Went to the bank today for a wire transfer, only one counter was open and there was a line up. Finally second counter opened and the person said he doesn’t know how to do the wire and the lady next him will be able to help me. She didn’t even look at me or acknowledge, just gave a paper to for handing over to me. He provided that form without explanation anything and started taking next customer. I had to approach to the person at front desk and she was helpful and explained what need to be filled. Very poor customer service from the staff. Anyway I am leaving TD bank and going to Scotia. Been with TD for last 14 years and their customer support is getting bad

ATM is not 24 hours despite the double doors being there...just lazy.

They work very slow
