Went in this morning to grab a chai latte, I guess due to me wearing an N95 Mask the lady (one of the owners) took my order and gave me just a latte instead. So when the order was ready, the person that made the coffee, also the owner, said large latte, I said I asked for a chai latte. He clearly had issues with remaking the correct order and starting talking to his wife in his language, which I happen to speak and understood every word and I guess they thought I didn't understand. Anyways he was blabbering about how "I changed my mind, and that I had ordered latte first then decided I wanted chai latte." So unprofessional, both owners never say hello or great you properly. They just want to rush the orders so they can get as many customers orders as they can so the customer doesn't go next door and place an order. Every time I've been there just haven't been treated properly, Poor customer services & then to be speaking in there own language is pretty disrespectful. For a hospital environment they really don't know how to treat people. Over a coffee order that costs you pennies you would rather humiliate a customer than, apologizes and just offer the correct order. Never going there again! They deserve ZERO star rating, unfortunately that's not an option.

Cafe closes at 6pm-6:30pm every night when it’s stated closed at 7pm (6pm is prime time for dinner breaks). Your staff are meant too lock the doors at 7:00 and then clean up, not close the doors and kick everyone out at 6:30 and clean it’s so unfair. Weekends closed at 4pm when stated it’s 6pm - Beyond a joke. Opening hours are stated on the website & the cafe door. I Order 2 wraps and a drink one day and costed me $35 ? Beyond crazy Bottle of water is wayyyy over priced at $5.05 Manager always in forever yelling at his employees infront of staff and visitors of the cafe. Staff are very unhygienic & never know how to crack a smile. Cafe needs new management so us healthcare staff can be treated in a kinder matter & be looked after. I had a staff member clean my table while I was eating and sprayed there surface cleaner all over my food. Beyond a joke and needs better management :)

I’ve had several unpleasant experiences with this cafe. Very poor customer service. They don’t seem to have much experience with food intolerances as when I asked whether they had Gluten Free options they didn’t even try to help but we’re very dismissive. Again this morning I went to grab a cappuccino and when I tasted it, it was cold. When I told the barrister he said it was fine. Another staff member overheard the conversation and made a fresh one for me as the first staff member laughed and they started speaking to one another in their own language. These people should not be working in customer service with such an unprofessional attitude especially in a hospital environment where everyone deserves to be treated with kindness, respect and empathy.

Rudest hate filled lazy woman working here making coffee this morning. Absolute disgrace for an aged woman to be working in a hospital cafe environment with such a bad attitude. She should be ashamed of herself and should not be working near people. I ordered and after her filthy attitude insisted on a refund and left. One of the nurses I spoke to about my experience said she refuses to visit the cafe because of her as she is renowned for being a “cranky old witch” (her words not mine). It makes me sad to read all the other 1 star reviews on here about the workers at this cafe as these doctors and nurses are doing all they can to help people and don’t need to come down in there break to deal with these awful people. Get a new company in; this is terrible.

Today I witnessed who I believe to be the owner of the cafe treat our hard working paramedics with the most disrespect and aggression. It was absolutely appalling. The paramedic was simply putting in an order for coffees when the owner told him to "hurry up" as he was "holding up the line". This paramedic was there for 15 seconds at most. The owner continued to be rude, abrupt and aggressive towards the paramedic. This is an absolute disgrace! No one should be treated like that, especially someone who works hard to save lives everyday. On top of the owner was verbally abusive to his own staff! I will NEVER return to this cafe and DO NOT RECOMMEND this cafe to anyone.

I ordered watermelon juice. The staff refused to make me one. I ordered fresh orange juice instead. Mind you, they have both fruits in the shelf. They refused to give me OJ too, saying I cant order one fruit, it has to be mixed. I said I do not want mixed fruit, I have been ordering these drinks before, and I’m willing to pay the regular price even with just one fruit in it. They still insist I get a mixed drink. They want me to pay for the drink already and wait for the manager (who is not in the area) to ask permission if I can have the drink I’m requesting. My 10min tea break was wasted just ordering.

I don't usually leave negative reviews but this one is just upsetting. I work in the hospital and tonight I saw and heard the male manager abusing his poor staff saying things like "I will not pay you overtime, you will not get any cash from me" when clearly the staff was by himself during the closing hours and probably by himsef doing all the last minute cleaning and packing up of the cafe. Disgraceful. Monash needs to replace this cafe with an owner who upholds mutual respect. Also, the food is usually a hit or miss, either too salty or too sweet.

I recently visited Casey Terrace Cafe and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. One staff member exhibited rude behavior when I inquired about missing toast in my order. Despite a polite reminder, she responded in a tough manner, and when I finally received the toast, it was burnt, reflecting poor quality check and customer service. Overall, it was a disappointing encounter with bad manners from the staff.

I went to the Cafe this morning asked very politely that r u open? As the lady was cleaning the shelves and putting the things.She replies "yes" after that I look for some things to order and stand on the counter for 5 mins to place order.but the lady never came to ask me about the order..I came out of the Cafe she didn't bother to realise it. Then I thought of checking reviews of that Cafe..and I got surprised that almost everybody get experience like that .

Good food but i was refused for coffee 45 mins before closing time. 45 mins !!!!! Comeon how lazy are you guys. If coffee shop stops coffee 45 mins before plz change your timing on google . No point saying open until 7 and not make a coffee at 6:15 .. girl working said she has cleaning to do. Lol . Just change timings and clean all u want. But as a customer to me its a shocker if u dont give me coffee 45 mins before closing time.

Excellent customer service, so many varieties of good food's oriental, western, Mediterranean, vegan, kitchen over there given amazing work, and on top of that Atmosphere talked by self.

Saddest thing is spending money on tasteless food. Service is not really good. I ordered an iced latte with some sugar + food. I didn’t get my latte until I talked to them again. Also, no sugar added. I just wasted $20 on some tasteless food and a terrible coffee :(
