Today was my first visit at this Vet with my 14 week old purebred Miniature Poodle puppy, Rosie . This visit was just for an examination & booster needles, but it was only Rosie’s 2nd visit to any Vet! The Vet Tech/Nurse was so amazing and kind and answered all my questions about some puppy issues we are having with my new baby girl. It made me feel a lot better about what I’ve been doing so far with Rosie’s puppy behaviour. I feel like the Vet Tech/Nurse really listened to my concerns and actually cared about Rosie’s well being and that obviously is an important factor in choosing a good Vet for me (and for most people). I was given very thorough information regarding spaying and the next steps to keeping Rosie healthy & happy! The Doctor came in and checked Rosie over very thoroughly, and explained everything he was going to do with Rosie and the reasons why. The Doctor was so sweet to Rosie and played with her on the exam table so she’d remain calm for her needles and I appreciated that! Even though Rosie screamed a little when she got pricked, the Doctor was very quick to get her over it as quickly as possible! The clinic overall exceptionally clean and well organized. I received two easy to read price breakdowns for Rosie’s spaying and even when I made the appointment I was given a price breakdown for Rosie’s shots so there would be no surprises! The prices at this clinic are extremely reasonable. The Doctor & all the staff at the Tebth Line Animal Hospital are amazingly kind and dedicated to their patients and that is very apparent! I’m so glad that I found this clinic online and Rosie is going to be a patient with this clinic for a very long time! Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my decision to take Rosie to this clinic! I brought my bunny in as it was closer to the vet to the one I usually go to in the West End. The receptionists and vet assistant were very nice and gentle when handling my bunny however when the vet came in he was VERY rough in handling my female Lop. He came in, did not ask any questions of her health history (or any questions in general) handled her roughly by forcing her head on the table to check her molars and claimed them to be too sharp and that all rabbits need to get their teeth filed every six months (I've seen five different rabbit-savvy vets and none have ever claimed this). I picked her up after where he took her from me, and showed me the "proper" way to hold a rabbit, which was to take their bottom paws with one hand and top paws with the other and stretched her out vertically (like a prisoner hung by their hands!) I told him I was very uncomfortable with that and to give her back to me and he shook her in disagreement saying no this was the proper way to hold a rabbit. I have NEVER seen anyone hold a rabbit this way and even if it "was" the proper way, the fact that I said I was uncomfortable should have been a clear sign to put her down but I had to basically plead him to do so. He proceeded to tell me she was healthy (after not having checked her heart, ears, eyes, etc.) and left to grab products on the shelf near the receptionist desk. He left the front AND back door wide open - subject to any dog running in just to try and get me to buy a bunch of product... I wasn't told the name of the vet but I wish I did because this was by far the worst vet experience I have ever witnessed. If you care about your Bunny's well-being and do not want to be told lies - avoid at all cost...

I went here for an emergency because my dog ate a whole poutine and had bad diarrhea for 3 days. He tried to keep me in my car which I waited an hour and half even though I was told it wouldn’t be long . He tried to take advantage like it was covid and have me sign all the rights to charge and do as he wishes with my dog . I contested the contract to the young staff Member then he came out and I called it like it was . Then I went inside to wait longer when he came in my dog is so sweet he went to greet him twice and the veterinarian didn’t even greet him it was the first tell. secondly the place was not clean. He tried to order all the tests he could try but it didn’t get past me . Then he tried to prescribe antibiotics which was so unethical and wrong it would have made his stomach more unstable making him sicker . His motives are obvious for money with no compassion shame on you. god bless the poor people who lost their pet there . The bright side of me waiting so long is I had a chance to do the due diligence to read the reviews . I hope people are cautious . God bless all and I even forgive you just change your ways before it’s too late . The moment of truth comes for all of us

My mom brought our oldest cat to this clinic for the first time. He was not doing well due to his old age. The vet and nurse provided amazing services to try and give him comfort knowing that he was old and there was not much that could be done. They prescribed us medication to ease the pain and the discomfort. But we knew that he couldn't go on like this for long ... Unfortunately, he eventually became weaker and there was nothing more we could (or that the vet could do). We had to put him to sleep. It was during covid and they were extremely nice to us. They were gentle and so attentive to our cat and our needs. We were by his side for his last breath and both the nurse and vet were kind and patient with him but also with us. Despite being busy, they gave us all the time we needed. I only have positive to say about this clinic and their hard working team. It was our first time consulting here, and it was for such a difficult matter. They exceeded our expectations. I would definitely trust them with my other animals and I can safely recommend them to anyone looking for a true animal loving clinic, to care for their four legs babies. Thank you for your amazing service and care.

I've been coming here for years but today will be the last visit ever. I got my new kitty and brought her in for lung issues and nail clipping, the doctor did what he needed to and said she need a rabies shot next time..I spoke to front desk and booked a rabies shot only, which I was told is $28 nothing else. The nails were not clipped. Not a big deal. Anyway I got home after the initial appointment and she vommited several time, each time a piece of plastic. I called the vet and they claimed there is no way she ate plastic. I let it slide. 2 weeks later, I called to confirm the rabies shot and there was nothing booked. So I booked again, long story short, 3 attempts later I got her in. Come rabies shot appointment, I waited 30min past my appointment in the car, then they came and got her. 30min later again they come out with a 157$ invoice. I refused to pay it because that was not what was discussed. The doctor came out and explained this is the fee.. Either they are scamming people or the front desk doesn't know how to do there job. I will not be returning here ever and advise everyone to double check there appointments and costs.

Do not take your exotic animals here, especially not guinea pigs! The staff is extremely kind but they are not knowledgeable enough to be treating guinea pigs! Dr. Patel misgiagnosed my guinea pig’s malocclusion for months. He just was not getting any better with the meds he was given (so many incorrect treatments) so I finally decided to get a second opinion since I knew something wasn’t right. I went to Montreal Exotic Vet and they were shocked by how long he was misdiagnosed when his overgrown molar teeth were so severe. I wasn’t planning on writting a review, wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but I have now found out that others have had the exact same situation happen with Dr. Patel! Thankfully, my boy was able to push through and survive but I cannot say the same for others :( Guinea pigs mask their pain for so long which makes proper/fast treatment critical. There is no excuse for the misdiagnoses I received for my boy. This place should not be treating exotic animals!!!

We had to do the hardest thing we've ever had to do in my life this Saturday and that was to put my dog to sleep. Dr. Patel helped us through this very tough time, his kindness, empathy and the support of his staff will always be remembered. Hazel was a patient for just a few years only but I can tell you that Dr. Patel and his team working for this clinic are phenomenal. Also, they were very patient when we asked them that we would like to spend more time to say the final goodbye to our dog. They did give us more time for the final moments with our dog which may have affected their schedule and I would like to apologize all those people who had to wait longer for their appointments. I highly recommend them, very professional and honest. Thank you Dr. Patel for helping me through this difficult time. Hope to see you in the future with a new furry family member, may take some time but eventually I think we will.

Dr Patel recently put down our 14 year old cat Mimi. It was extremely difficult for us as our children have literally grown up with Mimi. The receptionist offered to have us come in at closing time, 7:30 pm (the last scheduled apt that day was at 7pm). She offered that time slot for quiet and calm in the clinic. She told us that we would not be rushed out and we could take as long as we needed. Once there, Dr. Patel was gentle and respectful to the occasion, our girl Mimi was never stressed. Vet tech Crystal had prepared the exam table with a soft blanket for Mimi’s comfort. She also offered to take a paw print for us. It was a hard day filled with sadness but all the small kindnesses and consideration the staff showed us that day make us say our girl had a gentle and peaceful death surrounded by love. Thank you to all staff at 10th line animal hospital ❤️

Amazing, professional, caring service. My guinea pig injured his eye and we couldn't get him in anywhere. Our regular vet couldn't see him for at least 6 weeks and just told us to "wait" and because it wasn't life threatening the 24-hour emergency clinic couldn't see him right away. When I called the team at Tenth Line Animal Hospital to see if they did emergency services for exotic pets, they were able to see him the next day. I know some people don't see pocket pets' veterinary needs the same as cats or dogs, but the team at Tenth Line Animal Hospital took my concerns seriously and provided my little piggy with amazing care. Within 24 hours of having started his antibiotics his eye looked so much better. I live in the west-end and will drive the 40 minutes to bring my pets to this clinic.

We went there in October 2021 because our cat was having weight problems and we had tried getting her to move more and changing her food. So we figured maybe the vet would be better able to advise us. Wrong! She came back with ringworm and a prescription for hypothyroidism. Once we started the prescription, she began to loose her fur and got more and more sick. We kept going back, not understanding what was wrong, in the end we went to another vet that explained that she did not have hypothyroidism, that the medication given to her was only making her sicker. We had to put her down on May 2022. We trusted the vet and the staff at Tenth Line Animal Hospital, and the only thing they did is get 3k for essentially killing our loving cat who was only 8 years old. Avoid this place if you can.

My 5 years old bichon became ill. Her vet wouldn't take her (even if they stated they did emergency). I was sent to the emergency hospital (who were going to charge me $1800 for blood work, x-ray and rehydration). I had to call several clinics. I knew she had a blocage and needed x-ray. I was able to have a appointement pretty fast at Tenth Line Animal Hospital . Dr Patel did an x-ray as soon as we showed up . We found out there was a blocage. We tried antibiotiques but unfortunetaly, it was too late and Victoria had to be put to sleep a couple of days later. Dr Patel and his team were amazing and very compassionate. They let us time to say goodbye to our beloved puppy. Someday when we are ready, we will get another dog, and we will definitely go to this clinic.

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at Tenth Line Animal Hospital. My little doggo was seen in an emergency and the staff and attending Dr. were so kind and caring! They took such wonderful care of my little guy and as I sat in the parking lot (covid protocol!) I watched and listened to the technicians and the Dr. deal with all the pet parents with patience and understanding. Even despite the covid protocols the staff were happy to take the time with each pet family. Dr. Patel, I cannot thank you enough for what you did for our little doggo and special thanks to Laura and the other technicians for putting us at ease through the process! Chachi is a happy little guy now!! I would not hesitate to recommend Tenth Line Animal Hospital to any pet parents!

I am very impressed with Tenth Line Animal Hospital. My dog had a cracked Mollar. I was told by others that Gatineau vet are a lot cheaper than Ottawa vets. I went to Tache Clinic, they were nice and pleasant but when it came to extracting the tooth the Vet reccommended I take my dog to Alta Vista Hospital the qoute I was given was $3000-$3500 Extraction and full on Dental work. I called around one last time and I'm glad she i called Tenth Line ANIMAL Hospital, the reception told me extraction and full on dental work is $800 and they are having Feb dental sale and it will be $150 off. After said done I only paid $1000. The staff are friendly and Dr. MOBARACK is extremely professional and very understanding of cost. I found the perfect Vet for Dog.

Dr. Patel is simply amazing. He is so professional, knowledgeable, and so caring for the pets he cares for and their families. Our young dog had rare genetic problems, he was able to diagnose it, took such great care of her when she has injuries as a result of her condition, and was so supportive and empathetic when we had to make hard choices for our furry girl. Everyone on the team his also so helpful, caring and professional. We will not bring our pets anywhere else. It’s also great that your pet can usually be seen on the same day in case of emergencies, which seems to be rare now with vets in the city. And they are open on Saturday which is great for people who work Monday-Friday. We highly recommend the Tenth Line Animal Hospital!

My 3 month old newly adopted kitten was having bloody diarrhea and vomiting early this morning. I called around to all the vet clinics and nobody would see her except this animal hospital. The ladies at the front desk were great and I was able to see Dr. Patel right away. She had diarrhea in the exam room and he had it tested asap and prescribed the appropriate antibiotic and deworming treatment, he also treated her brother. A technician cleaned her up, which I reaaaaally appreciated. Pricing was fair and less than I expected to pay. They were back home and sleeping an hour and a half later. My girl is a bit of an escape artist but Dr. Patel has quick hands and she was caught each time she tried to make a run for it and go exploring.

This vet is exceptional. They took us immediately and at closing just so that we didn’t have to wait all weekend to see someone. Our cat had a swollen lip and we waited all day to hear back from our old vet that they aren’t taking new patients (we’ve been with them for almost 8 years and have four animals so it was a very confusing response). I called this new vet immediately and they more than made up for the other one!! Turned out she has pierced her lip with her fang and it was swollen and infected. Thank goodnesss they took her. We are so so so appreciative of their empathy and their professionalism. They’ve just gained four more furry patients. They were also very reasonably priced. Highly highly recommend.

Sorry, let me be more blunt and add to the pile of other 1 star reviews. The previous doctor who used to work here was great! He was compassionate and caring towards all the animals treated but ever since hands switched two of my pets died after the visit. I wasn't given any choice on what to do regarding treatment, my pets were in pain and the merciful thing to do at that point was be direct and tell me there wasn't much you could do but no! You squeeze out money from people in distress and give them false hope, look at the other 1 star reviews regarding this place because there are so many people who have had the same experience where we're left with a dead pet and hundreds of dollars taken.

When my cat became ill I was told she needed emergency attention. After reaching out to all the emergency vets in the city and expecting a 5+ hour wait, I decided to call this vet and they were able to see me the same day even though they were booked and stayed after hours to finish up. I've recently had to return for another issue and was able to book an appointment online for the next day. Dr. Patel and every vet tech and staff member I've met have been kind, friendly, empathetic and efficient. I also found the prices reasonable and fair. I already had a vet but I won't be going back. Tenth Line Animal Hospital and Dr. Patel offer better care than I've received elsewhere for my pets.

This was my daughter's first pet. I have allergy to some pets,but my daughter wanted a hamster. I was skeptical about it,but he is actually fun and loves to play. He got sick, and I got scared of what to do. I never knew there is such a service for pockets pets as they call hamsters . I emailed and stated my situation. The other quotes from different vets was above my budget. The staff at this hospital email me back with discounts and better pricing. I couldn't afford to see the hamster sick and not care for him. Dr.Mobarak was just lovely. I was very happy with his care of my daughter's hamster BOO BOO. The staff is just fantastic. Many thanks for your great service.

So many better more compassionate vets out there. The vet over books themselves so youre stuck waiting 20 mins to an hour in a hot car with your baby. I had my cats eye misdiagnosed (aka there was nothing wrong but thanks for making us pay for a script) We lost our one year old healthy fully vaccinated, spayed cat after the vet telling us she will be fine. When we asked to have our records sent to a new vet they took their sweet time doing so and kept making excuses and being difficult about it. Some of the staff are nice but this whole set up is whack. You can’t go in with your pet because they book 5-6 people in one time slot. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Dr. Patel and Mackenzie were phenomenal when it came to caring for our small pet in his final moments. We were nervous to go to a vet outside of our home one as you want to make sure your pets are in the best of care behind closed doors, and the 10th Line Animal Hospital went above and beyond. Mackenzie walked us through each step, and took him earlier than his appointment with care. Dr. Patel even took time to come out and give his condolences. Thank you to the team here for putting so much love and care into your work here. If you’re looking for a vet who genuinely cares, I cannot recommend this establishment enough after my experience today.

They say they examine birds but I would never take another bird here ever again. The vet apparently "couldn't see" the lice on my bird even though they're big and obvious enough that they can be caught on camera. Then he apparently tried to pick one off to examine it under a microscope, he got one but claimed it was too fast to see and then they had the audacity to charge me an additional $60 for that. He prescribed 2 doses of a medication that hasn't helped at all with the problem. I'm sure hes a great vet for cats and dogs but do not bring any "exotic" pets here, go to Lynnwood instead where the vets actually have proper training for them.

These people are A++. They are there because they care, NOT for the pay Cheque. It’s nice to know that they care more about the pets than our understanding of what’s going on. That isn’t an insult, they will walk through, and go over information until you’re in the know. Extremely comforting, professional, courteous, kind and over all, there for your pets. There are ways to help without having upfront money, this vet does accept pet care type financing. Amazing. Extremely supportive and helpful, I cannot stress how humble I felt leaving. Excellent service with care. Exactly what every pet owner needs! Very Reassuring.

They are the most greedy most unprofessional employers of all time. They hire under qualified vet technicians so they can pay minimum wage and openly yell at them infront of customers. They triple book appointments and have customers wait hours so they can make the most money they can. Everything is about money for them as they do not care whatsoever about their workers. It’s extremely dirty inside, the rooms are literally falling apart. This business is run by greedy and incompetent people. I will never ever bring my pets back here after seeing how terrible the work environment is.

Some credit for being a vet that is actually taking patients right now. For many people that will make them the only option. Be warned that they are taking advantage of the fact that you can't go in with your pet right now. They will come back outside and before you know it they have run unnecessary tests and given you a script for 3 more things than what is really needed. Pet needs an exam again despite just having an exam last week? Found somewhere new, much happier now. But they get some credit for being friendly (while they swindle you) and actually accepting patients.

All 3 times I called I was seen same day even though I have my own vet clinic. Amazing service! Dr Patel has exceptional bed side manner. He cares about you as a person & your animal. I will not be returning to my previous clinic. Fare prices compared to other clinic's I have been. Staff are very friendly. Dr Patel even helps patients out to their cars & answers the telephone in his own clinic. Please never give up these amazing qualities of care because this is what make your office stand out from all the rest!!

Close to home and good service. On a few occasions they were able to accommodate last minute appointment request for my cats who needed to be seen urgently. So beyond grateful for this amazing service. One thing I did notice was the room I was in was a bit dirty on the walls and doors (just a minor thing I noticed) but I did see them clean the exam table between appointments. Overall I’m very happy with this vet and will continue to take my babies there. Thank you Dr. Patel!

I'd like to change my negative review. Dr. Patel called me back personally to address the issues I had on my previous visit. I thought that was very professional of him. He took the time to answer all of my questions and offered further advice for my kittens and also a solution to my dilemma. He explained to me that he wants his customers to feel welcomed and cared for. I suppose first impressions can be wrong and I thank Dr. Patel for making it right.

Great, fast service. Our Canary was injured and they treated her quickly, and made clear how to give the medication. They were friendly and the price was great, while most vets will take you for all you're worth. It's also open 7 days a week, so they won't ever let you down when your pet is in need. Overall great, the only problem is it's small, so they can't handle a lot of pets at once. Still, a great place if your pet is ever sick or injured.

I spent 3 hours trying to get ear drop for my bunny who had an ear infection. Every clinic I contacted either doesn't work with rabbits, don't take new patients, or are full. Dr Patel and his team squeezed me in for a quick appointment. I drove from the other side of town. He was so friendly. Thank you Dr Patel Amazing service and thank you to the team receptionist for listening to me and making it possible to quickly get meds for my poor bun.

Receptionist and technician were professional and welcoming! The vet came in, only listened to her chest. He did not check her mouth (her teeth were overgrown), temperature was not taken, and basic general exam ; oral, ears, fur (fleas, parasites) etc... were not checked either. Definitely not worth the 70$ exam seing an exam was not performed. The ladies should be praised but the vet should take a look at basic needs when charging an exam.

This clinic - Dr. Patel and technicians - are outstanding. We have been going here for both routine care and emergency type visits with our dog, Fozzie. Dr. Patel and the staff provide the highest quality of care one could ask for, while being kind, caring and compassionate. In times when we have needed emergency type care this clinic is always willing to accommodate. We feel so fortunate to have access to this type of care for our dog.

I brought my cats to this location multiple times because they are also caring for the cats from a rescue that I volunteered for, they are far from where I live but the doctor is honestly amazing, actually proposed to me to move surgery earlier because “worried if my cat is in pain”. Give clear instruction of medication and care. The drive is not that bad after all because the Ali baba shop next door has THE best papa ganoush in Ottawa.

If you’re looking for vet services look no further! Dr Patel is by far the best vet. We have been dog owners for many years and have tried a few vets in Orleans, our trio of Yorkies have been seeing Dr Patel and his team for a few years now. He is caring and provides service even when the clinic is closed. He checks up to make sure everyone’s healthy and well. Exceptional service. Thank you for taking great care of our three Yorkies.

I 200% recommend Dr. Patel from tenth line animal hospital! Knowledgeable and love for animal if two of the main things I look in a vet., with Dr. Patel you get so much more, he his taking care of both of our dog, Bayley and Louie with such good care and attention. Bayley being and older dog require special attention and we are quarante to get this from Dr. Patel and his team. Thank you for all you amazing recommendation and care!

The staff at the clinic are absolutely fantastic. The professional and the care provided to our pets is remarkable. This is my first time that I have received help beyond my expectations and because of the vet and his team interventions that my cat survived and I am very grateful for it! I was not even charged for the additional care. It is without any doubt that I strongly recommend the Tenth Line Animal Hospital.

Brought my bird here as they say they trear birds. Was prescribed a cream to put on my birds wound that basically poisoned him. Was told by an avian vet to stop applying cream immediately as i will eventually end up killing my bird. If you have a bird please do not take your bird here as they are not avian trained and they do not know how to treat birds. My bird became very ill once i applied the cream on him

Brought my rabbit here feb. 2021 for GI stasis. The doctor seemed to have zero knowledge on rabbits. He misread the xray and said my rabbit had no blockage (he did) and told me to force feed him from a syringe which ended up killing him because of the blockage. This visite cost me a total of 500$, he did not tell me the cost of xray or anything before doing them. I do not recommend this place for rabbits.

Dr. Platel has always been amazing with all four of my rabbits. I bring them in regularly for nail trims and is the first vet I go to in emergencies. This vet is very well run in that most of the time you can get an appointment same day. In general, the vet is very well versed in exotics care, especially bunnies, and I would recommend him to any owner. A plus is that my psycho bunny even loves this vet!

First and last time bringing my dog here, brought my dog after he ate some garlic. Thinking they would just charge me for inducing vomiting to get it out and a blood test. Left with a $900 bill. They even had the audacity to try and sell me some food that they are sponsored by when it was unneeded. Feels like are after your money more than trying to take care of your pet. Greedy simple as that.

This animal hospital is run by thief who thrives on taking peoples money when the come over for a vaccination visit, there is no need to pay for inspection of your pet before vaccination specially when they are young and healthy, even though you give them permission to do so without a medical exam and you are liable for the consequences they still refuse to do so. Be aware of similar practice.

Great because they offered a same day appointment for my rabbit which most vets in Ottawa don’t see, and rarely have appointments on a short term basis. Cost is cheaper than other places I’ve went to in the city and is reasonable. Veterinarian was helpful in explaining and answering questions, was gentle with my rabbit while getting the necessary assessments done. Staff nice, no complaints

I've recently given a poor review but at the time I was upset and emotional. I've had to take my dog to an emergency vet. I've needed follow up medication for my dog and the Dr has been super helpful. Even though I've given him a bad review before he didn't hold that against me. His focus is on my dog and getting her better. I wish I could edit my original post. It wasn't deserving

I came in because my dog has been dealing with pain. The Dr thought a urine ample was adequate care. Called ne later to say nothing came up. Have to go back for further tests. During the night her pain is unbearable. Had to take her to Alta Vista emergency hospital. There they will offer her the care she wasn't given in orleans. I would NEVER take an animal to this place. answers.

Dr Patel and his team are amazing, can’t say nothing but GREAT things about Tenth line animal hospital. Dr Patel saved miss Kenzie’s life last year and I can’t thank him and his team enough. Dr Patel is very intelligent and very compassionate. I say the same about his team. Thank you all for such great service from Kenzie and I. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR PATEL AND HIS STAFF !!

My elderly Cat needed tooth extraction surgery. I was greeted with compation by the staff, they made me feel very confortable. The doctor was very professional, clear and answered all my questions about the procedure and even called to update me 1/2 way through the surgery. Everything when very well and the price was allot better then expected! I recomend 100% Thank you!

They are listed for pocket pets which is so disappointing. I had an emergency with my pet rat and went to the closest pocket pet vet. They man handled my dying rat making me extremely anxious the entire experience. They then revealed to me they are not a licensed pocket pet vet and gave my rat cat medicine. My rat ended up passing less than a week later.

I felt like i have been ripped off today! We took our cat to only do his vaccine, i left my 15 year old with the cat and gave him the credit card to pay, despite i told the nurse we need only the two requiered shots, they charged me for a physical exam wich i DID NOT ask for! We are not going back to this place I feel they are after people’s money only

Dr Patel has recently helped save the live of an adopted cat from Furry Tales Cat Rescue. The owner had been to another clinic and was quoted 3000.00 to 5000.00 for service. Dr Patel worked to save his life even though they were closed and did so at a fraction of the cost. This saved the cat from being euthanized or surrendered . Well done.

Dr Shah is without question the best vet we have had the privilege of having care for our dogs. She is so knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and ALWAYS goes above and beyond. So incredibly thankful for the compassionate staff and Drs at Tenth Line Animal Hospital. Although it was a very difficult time, saying good bye to our beloved dog, they made the process as quick and painless as possible (for us and our dog). It is clear they truly care about the animals wellbeing. Pricing was reasonable as well.

So grateful to have this wonderful vet office in our neighbourhood. We weren't able to get into our regular vet quickly enough. Poor pup was showing IVDD symptoms and has had IVDD before. The ladies working at reception, the vet techs, and of course the vet were excellent! Thank you for taking such good care of our fur baby

We feel blessed to have found Dr. Patel to treat our cat who needed surgery to remove a cyst last month. He did an amazing job and followed up on her progress. Honestly cant say enough good things. Reception, vet techs and especially Dr Patel are amazing people. My dog Afina loves going, we have been there pretty much every other day when she broke her leg. Dr. Patel is extremely knowledgeable and so caring! He took the time to explain to us our cat's condition and kept us in the loop periodically while our cat was hospitalized. Very caring and professional team. Their hours are great compared to other vets and they are very accommodating for same day appointments if needed. The staff at Tenth Line are exceptional. They give lots of information about what's going on with your pet. They make sure you understand and answer any questions you might have about the treatment. They're very kind and caring with their patients and supportive of their owners during difficult times.

My two rescue kitten had some health issues early in their lives and Dr. Patel was always incredibly compassionate and accommodating when I needed to get them medical care. I have had nothing but good experiences here and I highly recommend Tenth Line to anyone looking for a veterinarian!

Dr. Patel and his team were able to save our cat Cosmo from certain death (literally). He had been diagnosed with a significant intestinal issue but, with care and attention, Dr. Patel got him back from the brink and he is still with us today!! I can't even begin to say how grateful I am.

We brought in our African grey parrot today, it was an emergency and they were the closest vet to us that sees birds. Dr. Patel saved our birds life and treated our grey very gently and quickly. Kenya doesn’t like men usually and was very good during her treatment. Thank you!

I adopted two kittens in June through a rescue in Orleans and the lady who runs the rescue, uses this animal hospital. The people at the animal hospital were helpful with questions I had after my kittens neuter surgery. Very nice, helpful, recommend for future pet owners

Nice, friendly staffs and doctors who are very approachable, provide compassionate care to pets and understand client cost affordability. Best thing is open during weekends morning and take your pets anytime during weekdays even after work hours , no waits....!!!!!

The vet tech and doctor took great care of my rat's abcess as well as my dog's abcess (two separate visits). They were able to take us in on very short notice and provided excellent care. A huge thank you for taking care of my Fergus and Chaos!!!

They are only open till 5 pm despite what Google says. Great vet with a seperate little store that sells pet products. Only 4 stars because guys get it together it's year three of the pandemic, figure out how to update your hours on Google.

My last visit to this place. I waited one hour in my car. I gave up and cancelled my "appointment". Why bother taking an appointment if they dont respect their schedule. I don't recommend this clinic. Really horrible planning!

The staff is great with Diesel. Dr. Mobarak does a great job checking his health. Dr. Mobarak did save my cat Johnny’s life twice but at the Blackburn animal hospital. He’s can be trust with your pets.

Good dr. But needed to wait outside in a busy parking lot. Was told it was because a dog was getting putdown, but everyone else was walking in with their pets.
