Homeless people, openly urinating betwern the dumpster & the building itself! Not to mention, since there's so much urination, in the Summer the smell is totally disgusting! When it rains, the smell of urination is strong as well. Homeless people, constantly asking for money & cigarettes. Homeless people basically harass you, they'll clean your windows & try to pump your gas! On many occasions, I've told them no. They still continue anyways, then expect compensation, even after you telling them no thank you! This location, seems to run out of stock frequently. Staff is nice, it'd be nice if you could receive Western Union.. You can only send money out. Bathrooms are always disgusting! Never no toilet paper or soap to wash your hands.

This review is for Terrible Herbst Store #336. First of all, I worked for Terrible Herbst for a little over a year, and I have never heard that food was not allowed in the store. Second, we as the consumer pay your checks so I do not appreciate her being rude. The Cashier's name is Angie. This cashier basically accused me of stealing when questioning me about an item I had in my hand. Third my needed to use the restroom, and the cashier refused to allow her to use the restroom, and she is pregnant. If you want to get technical the cashier not allowing my friend to use the restroom can be construed as a hate crime. Crime Against Humanity. For the simple fact that she is pregnant.

Employees are talking to each other that the cashier had to void the ticket because she entered the wrong pump. When I asked if I could use the restroom she said it was out of order but I saw another customer( a truck driver, maybe they knew him) coming out of the restroom. I'll never go there again. Jay

The manager is a big healthy lady THAT is rude and never greets customers. But always has a nasty attitude I asked for her name she wouldn't tell me an didn't have a badge on just poor service overall I come every morning but I won't again

Employees are rude. Asked to use the bathroom, they said I need to buy something, so I did then she says it's out of order. What a crooked way of getting sales. No wonder it's called terribles!

The bathrooms were beyond TERRIBLE. Extremely dirty, filthy floors, urine coated seats, and no soap or paper towels. It was hands down the worst bathroom I have ever been to.

The energy of the lady clerks was amazing. They work quick friendly and kept it well mannered and fun! I was there before 9 am and they changed my whole day!

Very rude employees. Quit if you're that unhappy with your job. Don't take it out on customers.
