DON'T BRING YOUR CAR HERE. Terrible customer service. Paid for the #6 Platinum Package. When I picked it up the head unit didn't turn on and the headlights were not restored. TJ says give it time because he disconnected the battery to clean the engine. Also come back and he'll do the headlights. On my way back to the shop, the head unit turned on -great- but now the buttons don't work or when they do, they do other tasks and cause it to freeze, almost as if it experienced liquid damage. I call TJ and he says he'll call me back but never does. I come back again to see TJ. He's not there but one of his employees admits to my face that he was the one responsible for the issue because he "left the steamer on it for too long". TJ denies any wrong doing. Says his employee doesn't know what he's talking about. And refuses to take ownership. Be sure to document every inch of your car before taking it here because the owner will not take responsibility for his mistakes.

I’m not someone who is a stickler about getting my car washed plus I have a small person, so the more you clean, the more you have to clean lol but if I’m going to get my car cleaned might as well get it CLEANEDDD! TJ auto Spa houses an amazing team of young talented individuals who all pay close attention to detail when it comes to your vehicle. Everything is done by hand, with time, care and consideration. TJ made sure I was comfortable, they have tv entertainment, & he charged my phone for me lol. I was very impressed. The process takes a while, I was there for about 2hrs but there wasn’t a streak on my car, the bottom wasn’t dripping water as I drove away, my tires are SPARKLING. Definitely never taking my car back to Atlantis on Bushwick Ave no mo!

Came to TJ Auto Spa for car deal that he advertised on his page. Guys had me fill out an application and demanded money upfront for the deal which was GUARANTEED. I was told numerous times deal was guaranteed from him and his associate.I gave 6,000 upfront, 2 months passed and I still can’t receive my refund from him or his associate. Three of my kids birthday passed and I still couldn’t get it. I was told from the owner of TJ AUTO SPA to give the money to his associate and my money would be safe. The owner of TJ AUTO SPA owes me as much as his associate Allen. It's crazy cause all I was trying to do was show love and support his business all the way from the Bronx. Now I have to look for legal help to get my money back. His associate just tell me lies all day that I'll have money soon.

I had an appointment 3 weeks ago for a car wash service. It was also confirmed through email. It was my first time going to this place so I arrived 20 mins early and waited until 9am (My appointment). The place was still closed so i waited until 9:30am then i called. The owner picked up the phone and told me that they are running late and the place will be open at 10am. I was disappointed so i cancelled my appointment and went home. TJ if you read this please next time have the courtesy to call or email your customers if you guys are opening late. Anyways he apologized and offered me a 10% discount for my next car wash.

This was my first time going to Tj auto spa after being recommended and first off Tj was very professional ,i was greeted at the entrance,even tho I didn’t have an appointment he was still able to service my car as a first time customer ,he gave me options to choose from which were very affordable.when i asked how long the process would be .....Tj’s time was very accurate and his staff was very professional and worked in a timely manner,im very satisfied with the work done✅✅ Tj definitely gained a customer.i highly recommend you stop by and see for yourself.✅

I had paint correction and ceramic coating done at TJ’s and the service was top notch. First of all, TJ took the time to explain the process and show me samples of his work. I could tell that he’s very meticulous in his work and very passionate too. He took the time to answer all my questions in detail and I didn’t feel like I was bothering him. In fact, he encouraged me to ask questions. My car came out super shiny and I get goosebumps every time I see it! I’m not taking my car anywhere else for washing and other maintenance. I trust him with my car.

Sister & I were in NY & she wanted to go to a brushless car wash to take her G Wagon. I searched google and off we went. We came 10 min late. Yikes… BUT TJ didn’t even think to turn us away. He welcomed us right in and 3 other guys did the damn thing! He had a very comfortable waiting area and we even charged our phones with available chargers! Overall pleasant experience and left with a nice and clean car. My brutally honest 6 year old said mommy it’s really clean in here! LOL Go to TJ’s you will not be disappointed!

Was there this morning was very impressed with the space there its a secret garage super spacious you would never guess that’s what they do there…unfortunately I had to run and didn’t stay for the wash my thoughts are just work on your customer relation skills more and you will do great…you have the establishment just need to adjust your approach the music was too loud…I wanted to have that 5 star experience instead I got a 1 star and was very generous to give you 3 stars ,

Awesome. I finally found a handwash car wash in Brooklyn near my area but not only was it convenient the wash was perfect. They washed my Jeep like it there own personal car. After my wash I went out with some friends and I got loads of compliments on how good my car looked. I got a standard wash let alone a detail but the work but it I was amazed I can only imagine what a full detail would look like. They just gained a customer for life, will be bringing all my cars here.

My car needed to be washed badly. I was in the area and came across TJ in.my hand car wash search. When I arrived it was not too busy and they serviced me without an appointment(they usually require one) and were pleasant. They have a decent lounge area where you can wait. I watched them wash my car in front of me, there were no machines wipers in the process they actually clean the car themselves. I was very pleased my car looked almost brand new and smelled good.

TJ's Auto Spa does a fantastic job and really pays attention to detail, which impressed me. TJ (the owner) and his workers made sure I was completely satisfied with my car's detail before I left. There is also a very comfortable waiting area while your car is getting detailed. Having a car that requires hand washing, once you find someone who does that job well, that's someone you keep going to. I will continue taking my business here. Thank you, TJ!

Definitely worth going here if you are looking for a true hand wash for your car. The owner TJ was a nice guy who seems to take pride in his work and it showed. I appreciated how they blow dried certain parts so you don't have those dripping water marks afterwards. All in all, was happy with the price and the finished work. This area is pretty bad for car washes IMO, so finding a place like this is golden. Will def be coming back in the future.

Awesome place, very easy to make an appointment was told to come right by no problem. honest people who are happy to accommodate to all the customers needs and requirements. I brought my car here full of dog hair, old stains on the seats and they did an absolutely amazing job at getting it all out. When I picked up the car it looked brand new. It's a long-overdue review. Went to TJ-Auto Spa twice already for my baby to be washed. And it was Squeeky clean. The owner (TJ) asked me to inspect the car to ensure that I am happy and satisfied before leaving the establishment. I have OCD (little bit) and kinda perfectionist. I had my 06 Sienna cleaned by them and the stains he was able to get out amazed me especially being the 3rd owner of the vehicle. I came there today to have 2021 Volkswagen Atlas premium hand washed got the package#2 upon waiting was a long wait and plus none of my windows were clean an plus my charger port was dirty not wiped down my dashboard was not wiped down as well for the money they should have done a better job at the little details. My red Nissan Rogue came out of this place very clean inside & out, shiny, and smell fresh. All the seats are vacuumed and cleaned properly, even the car seat of my nephew! The guys here are hardworking and did a good job cleaning the trunk of my pup’s hair. They take their time and did not rush. The owner is friendly and professional. Will recommend this place!

I don’t usually write reviews but honestly I rather spend that extra 10 instead of wasting around $35 at those typical car wash spots. Inside my car looked brand NEW & usually at those typical car wash spots I would still see areas in my car that still needed to be clean. I would recommended this place to anyone. 10 outta 10

They did a good job on cleaning the vehicle and the engine to excellence. They tried their best on cleaning the mold. But it's not their fault the mold is still lingering. Going to have to get new carpeting and insulation to remove the smell and whatever left water is still collecting. But overall Tj is very professional
