The price is competitive and thats alright. But my main reason for giving 2 stars is because I come here everyday, and everyday the lady who works here with the chevy colorado parks directly in front of the entrance and anybody would have to go out of their way to driiiive around her and then arrive at an awkward angle to the code terminal to get in. I dont understand how somebody who has worked here for years doesnt realize how much in the way she is. She must not care. And honestly I am going to move my stuff somewhere else for that sole reason.

The employees I personally dealt with were professional and courteous and the facility is clean, secure and well-maintained. However my 21 year old son was unloading a trailer into a storage unit I've rented for him this week and a storage company employee confronted him and was rude to him even after he showed him the contract with his name on it. He had his (dark-skinned) girlfriend with him at the time. I am sorry to say that I do not have any other explanation for this guy's behavior.

The staff here at Texas Maxi-Mini Self Storage have been the most helpful staff I have worked with. Their pricing is wonderful and I never had an issue with the storage of my goods, inside or outside. Whenever I needed to make a payment over the phone or add a unit, these guys were courteous and helpful all the way. I had zero hassles when moving in or out. I highly recommend this business.

I just really love this place. Forgot to put money in my account but the lovely staff reached out to remind me about paying before late fees accord. They are so friendly and helpful. For the price I'm paying, it really is a steal. Also its always so clean when we stop by.. 101/10 will always recommend.

This has been the best experience I have had at a storage facility. The staff was friendly and helpful. Coded entrance and coded exit for extra security. New to the area, Texas Maxi Ministorage was so helpful with renting a storage unit and purchasing moving supplies. Great customer service and location was close. Easy to move in without any hassles. The rates were awesome. Did some comparison and they were on target and affordable.

Clean. Cons - the rows between the units are a little narrower than most storage places. Pros - they're level. If you've ever felt like you were off roading driving to your unit because it was like driving up or down stairs then this place is for you.

I was pleased with the customer service and Gloria was great. She explained the procedure of renting and details in an honest and striaght-forward way. No administrative fees, lock charge (bring yout own lock), or confusion with fees.

The owner is a sweetheart. She honored the one-month-free coupon I had seen on their website even though I was only renting for two months; I would have completely understood if she hadn't. No hassle; absolutely excellent service.

We love this place. The managers and staff are super friendly and helpful and when we needed a larger unit they let us know as soon as one became available and helped us make a smooth transition.

Probably not the premier storage facility in the city, but the owners/managers are very kind and cooperative. Easily some of the best service you'll get.
