I will keep this as brief as possible. I bought a vehicle from this company on a Friday night, less than one month ago. I had my partner with me. I Bought a 2008 Ford F350 modified diesel. It was bought from TL Auto Sales on the premise that I would only buy this if there was a warranty attached. I had no idea what to expect from such a modified truck. I paid in full for the vehicle, plus $200 as a down payment on a warranty, to cover major components on the truck, for a warranty cost of over $1300. Balance of $1,100 to follow in 2 weeks. It was a Friday evening. The staff wanted to get home. I dealt with both Moe(s). The primary of the business is Moe Al Akra. He said I could "trust" him. I should have known better, after he said he would have the vehicle detailed professionally same day as delivery. Upon delivery, it was clear he only had the carpet shampoo done. But, I wasn't going to let that stop me from the purchase. Five minutes after I left the dealership, the engine and transmission lights come on and the transmission is shifting erratically as I'm getting on the highway. I sent an email to the dealership owner right away to notify of the issue. Once at highway speed, it seemed ok. The problem seems to appear at lower gear 3 an 4 and also does not allow for shifting into 5th. The vehicle also surges ahead after I’ve taken my foot off the pedal. IT’S DANGEROUS! I followed up with the dealer, in regards to the warranty. He gave me the phone number of the Lubrico warranty rep; who told me that they cannot warranty my truck due to it being modified. They further said that the dealer should have known this and had misrepresented them. I told the dealer this, who then had me call their other warranty company, who also told me it was expressly against their policy to warranty modified trucks. I have addressed this with the dealer, who says that the truck is my problem. That a diesel with 340kms should have these issues. His vehicle fitness report stated that the transmission was in good shape. This is clearly not the case. Thus far, I have only been able to take the vehicle from shop to shop. I have a truck of $15,000, which is worth nothing to me. And a dealer, who offers me no help to fix this. Ford has given it to me in writing that the transmission needs replacing. The cost to do so ranges from $3,000 to $5,500. I had the issue looked at immediately. I have spent many hours at the Ford dealership, and with additional technicians with 30 years of experience. I have the support that the transmission needs replacement, besides other existing issues, codes that show up. The major issue remains the transmission. I have spent $2,600 plus so far to try and diagnose this truck. The dealer mis-represented this sale in that I cannot warranty this product. The dealer also mis-represented the health of a major component of the vehicle. The dealer did not sign the vehicle fitness form. Had I been aware of these things, I would not have purchased this vehicle. I have launched a complaint with AMVIC, since the dealer has told me that I'm on my own. I have also launched a claim in court against this dealer, to include what I've put into this vehicle and my lost time and inconvenience. I believe that this group, including the owner(s) Moe Al Akra and his potential partners working there said that they came from another used car auto business called Crossline Motors, Crossline Truck and Auto, amongst other company names, also having operated under those other names. This group was forced out of business, with many shady deals and AMVIC complaints. There is lots of material on-line from AMVIC about this. DONT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! BEWARE OF ITS OWNERS AS WELL. I BELIEVE THEY ARE OPENING ANOTHER LOCATION SHORTLY, WITH THEIR OWN MECHANIC IN-HOUSE TO CERTIFY VEHICLES ON THIER OWN. WHAT A SCARY IDEA! AMVIC believes I have a strong case. Wish me luck!

UPDATE: It's been almost 4 months since I bought this car, it still hasn't moved... $6000 down the drain. My 13 month old son thanks TL auto sales dearly for selling us a faulty car and not helping in any way. The engine is blown I only drove this car for 5 hours. RUN AWAY!!!! TL AUTO SALES replied to my review saying he offered a full refund, this is a LIE he offered to trade it in for another piece of junk he had. I REPORTED TL AUTO SALES to AMVIC wish me luck. DONT BE LIKE ME AND THE OTHER'S. STAY AWAY!! MY CAR WAS AMVIC INSPECTED AND DIDNT EVEN MAKE IT HOME !!!DONT FALL FOR IT!!! I arranged to come to edmonton from fort mcmurray to see a 2007 mazdaspeed 6. I expressed to the owner "Moehamed K" that it was very important for this car to be reliable for my family, I had to borrow money just to be able to even buy this car as I was REASURED it was "GOOD TO GO" and "NO REAL ISSUES" just a bit of play in this and that AMVIC inspected yata yata yata. DO NOT LISTEN!!!! THE CAR IS NOT GOOD TO GO!!!! THEIR MECHANICS SAID THE CAR IS GOOD BUT IT NEEDS AN ENGINE BEFORE I EVEN GET HOME. I did notice a bit of engine rumble but the car didnt have any engine lights or anything and it seemed to be driving good, but hey im not a mechanic. I see that it's "AMVIC inspected" (which aprently means nothing) with reasurence that the car is good. I'm not concerned.. I SHOULD HAVE BEEN CONCERNED. So we sign the papers, I leave as its already mid afternoon and I need to drive 4.5 hours home with the car. I get gas and I start to follow my friends to Fort Mcmurray. About 1.5-2 hours into my trip home the car had the engine light came on. we stop for gas half way home and I call the owner "Moehamed K" he told me to check the gas cap and that IF THERE WERE ANY ISSUES BIG or SMALL HE WILL GET IT FIXED (he didn't). About 1 hour away from Fort Mcmurary the car started misfiring. I got the car home and parked it in the driveway and it hasnt moved since writing this review. We took out the spark plugs and noticed that one of the plugs was coated in engine oil and it was all burnt. The owner "Moehamed K" did pay for a new set of spark plugs, valve gasket cover and a new window switch. None of this fixed the issue, The ENGINE needs to be taken APART. He knew that I lost my job, and that I have a 10 month old son and a wife to support but they sold me a car with a bad engine anyways. Scam artists. You make the choice!!! Don't go here. They told me I can take it back and trade it in for another vehicle. But it wouldn't make the journey. The owner knew this, and this is why they take advantage of people. Do not go here the owner is a liar. P.S the 5 star reviews here are mostly fake. Most likly the owners friends/family. He had another business named tl auto sales ltd and it had 2 star rating. So he re-made his company into this one, to wipe the old bad reviews. Very malicious and deceptive.

After reading the reviews has me absolutley heart broken for everyone was scammed the way we were, all the good reviews are mostly fake to cover the bad ones. I give birth in less than two months, my fiance and I saved for so long to get a "family vehicle" and with that we also traded in our car we had, it was a great car but not suited for a car seat. Prior to getting the suv the engine light was on, the guy who sold us the car said that he would have that fixed by the time we pick it up tuesday, (this was a friday) he told us that it needed new spark plugs and the engine light would turn off, and the back passenger window wouldnt work but those WOULD be fixed monday before we pick it up tuesday. Well tuesday rolls around and the engine light was STILL on, under the impression he fixed the spark plugs, we asked him about it and he said "it could be anything." I had a university class so we had to quickly go, and we were not even down the road and tried to roll down the back window and guess what..... IT WASNT FIXED. didnt mention anything to us when we were there. so my fiance goes back while im at school and he said "they order the wrong part and it should be there in 1-2 weeks." One week goes by and the whole car dies and wont turn over, we called a mechanic and the battery and grounders were shot, we told him and he offered to buy new batteries and grounders ... of course there was a wait to get the parts, just like the window.. , our car was literally half on the road and half in our driveway we couldnt wait.... We took it to another mechanic closer and now we need a new alternator and plenty of work done as its not ROAD WORTHY. I was so mad so, my fiance texted him about if he really changed the spark plugs and he said. "i never said that, I said it could be it." and also said the window part will be in 2-3 weeks, of course it just keeps getting longer.... Please do not trust these scammers, we wish we could get our vehicle back but reading other peoples stories we dont see its possible. We wont accept anything from them or even contact them because we cant even trust it will work and he is a pathalogical liar. Also, to all my indigenous friends, its your right to not pay sales tax for a vehcile, this man literally argued with me for 15 minutes saying we have to, and If i go to mcdonalds and not pay tax he wont make us pay. I have called every dealership in the city and they all say the same- its our right not to pay. He also tried to say I dont know what im talking about, however right down the street my grandpa bought a vehcile and didnt pay sales tax. The way he talked about it was just blatent racism. AVOIDDDDD THESE SCAMMERS. dont trust the fake reviews

**** Update **** I received a call from TL Auto and he proved to me they are seperate businesses that just share a same lot. He stated he would reach out to Mike Malik @ All Brand Auto Clearance on my behalf so my issue can be resolved. My review on All Brand Auto Clearance is a big "0" but I would give a 4 star to TL Auto for the assistance. I still am waiting for Mike to call me and be an decent human being and work me to resolve my complaint .. Mike doesn't have Google and only advertises through FB. If I could give an "no star" I would. My mother in law (without my knowledge) purchased a vehicle from Mike Malik aka Sohail Maik (AMVIC# S1011204) at All Brand Auto Clearance. It appears the Bill of Sale has a different address then what his business card has on it. The business card has 4419 118 Ave NW which is the same location as TL Auto Sales. Mike confirmed they are the same business but another guy from TL Auto Sales state they are separate businesses but share the same lot. Anyways who knows what the truth actually is... The vehicle was completely overpriced but was provided a fitness assessment that had no major issues. Upon mechanical inspection from an 3rd party mechanic the vehicle needs major repairs and is not SAFE on the road. The vehicle purchase was triple the value of the vehicle (if not more). Mike aka Sohail will not unwind the deal or even provide a small return on a portion of the purchase price so the vehicle can be repaired. I have no choice but now to make a AMVIC claim to hopefully recoup some or all the money which can take months or years. Lesson to be learned to purchase vehicles from a reputable company.

I bought a Ford edge form TL Auto Sales took it for a test drive and I felt like I had to put alot of pressure onto the breaks for then to actually work they told me thats just how those vehicles work. I don't know much about vehicles but I know when something doesn't feel right. I took his word for it anyway. I was in desperate need of a vehicle. After driving it for 3 days the ABS and Break lights came on. I had a inspection done and the vehicle was listed as not to be driven. Extremely dangerous because of how faulty the breaks were and considering everything else I'd have to fix. I called back and informed them of this and they said it wasn't there problem as they didn't do the inspection. There is no way that this vehicle should have passed a Inspection. Please do not fall for the same lies I did. Stay away form this place they made me sign alot of paperwork and only gave me one form. They didn't give me the inspection sheet because they already knew it was a lie. These people aren't trust worthy and only want your money. The windshield is cracked and so many other things selling this vehicle is actually illegal.

Spent the majority of the morning driving all over the place looking at vehicles privately and other sales lots and I must say the guys at TL were absolutely outstanding, friendly , professional and extremely helpful we were looking for a vehicle for my daughter for her first vehicle and a vehicle for my father-in-law , Took a few vehicles for test drives we were not rushed in the decision making, if we weren’t totally happy with one they definitely had suggestions and recommendations for others, which is great, so we ended up purchasing two vehicles from them. My daughter is extremely happy with the Nissan armada I’m pretty sure my father-in-law’s gonna be very happy with the Dodge ram 1500. Pricing was really fair and they work with your budget. I’m very happy with the entire experience vehicle shopping with the TL crew and would highly recommend them.

As an automotive technician, my experience was not great here. Made an offer online, which they agreed was a fair offer which got me in the door. Once i was there, i was told there was a "pending" offer already for 1000 more than than I offered online.lol then would not let me inspect or have it inspected at a shop of my choosing. All of a sudden they had a counter offer of a few hundred less. I also have experience in car sales which I did not mension to these guys as I was curious to see what they would try. Was the good old play dumb and stick to the rehearsal tactics. These guys work together and are sneaky. Watch out.lol from what ive seen there are only about a handful of good used car dealers in Edmonton. (Prestige on whyte) is one I highly recommend.

Omg where can I start. Some it’s my first time purchasing a car and my parents didn’t know much about cars. I went and I didn’t think I would be able to purchase a vehicle any time soon due to the prices.any deal-ships didn’t seem to care about your budget however, when I went to see the car one car got my attention and I knew I wanted but the price was out of my budget the guy that’s working there says we can work something out. I honestly didn’t think we will be able to work something but الحمدالله he called moe to come and we made everything work and it was an amazing experience. I learned some much about cars and I love my car even though I haven’t drove it yet. Thank you moe and the other worker.

I just went here to accompany a couple of friends to get a good vehicle. That technically makes me just a "guest". But, I've seen that they treat people well. They made me their "guest", too. They try their best to help their customers and they are quite friendly. There is no atmosphere of intimidation in here. While my friends are dealing with their car documents, I just sat in the lounge enjoying their coffee. Mo and Jason are great and fun to deal with. There may be thousands of car dealers around, but please take the time to check out these guys. Check out their website too for the best deals.

I bought 2007 Jeep grand cherokee from them and from the day I got it I am going to auto repair almost every day. Every day the check engine light is on and i need to repair. Never trust these guys. They are not honest. I regret going to them by seeing the good reviews on google. Its not even a month and i spent almost $3000 for repair. Today I fixed the car and again some other problem showed up I have to go to auto repair again. It seems they make. Its not even a month and they dont wana take the car back. They say dont have enough money to pay me. Seriously?? Just be careful.

Spent weeks helping my friend look for a vehicle. We looked all over kijiji, facebook marketplace and many dealerships. We went to see so many vehicles but decided to buy one from here. By far the best deal for a really nice car. The guys helping us were super nice, not pushy at all and really made sure it was the car she wanted. We were hesitant buying from a smaller dealership at first but everything was very legitimate they even had all the maintenance records from the previous owner. Honest and trustworthy business 10/10 recommend.

It was a pleasure working with Jason at TL Auto. They have provided me with a reliable vehicle at a very reasonable price with a professional courtesy that is greatly appreciated. I've been driving my car now for a year and half maintenance free (minus standard oil changes and check ups) and that's something I can be very grateful for. As someone who has been a used car owner for 20 years I can say that this has been the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle both the customer service and the vehicle itself.

Experience here was horrific, was sold a car that had issues the day after purchasing, and was not covered by the extra warranty they upsold me! Had to pay to have car fixed immediately after buying. Salesman Moe mysteriously went m.i.a when trying to contact him! Awful place to purchase if you want peace of mind!!!
