I had a great shopping experience! Sadly, the fact that delivery was a problem has ruined my whole experience, and I won't be shopping here again. I purchased a couch and an ottoman last Friday. I was promised they would both be delivered at the same time because I told them I would have to take the day off of work to be home and accept the delivery. The delivery was yesterday, and they only brought my couch. I called the store to ask what happened, and they apologized and said they had the item number wrong, so the driver didn't come pick it up. They offered to deliver it again, Mon - Fri between 8-4:30 which is the same as my work hours. I told them I am not taking another day off work just for them to deliver my ottoman that should have been delivered today. I asked for them to deliver past 5 pm on a week day or anytime on the weekend, and they said that is something they cannot accommodate. They did offer me $15 for a ride home from the store so I can pick up the ottoman myself. Even though the ottoman requires two people to carry it, and it would be more than $15 for a ride home. So, I guess I am required now to go pick it up, and deliver it myself, even though I paid over $125 for a delivery fee to deliver both my couch and my ottoman. They won't even reimburse me half the delivery fee, because I made the point, only half my order arrived. This is why customers freak out! I get it! I am so frustrated with the situation. I spent $1760 here, I am supposed to have it delivered all together, I took the day off work so I could receive it. I love the couch, but now I just want to return the whole order, and shop somewhere else. The offer of $15 for a cab home, and for myself to carry an item that requires two people to carry, really put me over the edge.
The service could not be worse. I bought a desk from this store, it took 3 weeks to deliver, it arrived defective with slanted support btwn sides, and I had to really chase this store down in order to address the issue. It took me whole 3 days. Half the time they don't pick up the phone, another half the store manager is either busy or not there; never calls back as promised. So finally on the fourth day I am told that I have to call the manufacturer to exchange the item. How difficult is it to give me the number right away? Why do I have to call 10 times a day (literally) to finally be able to talk to someone?? Never again! Stay away from this store! It's obvious that good reviews for this location are fake. Such a waste of time and money! P.S. Update. The issue wasn't solved after 4 days. I called the manufacturer's number multiple times, and the line was always busy, no voicemail either, so I had to call ANOTHER location in hopes of resolving the issue. They actually scheduled a replacement, and it only took half an hour, as opposed to a week of calls to College Park. Now, the CP location gave the wrong address to the drivers, although I have given them the correct one about 4 times!!! And last time was 2 days prior to delivery. Yes, drivers arrive to my old address and the delivery again has to be rescheduled! You at college park are a bunch of uncaring and highly unprofessional people! You should go to assembly line to work, that's the only place your minimal skills and lack brain power are applicable.
The process with the sales people was fine. They were friendly and informative. The delivery process was very annoying however. The delivery guys were later than the 3 hour window they gave us and we had no updates from them until I called to find out where they were. Then when they arrived they were in such a hurry they gave a half hearted attempt to get the couch in the elevator then said it would not fit and they took it back. I Had to negotiate to have them deliver it again saying they could leave it in the lobby and I would bring it upstairs myself. it took almost a month to find another time that worked and then they delivered it to the lobby it fit in the elevator no problem. My friend and I (not professional movers) seem much more competent than than The Brick's delivery men.
The customer service was great but then I was extremely sad when the manager and sales associate both help me place an order for the wrong couch and the wrong size mattress. The first mattress I ordered was extremely uncomfortable and cause numbness to my spine I'm so upset there's no way of holding them responsible for doing that to people. When I got the new bed then numbness to my spine went away. The couch is poor quality and started to unravel these are very cheap pieces of furniture that are decent enough to fool people to give them money. They're one job is to build durable furniture and they can't even do that. They are literally just a reselling cheap stuff next time I would like furniture I will spend a whole lot of money on a company that hand cracks the couch

Bought a couch from their Yonge and College Store. The couch was delivered and within two weeks the fabric started to wear out and it started looking like an old couch within less than a month. My wife submitted a claim and it’s been over two months now since they came for inspection and have still not informed if they are going to replace the fabric or not. I’m disappointed by their poor quality product and unresponsive irresponsible customer care. Really not worth for a brand new price
Very positive experience shopping online at the Brick. Received exceptional service from Ms. Brittany Silveira. Brittany was able to answer all my questions and she is very familiar with the Brick’s policy. I had a bit of an issue with the item I purchased but Brittany quickly resolved it. The delivery was seamless and the assembly was done in an efficient manner. My only suggestion is for the delivery people to wear booties as they made a bit of a mess on my floor. Thank you Brick! Love this place! They have real great pieces at affordable price point. What I really appreciate is the Ms. Harasees as she made our visit worthwhile because she explains the products well and genuinely advised us on our shortlist and it made our decision easier :) I like the fact that she won’t items that we might not really need. She also spent so much time to find models that maybe suitable for us :) I will definitely come back to get more once we settled the rest of the furniture :)
I never recommend anyone to buy anything from The Brick, when you go to buy they give you such a good service but if you have any issue with product and you want to return their product they do not respond and accept return though you inform them in time. Always give false commitment to get back no one will call back you ever. There store manager is so arrogant and don’t listen to you properly. Don’t buy anything from The Brick. Worst after sale customer service
First time purchasing at the Brick and the shop did not disappoint. Was able to grab a sofa, couple of lampshades, and a rug at really affordable prices. Gonul was there to answer all of our queries and was very attentive to our concerns. We havent received the items yet but so far the entire purchasing process from order to payment and arranging delivery was a breeze. Thank you Gonul for your assistance.
