An easy to access ATM, especially when you are near Rogers Arena. Also, its located inside VPL (Vancouver Public Library) which makes it more convenient and handy. You can have access through both western and eastern entrances of VPL. Unfortunately, on July 8, 2021, it was out of order and I couldn’t use it. I see other reviews with similar issue. Update: July 9, 2021, still out of service!!!
