I was greeted by a lovely lady when I was shopping for pies for my interstate family, who was visiting for a couple of weeks. The lovely lady held my daughter Ewelina while I was choosing what I needed and even helped me take the items to my car. The pies, sausage rolls and the sweet treats are amazing!! We still have some pies in the freezer for those days when we are too busy to cook and they still taste amazing when heated up again. The lovely lady was the CEO but I can not remember her name, can you please let her know I was very grateful for your help and generosity. Xx

The older blonde lady is beyond rude! I absolutely love their pies but after that woman rolled her eyes at me for looking in the hot cabinet, I WILL NEVER BE BACK AGAIN. Do yourself a favour and avoid going here at all costs. To the owners of that place, I’d reconsider the people you hire because they have no customer service skills and are treating customers horribly.

Great factory outlet. They have a complete range of products that National Pies make and about half of the retail price. You can get hot, cold or frozen pies at around 1/2 price so great to stock up your freezer. They even have stuff that are 2nd's which might have a little burnt bit or broken pastry and they are cheaper again. Definitely worth going there!!!

Staff used to be very pleasant & reasonably priced seconds available. However recently there has been a decline in customer service unfortunately... To the point where I am tossing up whether to make a complaint regarding one of their more mature staff members... Definitely needs an attitude adjustment regarding Customer service sadly.

Beautiful pies, sausage rolls & cakes. Been there numerous times over the years. Always greeted with a happy smile and great customer service. Too bad they don’t have on-site parking anymore, which makes it hard for disabled customers like my wife. Street parking available.

Got recommended to go and try these pies bought the plain and steak and onion pies and when fully heated cut the pie open and there was hardly any filling in both the pies I had not really impressed a herbert Adams pie has more filling for the same price

Wow! The absolutely superior pie and sausage roll! I just bought a mixed pie/sausage roll pack to try from our local Woolworths in Brisbane…..amazing!!! My family will only be buying these sausage rolls and pies from now on! delishhhhh!!!

A great place to buy pies and bakery goods - direct from the bakery. Sells pies as retail packaged , bulk factory seconds at a reduced price, and warm from the store's pie oven. Convenient location with free parking.

Was busy because of holidays, but nothing beats a national pie, should have a visitors centre or something, gifts and tourists

Hot pies, sausage rolls & mini quiches all very tasty, come with free sauces - tomato or bbq - and good value for money☺
