Small patch of greenery in commercial area of Bristol. A few benches to sit. Historical church ruins close by. Easy walking distance of Bristol Temple Meads train station and central shopping district approximately 10 mins walk.

  • Andrew Malloy

Lovely small park, a hidden gem just off one of Bristol's busy central streets. Contains the remains of 15th century Temple Church, badly damaged in WW2, which has a dramatically leaning tower. The park has a lovely rose garden.

  • Garry Firth

Beautiful, serene park in the middle of Bristol. Really small but a nice place to lunch in the sun, with plenty of shade under trees of you fancy. A few benches around which get taken up quickly over work lunch breaks

There's a church tower here that leans almost as much as the leaning tower of Pisa! Set in small but pretty gardens in one of the best cities in the UK, I don't know why this isn't more of a tourist attraction.

  • William Whatley

A lovely garden with great scenery, being situated within historically-rich church grounds. It is really beautiful during the Bristol Light Festival where the trees are lit up with beautiful string lights.

  • David Troughton

Lovely hidden away garden in from of the ruins of Temple Church, there has been a church on this site since the 12th century built by the Knights Templar. Bombed in the second world war.

  • Anna Bandana

Beautiful little park in Bristol, especially in nicer weather I would imagine. It's historically significant too, but not sure if that matters when you're deciding where to walk the dog.

A really lovely and quiet park in a very central location. I can't wait to be able to walk around in the ruins once they've been restored and it's safe again as it's such a lovely spot.

  • Claire Robertson

It's beautiful, from the little pigeons and birds, to the stunning trees, it's a mini haven in the centre. The roses are deeply stunning with all different types for a rose lover.

  • Wendy

Lovley very pretty place to escape the busyness of the town peaceful little spot to chill and gather your thoughts while looking at a beautiful ruin and lovley flowers

  • Fabien Hubert

Nice little park next to the church. There are a few benches if you want to sit down. It's particularly pretty in autumn when the leaves start falling down.

  • Marty Cummins

Lovely hidden oasis of greenery surrounded by architecture of dubious merit but also the atmospheric bombed out remains of the 'leaning' Temple Church.

It's lovely - very peaceful and a hidden gem! The benches could do with repairing or replacing, though - otherwise I'd have given it a 5 star rating.

  • Ian Archard

Nice shady open space ideal for a hot day. It gets very busy here lunchtimes when the sun is out, even more so because it is used as a short cut.

  • Anna Valesova

Temple Church it is fantastic historical building. Amazing roses are in the garden and you can enjoy it because there is lots of benches.

  • Richard Ayers

Best old church in Briz walk all way round and see some amazing sites - stand under old trees - just look up you will stop worrying then☺

  • Gemma Bailey

Quiet little park in central Bristol. Good for sitting outside with some nice lunch from one of the many local food markets nearby.

  • Mike Davenport

Nice to have a bit of greenspace in the centre but the benches are all rotten and falling apart. Need replacing and more of them.

  • Chloe Palmer

It's a really sweet place to visit with friends I'd family for a quick picnic or just to chill out for a few mins.

  • Erik o

Small but nice and relaxing place to be. Enough benches to sit down on and just take a good breath for a moment.

  • Tom Stevens

Nice little park at the back of the Temple. Quietly tucked away from the busy Victoria St. and A4044 around it.

  • Andy Arnold

A nice cozy little park. There aren't any toilets or a cafe bit it was an escape from the noise of the city
