when they saw how much stuff we hoarders were trying to squeeze into our new property but gamely got all of it in! We were very impressed with the service we recieved from White Rose Removals and would def use them again (well only if they also off an undertaker service on the side as we are NEVER moving again). Paul and the team have been brilliant! I was having such a stressful house move, with terrible buyers who kept me waiting over 3 months and couldn’t make up their minds in what should have been a pretty straight forward move. In the end they decided I had just days to move. The team at White Rose worked super hard for 3 days to pack my 5 bed house (I have a lot of stuff). I was super poorly with tonsillitis and couldn’t even be there on the first day to help. When I did arrive at the house they had even done the washing up and didn’t mind that I was delivering biscuits late !! My belongings are still sitting in storage but I’m sure they will be expertly delivered back to me! In future White Rose will be the only team I book for removals!

White Rose Removals make moving home as stress free as it can be! My partner and I just relocated from Aberystwyth to Leeds and the White Rose team ensured an incredibly smooth transition. Our removal men, Matty and Ben, were heroes. The move took two days, but Matty and Ben remained positive and professional throughout. They made sure that our belongings were packed efficiently and safely, and worked miracles to get an oversized sofa through an undersized door! White Rose Removals were great! We had a short-notice move and they didn't hesitate top accommodate it. Jake came two days before to pack everything up and he was a star, worked around us, and made it look effortless! On move day, Jake, Tony, and Jordan rocked up nice and early and got us moved out on time. They met us at the other end and unloaded everything exactly where we wanted it. We wish to very positively review the service and professionalism of White Rose Removals - Leeds. Nothing was too much trouble. A genuinely caring and conscientious team of lads. It’s always a concern to see all your worldly belongings being bundled up and transported away, but the care and respect shown throughout was a great comfort and reassurance. Even though we were delayed in getting to the new house the team ensured we had all necessary comforts for the night, before returning very promptly and efficiently early the next morning to sort everything. White Rose Removals came recommended by a friend, so both me and my fella used them for our house moves. Every member of the team I interacted with was extremely friendly, professional and efficient - Paul came to complete his assessment in order to quote and was very accommodating of our request to take our belongings to three different houses, the need for smaller vans to access one of them etc, and communicated well throughout the whole process. We moved to Kendal from Leeds this week and this is the second time we have used White Rose Removals. The service they provided us with on both occasions has been second to none. From providing us with a very competitive quote very quickly right through to unloading our boxes at this end, the focus was always on helping us make the move as stress free as possible. The guys who actually packed up and moved us went above and beyond to help us get sorted as quickly as possible and remained friendly and helpful until the moment they drove off. This was our second time using White Rose (we moved across the country into temporary accommodation, then into a permanent place), and would *highly* recommend them for removals and storage. They are extremely efficient, professional and friendly. Jake got our 3-bed flat packed up in super quick time, Graham delivered our stuff from storage, and then the two of them moved the rest the following day. They took great care of all our belongings, dismantled and rebuilt beds and sofas... and even managed to get extremely large heavy furniture up a *very* awkwardly shaped staircase! I recently moved 250 miles from Leeds to Wiltshire. This involved putting my furniture and belongings into storage for 14 days. What a 'safe pair of hands' White Rose Removers are. Excellent and diligent estimation process with everything explained really well. When we realised that our sale would take place before our purchase White Rose Removers pulled out all the stops to accommodate us and explain what would happen. The move out to storage was perfect. The move from storage went without a hitch. Nothing missing, nothing broken or scratched. Administration was simple and all by e-mail. A great bunch of people to work with and do business. Absolutely amazing. Moving home is supposed to be one of the most stressful experiences in your life but The staff and management at White Rose Removals made it absolutely seamless for me. The chaps who did our house move were the best! We ended up with white rose as the original companies we got quotes from were full but we weren't disappointed. They arrived exactly as planned and made short work of moving our possessions into their truck. The service from White Rose Removals was excellent from start to finish. Ben and the team (Alfie, Jake and Graham - with Hannah on the phone/email) were at the property at 8am and packed non-stop, taking great care with every item. We would highly recommend the packing service! They were incredibly quick to pack up - even with an awkward transfer to the van from our 5th floor flat, with 80% of our stuff already sorted the day before moving. Moving day was as relaxed as it possibly could be thanks to the guys and everything was in and done by mid afternoon! Nothing we asked was too much for the guys. Paul was great at the start when I needed a number of different quotes for different scenarios (direct move, storage, both, etc) and the quote was competitive. Paul was then brilliant putting my mind at ease the evening before when there was an issue with exchange with the solicitors. Paul talked me through all of the possible scenarios which was a massive help. On the day itself the move was super smooth. The guys that came round had it all moved in less than 2 hours. A few months prior to our move we got a few quotes. Not only was Paul thorough but he gave us some practical hints and tips. He also said they would price match any other quote. We exchanged on a Friday and Paul was extremely accommodating in ensuring we could get movers arranged for the following Wednesday. The moving team was led by Ben and what a fantastic team they were. Really good experience. Timely and informative emails. Was easy to send whatsapp video to get a quote. On the day the guys were really friendly and professional. They had to wait around a long time for the sale to go through and we never felt rushed, and they genuinely seemed to be looking out for us. They made a horrible moving day bearable. I haven't used a service like this before so it was more expensive than expected, but seemed comparable to other quotes.

We used White Rose Removals just under two weeks ago, and we cannot emphasise enough just how pleased we were and how good the service was. White rose removals were fantastic with our move. The booking was easy to arrange and they were competitively priced. They arrived on time and were very efficient with de-assembly and re-assemby of furniture. The were clean throughout the removal process and they were careful/protective to ensure no damage to the furniture or property. Overall an excellent experience and I would definitely use them again if moving in the future.

So pleased with the service! Worked with Paul to align on inventory and details, and on the day I had Kevin, Joe, and Jake who were absolutely amazing. During the run up to our house move it seemed like no one involved could be trusted to do a proper job, with us constantly fixing other people’s mistakes. I’m glad to say the opposite was true of Jake and the team. They took away any and all stress throughout the day, also taking great care with our many precious items. I chose White Rose for my removal company as they done a good job with my mother-in-law. I was very impressed with their work. They were punctual, polite, efficient and well organised. Very professional group of lads. We had a large amount of stairs and they effortlessly moved everything down them and into our new place with no trouble. We have some very old furniture that they took extra special care of.gentlemen that turned up were very polite, helpful and very hardworking and at the end of the day two more crew arrived to help. I find moving house very stressful but Whiterose made at least that part of the process feel easy. Before the move they were really helpful with all my questions, listened to me, and gave straightforward answers.
