"Showed up here at 9:12, they're supposed to be open at 9am, employees were standing outside and then who I assume is the manager came to unlock the door and said "sorry, we're having a delayed opening and we won't be open for another 15mins"

Showed up here at 9:12, they're supposed to be open at 9am, employees were standing outside and then who I assume is the manager came to unlock the door and said "sorry, we're having a delayed opening and we won't be open for another 15mins." Very unprofessional. Not once have I ever walked into another TD bank and had to deal with this, they're usuall up and running and ready for you st 9am.
I have been banking at this TD for 14 yrs & I have had great service every time that I've visited. I've been greeted with a smile & good service.
They are so bad don’t open your account with them
