Called to book an appointment to have a bank officer witness an estate form. When, I tried to explain what I needed. the person just said they could and would not help me. Explaining that I had been directed to have this done at my bank, she just said no, we will not help you. I pressed the the issue, all I wanted to do is talk to someone and find out what I needed to do, after all this is my branch, I have banked there for almost 30 years. She took my information but never called me back. I decided to walk into a branch and ask. Luckily, after explaining what it was that I needed, they helped me out in min. Ticked me off that the person I talk to at my own branch was so ignorant. She could have just made the appointment. I would have explain in person and they could have provided the service I requested. As well, taking my name and number and then just blowing me off and not bothering to call me back. Think its time to take all my accounts and leave td.

Both advisors I met with here did not have sufficient or adequate knowledge of the financial/banking industry. I asked for a small increase to my already existing HELOC and even though I was told that there was a good chance I would get it (strong income and great credit), the financial advisor simply called me back and said "Sorry, I can't do it" with no alternative solutions or any other recommendations. To top it off, when I sent a follow up professionally written e-mail expressing my discontent, she ignored it and never replied back. Very disappointed with this experience as I have had a similar situation occur to me in the past, but the advisor at that location recommended a few other solutions. Stay away from this branch if you require financial assistance or guidance.

This brach would friendly and direclty trasfer CAD to a foreign currency account in a foreign bank and comment you "Sir/Madam all your CAD is in the forreign currency bank accout. NO worried you can withdraw all you fund from the foreign bank account because all your CAD in the foreign bank accout" If you would like to cancel this wire transactio, TD bank made mess up, you will get conversion charges on both of the foreign bank and TD bank. (they woul shout Yes!! TD Bank will collect more money!!! heeya~~~~) Cheap, none-porfessionalism and unreliable. I deeply deeply deeply regret to use this bank.

Initially when I walked into this branch to do my banking, the teller was super nice and welcoming. Then the teller needed some help from her manager or MCE - some brown lady who was wearing a striped dress came to help. I could tell she was not trying to help in any way, right away she looked at what I was trying to do and quickly dismissed me. Was very rude and basically said we can’t help you now. I used to work at TD and I know that isn’t how customers were treated.

Nicole's service was amazing! I normally dread bank interactions as I find them very overwhelming. Nicole was easy to talk to, explained banking specifics to me in terms I could understand and was extremely down to Earth. I felt very comfortable chatting with her about finances. Often times I leave these sorts of conversations feeling confused, but Nicole really took her time with me and I feel empowered with new knowledge and understanding! Thanks Nicole!!

Sent money to my mother overseas for an emergency (December 20th, 2022) and the money never arrived neither came back to my account. They are "investigating" as today February 8th, 2023 they are still investigating... Open a claim December 28th, 2022 Escalate the claim January 31st, 2023 and Still waiting...I had to send money again via Western Union and it arrived in 2 hours . Never again I'll use the TD app to send money.

This place is terrible. 20 people lined up for over an hour while they have 2 tellers in the whole place, with 6 more tellers in the back doing nothing. The only 2 tellers they have working are new, slow and need to go in the back for help and directions. If you plan on coming here, pack a lunch with you, you’ll be in line for a very long time.

Cancelled my bank accounts with TD after using their services for a few years. They have taken well over $600 in fees over the years. The CEO makes $12.6 million per year and billions in service fees. They refuse to let me deposit my cheques without a hold on it. I'll take my business elsewhere and leave this 1 star review.

I love going to this location to get my banking done. Jyoti on the frontline does an exceptional job and she makes it fast and easy to complete my day to day transactions. She is also very knowledgeable and tries to help me find ways to save money. Thank you so much for always providing me with a 10/10 experience!

Better than the one in dome for service and speed. This used to be a great location because it had a coin counter. That has been removed. So now its just a regular location. Could use a reno, but your much better off here than the one to the south. It’s still TD. Does what you want for exorbitant fees.

Rookies work in this Branch. Who doesn’t understand the situation just want to open a account for you weather you’ll need it or not. Train your staff on credit applications as it matters for people.

TD service is terrible. I'm 2 hours drive from the closest branch and they say the only way to access my money is to visit a branch. I'm on holidays. F you TD. Open more then 1 bank account!

Unfriendly and arrogant manager who does not know how to execute a wire transfer ... maybe I didn't chose the 'right' branch according to my name.

Not 24 hours. Please update your information. You cannot even access the ATMs when the branch is closed so no idea why this place says 24hrs....

Terrible service, rushed, any forms I needed deal with, for my case, for Bank or Branch information; it was either incomplete or done wrong.
