I went back and forth on whether or not to write a review, but seeing as how Tend has emailed and texted me about 4 times since I left yesterday asking for a review, I decided to oblige. I booked two appointments for my first visit - one for an Invisalign consult and another for a routine cleaning. First had trouble finding parking so had to pay to park at PCM (no validation). But to Tend's credit, I was quickly admitted back and thoroughly enjoyed working with Laura & the doctor (I can't remember her name right now, but her last name started with a G). I actually signed up for Invisalign & was excited to get started. Unfortunately, the cleaning changed everything for me.. Go to another suite to start my cleaning where my hygienist literally stabs my gums with unnecessary force until they start bleeding and become very swollen and sore. After she finished, she said "well we're probably going to need to do an intermediate cleaning on you. Let me get the doctor." The dentist comes in and looks at my gums (she mercifully used normal force), but by the time she was looking at them the damage had been done. She said that even though my teeth were "beautiful" and in great condition with no cavities, my gums were too inflamed for me to have a regular cleaning. I needed an intermediate cleaning because I had gingivitis and would have to schedule it for 6 weeks out because there wasn't time today. I politely asked why they couldn't do the routine cleaning today and revisit doing an intermediate cleaning at my next check up and was never given an actual answer to the question (Me: Why? The Doctor: Because you need an intermediate cleaning Me: But if I don't want the intermediate and just want a routine, why can't I make that call for myself? The Doctor: Because you can't) You can imagine the rest of the conversation was equally unproductive. It culminated in me stating that, as the patient, I should have the right to make a call as to whether or not I want extra treatment. They replied that they could not perform a routine cleaning because it would be "neglect" on their part. The logic made no sense to me since they were doing their duty by making a recommendation, and it is my choice as the patient to decide course of action (should be, anyway). When the hygienist took me up to the front, she asked the ladies at the desk to schedule me for 6 weeks out for an intermediate cleaning and go over coverages with me. When the receptionist/scheduler was asking if I had had a good experience, I told her it was a colossal waste of time because I had driven over an hour to get to the office for a teeth cleaning only to not have my teeth cleaned at all. I also said they shouldn't try to upsell patients on procedures they don't necessarily need or want. I insisted all I wanted was to use my preventive routine cleaning benefit and didn't care to spend $290 (after insurance coverage) on an intermediate cleaning. She was friendly and helpful, and she did try to accommodate me by suggesting that I could always refuse the fluoride treatment (which they charge a whopping $60 for - I've never seen a dentist charge more than $30), but I insisted it wasn't going to be a solution for me since I can go to literally any other dentist and have a routine cleaning for $0. To add some context, I had an experience just like this at a different dental chain several years ago. I ended up spending over $1000 on gingivitis treatment I did not actually need. The next dentist I went to (who unfortunately stopped taking my insurance) told me this is a *known scam* for chain dentists. They will insist you need treatment for gingivitis (because the treatment doesn't negatively impact you if you don't have it) to create upsells for the patient/insurance and make more $ for the practice. I'm not saying that this is what Tend is doing, but I'm also not saying that they aren't. I requested a refund for my Invisalign payment and asked that they not book me for any more appointments. If you do use Tend, just be mindful and on your toes for unnecessary upcharges.
I would give 0 stars if I could. This place is terrible if you’re receiving extended care. At first, I was very impressed with their service and facilities. Their doctors are also very competent, but their business model is a logistical nightmare and I’m convinced they have it structured that way to serve their business model. You’re entirely unable to speak directly with your provider/office no matter how hard you try. When I first got my Invisalign, I had a question that was worrying me and I tried to call and ended up waiting 48 hours to get a response from a customer service rep who said they would get back to me. You’re physically unable to talk to a healthcare provider. Next visit to the office I complained about this and the tech commiserated with me, saying they agree it’s an issue. Further, I checked that they accepted my insurance and was told that they do. However, they placed me specifically with a provider who does not. I can only assume this puts more money in their own pocket. 6 months into treatment, I was told that the remaining $1800 balance would be charged to my card on file in 48 hours. Of course, no recourse here either. Finally, tend canceled one of my appointments and it took me over a month to get in touch to reschedule. Once I did reach them, I was told my provider had left tend. I can’t blame her, tend is a broken capitalist machine that I can only assume is frustrating to providers as well. Now, I will have to deal with insurance again under a new provider. I only need to pick up new trays and they’re saying I’m unable to do so until December 13. Today is October 16. This also means that any additional care I need will likely be pushed into the new year, wherein I will not have met my deductible. Tend has cost me time, money, and frustration. I will be tracking down my old provider and transitioning care. I will say that the care I’ve received is good. This is nothing against the PCM staff, but the system is horribly broken. This organization is a poorly run scam. UPDATE 10/24: I've tried to get in contact repeatedly and am left on eternal hold. Currently on the line as I write this. I've still been unable to get an answer as to (1) whether I can pick up my new trays before the earliest available appointment in 6 weeks and (2) whether the transition to a new ortho since my old one left Tend will result in any charges for me. Ridiculous. UPDATE 11/1: I was finally contacted by tend and they moved me to a new studio and set my appointment for 11/3. Today, I get an email that my appointment is canceled and they won't be able to see me until after 12/1 due to a "lab delay," and requested that I call them. I called and was told that the lab delay is because my aligners are still being made. The aligners that were initially supposed to be given to me in September when my initial appointment was canceled. I don't know how Tend can become more incompetent, but I'm sure they will show me.
Had a cool experience at the Tend in midtown at my cleaning I was interested in scheduling with orthodontics for the breezy braces consultation my Dental hygienist attempted to make an appt then but saw they had no Orthodontist at midtown but had one at the ponce location which was cool it was closer and my doctors are next door. She scheduled my appt about a month or two out. I get the reminder emails the text confirmation and another confirmation the day before the appt I get all the way up there and there is no orthodontist there and the receptionist claimed to have called me yet I had no missed calls or voicemails and they sent me multiple confirmation messages. She stated the orthodontist “just left” last Friday. My appt was the next Saturday….. who manages the appts and makes sure patients are appropriately notified for the need to cancel an appt?? Cause if I hadn’t shown up or tried to reschedule you would have hit me with a 100 or 50 dollar fee. She attempted to reschedule me but at the midtown location and now I’m kinda pissed because I was told I had to come here but now you’re saying I have to go back to midtown location The only reason I didn’t flip was because it was a Saturday and I didn’t have to pay for parking bc mind you they don’t validate at this location. Still, though that lack of communication and proper cancelling just left a bad taste in my mouth. This facility is not right up the street from me. It’s a good 35-40 mins away.
Beware - predatory practices at play. My first appointment went well, although it was just a routine cleaning, it took 1.5 hours. The dentist said I needed a filling, but unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to have it done same-day. While checking out, I was billed an additional $70 - I believe it was for x-rays, even though I was told upon checking in that everything would be covered by my insurance. I don't like going for preventative care (which should be covered 100%) and paying out of pocket, but I paid it and got over it. Fast-forward 6 months, I start receiving appointment reminders. I never made another appointment at Tend because I wasn't really blown away by the service or the hidden fees. I was out of the country so I couldn't call to cancel, but assumed since they required confirmation for your appt to be valid they'd cancel it since I never confirmed. Shocker: they did not and instead billed me $100 for a no-show appointment. Of course they are saying they won't be able to refund me due to policy, but this type of practice certainly doesn't encourage anyone to be a returning client here. It also seems that scheduling automated appointments for patients, then sending email reminders that could easily be filed away to your spam folder + never calling patients to confirm, then billing them for missed appointments (that they never scheduled or confirmed) = a scam, no?
I started off loving Tend to the extent that I even ventured into getting Invisalign with them. The first issue started when they took my scans but no one ever actually sent them in to get trays made. I came into the appt only to be told of the mistake. To be fair they did rectify it quickly & I loved the orthodontist. Cut to nearly 8 months into my 6 month treatment - the Orthodontist left Tend right before my final appt to remove my hardware & get my retainers but they didn't tell me they just cancelled my appt & told me to call to reschedule. 2 months have gone by of me calling in to no answer, can't book online & just today I finally got through to someone only to be told I have to wait until JANUARY to get my braces removed. I will be a whole year into the process by that point. Mind you - if i wanted to book an appt to get my invisalign assessment there are TONS of appts bookable online. Literally tomorrow all day I could take my pick. The two stars are bc they handled the first issue so well & I also love the hygienists. Maybe if they manage to rectify this situation quickly I'd be open to changing the score but I am so discouraged with this group at the moment & am strongly considering finding a new Dentist all around despite loving the vibe on that side of things.
I came here for an emergency appointment. I booked the appointment online and was in their office within 2 hours. Insurance verification was a breeze! They have an app that you can pre-fill out all of your intake paperwork so you can almost go directly into being seen. Aesthetics: TOP TIER!!!!!!!!!! They really nailed it with this one. It doesn’t feel like a dentist office, more so a spa. It’s very serene. The waiting area isn’t crowded with people waiting to be seen. Everything looked very clean and organized. Parking: parking is a bit of a nuisance. They have paid lots across the street or in the Ponce lot. I think they should take the parking fee off of the balance owed for service. But that’s a minor thing. Staff: Staff were AMAZINGGGGG!!!! Great personalities, professional and informative on what services will be done at your appointment, estimated duration of procedure, and here to answer any follow up questions. Dr. E and Desiree were the best duo you could ask for! Very thorough, attentive to my needs, and even gave an in depth description of each step in the procedure and what tools were being used for. Overall, i couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely recommend to ANYONE!! Thanks Tend! You’ve earned a long term client!
This place is horrible. I went in for a cleaning, they insisted I get fillings in 3 sessions for just one side. I trusted their "expertise" and have been in pain ever since, it's over a year since I got those fillings. They attempted to adjust them a few times and kept telling me the pain would subside if a few weeks, it did not. I still cannot get over the pain, even flossing makes me wince in agony. Chewing is out of the question. Mind you, I came in perfectly fine, just for a routine cleaning. The completely tasteless part is that while I was complaining of the extreme pain, they automatically scheduled me for another appointment for additional work that I DID NOT agree to and charged me $100 for not showing up. Now, due to the fact that I can only use one side of my mouth to chew for over a year, it's caused serious asymmetry in my face. It's noticeable in pictures and affects the way I talk. I eventually got a second opinion at a reputable dentist and they confirmed that Tend messed up pretty badly, something I already knew. I wish I could undo this whole horrific place. It's seriously damaged my self esteem. They don't even have enough integrity to apologize for bad work. And when you call, you get sent to a call center...seriously?
I was sceptical at first about going to a franchise dentistry clinic to get my teeth cleaned and examined. I've been to Aspen Dental before and they make you feel like you're in a assembly line to get your teeth done. Just another number. I've always preferred the small family type Dentist Office's. You know the ones you've been going to your whole life and everyone knows you by name. Those ones. However, to say I was pleasantly surprised is a huge understatement. The customer service was phenomenal. Checking in with the receptionist felt like talking to a family member. The staff, doctors and dental hygienist all really make you feel at home. They were very patient with me and all the questions I had. The dental treatment itself was impressive as well. Tend has all the newest state of the art Dental Medicine technology and instruments. Getting dental picked to death is a thing of the past. I can not say enough good things about Tend located at Ponce City Market off of North Ave. - A happy and new customer -
So disappointed! First of all I Came here really excited for having this option! I wanted my Checkup and see to straight my smile . They send me like 3 emails asking for confirmation witch I Did . They also send me a email saying for no Show ups they’ll charge me $100 dollar fee . So I got there on time . And this Rude lady on the front desk didn’t even say hello to me , she had a terrible attitude . (Not friendly at all) Even made me feel uncomfortable for not being American. She Starting asking me questions about dentistry wich I don’t have idea THATS WHY WE COME TO A DENTIST FOR ADVICE . Treating me like a dumb person. She ended up saying “we cannot take you”. You can Reschedule !! Why ?? The appointment a made was for nothing ? Or she just didn’t want to take me because I’m Latin person ? I drove 1 hour to get on time as they asked for and not cancell. I’m sorry I really don’t recommend at least the address .
Avoid this place. First the dentists are new and will do work that is inaccurate just for you to need to go to a different dentist to get fixed. They said I needed a root canal on the wrong tooth here. It’s “pretty” and a lot of the good reviews come from influencers that they pay. Avoid this place. Also the cleaning was partial and I felt like I had better cleanings elsewhere. Then out of nowhere I get an appointment reminder for an appointment I didn’t set. I’m out of town. Then I check my card and they charged me $100 without my authorization for an appointment I never confirmed. It’s a scam. When I called to to get a refund they said it’s non-refundable but I never made this appointment or confirmed it. Weird. I called a second time after getting this reply and they said again they will not issue a refund. So just be cautious. They are scamming people out of $100 for unconfirmed and unscheduled appointments.
I ended up scheduling the wrong location (Midtown) and went to Ponce thinking my appt was there. They informed me I was at the wrong location and offered to reschedule me at theirs the very next morning at 8am. The front office staff was incredibly nice and welcoming. I went the next morning for my first exam. The amenities are very modern and not like any dentist I've ever been to. They do well to give you plenty to distract yourself while waiting for consults, getting cleanings, waiting for numbing, etc. The hygienists were also very nice and professional. My exam appointment was at 8am and we discovered I needed two fillings. They scheduled me later that SAME day at 10am for the two fillings. Dr. Campon was straight to the point and very professional. She knocked out both fillings and not a thing was felt. I was in and out in less than a hour. Couldn't be more thrilled that this is my new dentist! -Mike T
Had a filling done and immediately noticed that it was off. I told the dentist that and she said "I didn't know what I was talking about and it'll feel fine once the anesthesia wears off." It wasn't any better later that evening. I tried to book an appointment but couldn't get through so I left a bad review given my experience. They promptly got me back in and the dentist said "you could've just called and you didn't need to leave a bad review" which left a poor taste in my mouth. Ended up experiencing more issues and asked them to look at it during my 6month cleaning where they said the filling looked great and I probably had a fractured tooth that I'll need to fix at a later date. This assessment was provided by a different dentist Fast forward a few months and my filling fell out. TLDR, I wouldn't get any significant dental work done. The techs are great and do a good job with the cleaning.
Tend was wonderful until my orthodontist left without notice. Now it has been 4 months and I haven't been able to get in to see an orthodontist and they keep canceling my appointment due to "scheduling issues" so every two weeks I keep having to call back to reschedule. It has been a nightmare and it has been impossible to get anyone on the phone to acknowledge the issue or give any assurance about when I might be able to be seen again... As another view mentioned, you can't call the branch directly, only a call center that seem to have little to no clue what is going on. It is incredibly frustrating and I just want to get my hardware removed at this point. I will say, prior to the orthodontist leaving, I had a wonderful experience with the dental staff and everyone. But they can't just leave their entire ortho clientele in a lurch and refuse to communicate with them....
Pros: The employees at this branch are pleasant, kind, helpful, and there is absolutely a judgement free vibe. The quality of dental work is also great. Cons: I DESPISE not being able to call the branch directly (this is clearly not the branches fault). You always have to call a call center and they call the branch. That means you have to explain yourself and situation to a complete stranger. Every. Single. Time you call. Additionally, follow-through could be improved. I asked to have my retainer mailed to me, and it took almost 4 weeks and 3 follow up calls before they actually sent it and that was AFTER the 3 weeks it took for it to be mailed to me (this IS the branches fault). Lastly, I do not like being shuffled from dentist to dentist. I finally had to specifically ask to only see one person - we'll see if they honor that.
Avoid this place. Came in for a cleaning but after x-rays and treatment planning they said they did not have time to do the cleaning. They said I'd have to come back and do the cleaning in 2 additional appointments. So 3 appointments in total for a cleaning...seemed pretty scammy to me and will not be coming back. Updating this post two weeks after the paragraph above: I ended up going to my family dentist for the regular cleaning. They were outside my insurance and charged me $179, completed in one appointment. In comparison Tend charged my insurance $425 for that first partial appointment, then gave me a 'treatment plan' which scoped out $340 for appt #2 and $605 for appt #3 - making it $1,370 for a dental cleaning through Tend. Overcharging to this extent is predatory.
I was brought in by the great design and interface of their digital experience. When I showed up it was disorganized, late, they were confirming my insurance which was supposedly already confirmed during my digital setup, and the service was awful. It was the worst dental experience I’ve had in my life. The dental hygienist was inexperienced and gagged me multiple times during my X-ray. The tv in my “suite” said welcome Carlson (not my name). I booked a cleaning that they didn’t perform and encouraged my to book a follow up. I think they are scamming insurance by breaking out what should be one appointment into several. Don’t be fooled by their great outward appearance, this place is a rotten egg. 2 stars for a good app and good design
been a patient / client at Tend for almost two years now & each time they exceed expectations. I’m one of those people who CONSTANTLY needs work on my mouth: caps, crowns, fillings, cleanings My whitening experience was very positive — painless process First of all — due to a mix up I showed up for the wrong time for my appointment and they still managed to reschedule my whitening process in 24 hours at same location The treatment — painless whitening and cleaning. Plenty of Anthony bourdain episodes to watch on tv. Healing: The zingers did happen and caught me off guard but they provided me with sensitivity mouth piece ahead of time in prep Now my teeth look great ready for my wedding portraits
Picture it: Thursday night and I'm frantically typing "what dentist is open on Saturdays?!" in search of a tooth fairy . I stumbled upon TEND's website and hesitated before taking the plunge. But wow, am I glad I did! From the moment I walked through the door, I felt like royalty - the red carpet of customer service had been rolled out for me. The facility itself was stunning - a feast for the eyes, and the staff? Oh, they were the cherry on top! Shoutout to Sydney, Kathy, and Dr. Clifton for the most magical dental experience of my life! Thank you for your A+ customer service that deserves a standing ovation! I'm absolutely grateful and impressed with the job well done!
So I had my first visit with Tend dental office at 650 North Avenue in Atlanta. The hygienist Safiyah did an excellent job with my cleaning. Followed by my examination which was done by Dr. Eric. He was very thorough in pointing out things I needed to consider, and answering all of my questions in a way that I could understand. His chair side manors were very professional and poised with patience. He made some recommendations that I am looking forward to having him take care of. The staff was very professional and the services were just great. Good job team. I have found my new dental home. My smile/future just got much brighter! Thanks Dr. Eric/Safiyah/Tend dental!!!!!!
This was the best experience I’ve had at any doctors office ever. I’m from out of town and was in ATL for the weekend when I experienced some pretty bad tooth pressure after my flight. I was able to make a last minute emergency appointment for Saturday and this office was incredible. Not only is it clean, welcoming, and calming, but also soothing as I was very stressed and in pain regarding my tooth. I was in and out in 20 minutes, doctor and staff were very polite and accommodating. They were able to numb me and prescribe some meds until I can get back home. Thank you so much for your help!!!
Absolutely. HORRENDOUS. This has been the worst dental experience of my life. My dental hygienist Latrice has been the only saving grace. Otherwise, I have had to CHASE DOWN proper care, have been BOUNCED AROUND with providers, and despite showing up IN PERSON WITH AN EMERGENT DENTAL SITUATION — have received absolute radio silence in terms of follow up. My anger for this place gets worse by the day. Do yourself a favor and go LITERALLY anywhere else. These folks are trying to hide their severely mismanaged healthcare practice with bells, whistles, and a ceiling-mounted TV. Don’t fall far it.
I’ve had a rather frustrating experience with this dental clinic due to repeated rescheduling of my appointments. Twice in the last two weeks, I received notice that my appointments had to be pushed back because of staff departures. While I understand unforeseen circumstances, it’s disappointing that there weren’t suitable alternatives arranged promptly. Consistency is crucial in healthcare, and the lack of a backup plan for staff turnover has significantly inconvenienced my dental care. I hope the clinic addresses these issues to ensure a more reliable experience for patients in the future.
I booked a free consultation appointment online and I’m upset because I wasted my time coming here. First thing is I don’t live close by so it was a long drive for me. Second I work 9-5 so it’s already hard for me to squeeze in an appointment. I don’t understand why they couldn’t have informed me ahead of time that no orthodontists were available the day of my appointment. Instead they chose to tell me when I got there and that I’ll have to reschedule. I was looking forward to going through with the treatment after my consult but after what I experienced I won’t go back again.
I made a free consultation appointment online. When I arrived receptionist told me it was going to be a $275 visit charge. They finally honored the free consultation. Once on the chair, I told the nurse or attendant that I needed to get an implant out (which is was completely out of my gum by then), have the dentist treat the area and make sure it won't bleed. The attendant told me that the Doctor won't even touch it because it's not their work. I didn't even got to see the Doctor! Complete waste of my time! I won't go back there again.
Just had my first cleaning at tend and had a great experience. Even though I arrived early, they took me back and I was immediately greeted when I walked through the door. They gave a goody bag with toothbrush and small toothpaste as well. Once I entered my “suite” I had my X-rays done and then was given the option to watch tv while my teeth were being cleaned. They provided sunglasses and beats headphones to watch. All in all everyone was professional and it does live up to the hype I’ve been hearing about!
This place is the way to go as far as dentist are concerned. The service and technology are the best I have ever seen. The technicians and doctors are top notch and no up selling!! I am referring anyone I know to go there. It’s worth the drive if you don’t live near one of their branches. Deborah G, my hygienist is amazing and treats me as a person and not a number. She is awesome and gentle so this man is now a going to the dentist office on a regular basis after a long break
This was the most amazing experience from beginning to end! I was in the market for a new dentist because my experience at my previous dentist got worse with every visit. I went into my appointment today knowing that it would be better than my previous experience but they exceeded my expectations! The receptionist was warm and friendly and my hygienist Keisha was knowledgeable, kind, and amazing! I will definitely be back! Thank you Tend! You have gained a new customer!
Great first experience, no paperwork, check in was quick. The office didn’t feel like a stale office, the staff makes an effort to converse with you, I was surprised that they went into step by step detail of my cleaning. Usually it’s in & out, but I’m here, they want you to understand what’s going on with your oral health. Michelle at the front desk was friendly, so was all the other staff from the hygienist, Zaklyn to Dr. Ennuson!
Best dental experience I've ever had, hands down. The office is clean, bright, and beautiful. Everyone is kind and professional. I made them aware of my tooth sensitivities and they accommodated. I was so comfortable. My teeth look and feel great. I now look forward to my next cleaning, something I could never say with my previous dentists. Upon leaving, I immediately called friends and family to recommend they switch to Tend.
Upon immediate arrival for a cleaning, the experience is smooth. Zaklyn is comprehensive, quick, and kind. She remembered things about me from my last visit 6 months ago. I don’t often review, but I was in and out with my smile feeling clean and healthy! I was most pleased to see the fluoride price went down, but it could also go down more. It’s the highest I have paid for it at $60, so that’s why I give 4 stars.
Extremely friendly staff from start to finish - everything was very clean and bright. Tiffani, my dental hygienist, was an absolute delight and very knowledgeable. She explained everything that would occur during the visit and she was very gentle and accommodating during the X-rays and cleaning I had done. For someone who has high anxiety related to visiting the dentist, it was a great experience!
Best dentist experience ever! Ok first off - the staff is amazing! Secondly the technology is top notch. Do you see the “gun” the hygienist is holding? That’s the x-ray machine. Thirdly - They give you Beats headphones so you can watch a TV in the ceiling while they look at your teeth. Oh and that’s not all! They close at 8pm and will be open soon on Saturdays. Book them!
My first experience at Tend was great. The staff made me feel comfortable from when I walked through the door throughout the rest of my appointment. My hygienist, Samyrah(spelling may be wrong!) was so sweet. I felt no pain during my cleaning. The building was beautiful and easy to navigate. This is the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist by far. Highly recommend!
I was visiting out of state and had a dental emergency. My friend recommended this place and I extremely grateful she did. The staff here are incredibly amazing! Dr Campos and Kathy were very friendly from start to finish and did an amazing job treating my emergency. I highly recommend this place to anyone living in the area and/or visiting out of state.
My hygienist Tiffini is fantastic! Tend is full service, accommodating and super kind. The entire experience has been wonderful! Looking forward to continuing my treatment with this swanky and well qualified dental group! Also-being able to drown out “dental sounds while watching Blue Panet is genius! They are getting it right!!
Like most folks, the dentist has always been a place I go and feel my worst. But this time was different. Everyone at Tend Ponce City Market was wonderful. I left with a huge smile on my face. It is a little more expensive than some other dentists I've been to, but not being shamed out the building made it worth every penny.
I suffer from PTSD...after having a horrible military dentist experience and after telling the staff they were so patient and accommodating with me. Greg was phenomenal and explained everything he was doing. They all made me feel extremely comfortable... thank you to everyone at the Ponce City Market location in Atlanta.
Greg was amazing! He made me feel comfortable and did an excellent job with my cleaning, X-rays, etc. The office staff were friendly and professional. They explained my plan of action moving forward including what my insurance would pay. Great experience and I have found my new dentist! Thank you Tend Ponce City Market!
Such a great experience! My hygienist, Greg, explained every part of the process and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The dentist was very kind as well as very knowledgeable about the dental issues I was experiencing. That was probably the least stressful dental visit I’ve had in a long time!
My wife and I had two appointments, one at 10 and 11 but we ended up getting called together. We had our six month and five year old boys with us. They acted fast and they helped us watch the babies while we were getting treated. Some other dentist probably would’ve made us reschedule. Amazing service!
I literally LOVE Tend so much! The staff is always so nice and personable, the doctor is very informative and caring, and obviously it is such a cute/fun place. I had my filling redone today, and honestly it has been the best experience compared to any other dentist I have been to for a filling. 10/10
I booked my first appointment 6 months in advance and they canceled it at last minute "due to shift in provider's schedule", asking me to rebook. Then their calendar shows the next appointment is two months out. This is ridiculous. They should pay me a last-minute cancellation fee.
Dr Anderson was very friendly and easy to talk to. Took time to explain things and made me feel comfortable. It was also easy to schedule an emergency apt online and get seen same day. Dental assistant Desiree was really friendly and professional as well. Highly recommend.
Definitely firing my old Dentist and switching to Tend Dental. Came in on an emergency visit and they figured out my problem IMMEDIATELY. The customer service is top tier and the staff is Definitely knowledgeable. I'm not dealing with anyone else. Happy New Client …
This place rocks. They have amazing attention to detail and the overall vibe is on point. I especially appreciated Michelle at the front desk! She was so helpful, patient and personable. I have had many bad dentist experiences and this was definitely not one of them!
Another amazing dental experience with the lovely and super professional folks at Tend. A fantastic dental cleaning was followed by an insightful post-cleaning consultation with the dentist. And shoutout to Michelle at the front desk too for being so kind & helfpul.
Customer service was A1 at the front desk. The hygienist Gregory was great. I have some things that I need done to my mouth upcoming and I do not like pain, bit he was reassuring that they would give something for pain, and it should go easy. Just very nice
Excellent service! Everyone was so pleasant. The atmosphere was very welcoming. Everyone moved with a sense of urgency. I had a regular cleaning and my teeth feel amazing!!! I’m telling my friends and family to come to this place bc it’s just that amazing.
This was by far the best trip to the dentist ever! The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. From the time I walked in, til the time I checked out! The cleaning was the best I have ever had! I will definitely go back for all of my dental needs.
This was my 2nd visit with Maile and I was even more appreciative of how informative the process was along with the touches of personalization! Also, can’t beat getting in and out on a Saturday. Looking forward to continuing my dental services at Tend!
The office is clean and bright as usual. Sariyah (?), the hygienist, did a terrific and thorough job in cleaning my teeth. It’s disappointing to see the turnover of the dentists there. I guess it is quite normal for a “chain” dental care services.
As we all know it is hard to find a good dentist Tend is the one for me my hygienist was awesome no pain at all and my teeth feel clean and amazing. She told her time and explain what would be good for my dental health thank you so much Tiffany.
Tend provides a comforting experience at the dentist - the dentist can be stressful. The staff is super friendly and everything is super clean. You can also use your insurance here - I literally tell all of my family and friends to come here.
I always have a great experience at Tend. The hygienists, admin staff, and dentists are fantastic. Not only are they friendly and welcoming, they're also great about explaining the details of insurance, pricing, and your treatment plan.
This dentist office is amazing and I would recommend them to anybody! Great staff, especially Zaylik/Zaylin was super nice and made me feel as comfortable as possible. I will definitely be coming back! And give that girl a raise!
I had an absolutely amazing experience with Deklyn!!! It was my 1st time at Tend and while I don't typically like going to the dentist, I am already looking forward to my next visit! My teeth are spotless. Thank you, Deklyn!!!
Hadn't been to the dentist in a long time and I wasn't sure why after this appointment. Managed to book the day before, Zaklyn was a great hygienist, and getting to watch Chopped was a nice touch. Highly recommend.
Dr. Clifton & Kathy were absolutely amazing. They were able to see me same day and helped ease my anxiety knowing I’d have to have my wisdom teeth removed. They were both so kind and warm. 10/10 - come see them!
Amazing service and friendliness ! I had an interdental brush stuck in between my molars and they got it out quickly. Everything was precise. Even took an X ray to assure me that the brush had been removed !
Had the most pleasant teeth cleaning I have ever had with Greg at the Ponce City Market location. He was friendly, efficient, and made the experience as painless and comfortable as possible.
Tiffani was so great! She knew I was a little nervous coming and made extra care to make my experience as painless as possible. Highly recommend this location and Tiffani as your hygienist!
One of the most pleasant visits to the dentist I’ve ever had. Esthetically pleasing, cute bag with brush and toothpaste, and very friendly staff. I love my new dentist office :)
AMAZING. I have a internal fear of all things dentist. My experience at Tend was professional, with kindness and understanding of my anxiety. I would absolutely recommend Tend!
The best dentist in Atlanta! Dr. Clifton and Zaklyn never disappoint - always such a good time! An incredible patient experience and incredibly easy access to care! 100/10!!
Everyone was so nice. Dr. Choi was gentle and she explained everything in detail. And her assistant Toccara was great as well! Will recommend 10 out of Tend!
My absolute favorite dentist! I love Tend so much. It’s such a simple process and it’s quick and easy. I love the aesthetic of the whole place.
Tiffany was the best hygienist anyone could ask for! She talked me through everything and was supportive and helpful. Highly recommend!
Super clean and professional. Safiya was my hygienist absolutely amazing, gentle and thorough one of the best in Ponce city market.
Dr. Okeke is a great dentist and really serviced my needs! Happy to come back because of his in-depth knowledge in his field!
