Ive been using this place since they opened hoping they wouldn't be like other car washes over time that the quality would lose its luster. Ive been getting the same wash from the start. The most expensive, (until they added another option) and it never failed. But the last few times I've had to take the car after running it through to a hand wash to finish the job properly. This time it missed the entire backside of my vehicle and both sides are spotty with places that were missed on the body and the windows. If I need to get out and prescrub my vehicle in order for the carwash to get my car clean I will just take it to a selfserve handwash carwash and do it myself. My guess is that you speed up the cars to delay back up or just to get more people through. All about money and now suffering quality. Just like the others. Very disappointing. Maybe you should have someone at the exit inspecting for quality. Update: March 14 2023. Visited again and WOW what an improvement. Really stepped it up with service, machines, carwash and the car came out sparkling like it did when the location first opened. Changed my review back to 5 stars. Great job!

I really enjoyed the Bubble Bath as a whole because of their service, ease of use and free vacuums. However, I have to give this company a one star due to the fact that I was subscribed to a monthly service without ever signing up! After three months, I noticed a reoccurring bill of $35 from the Bubble Bath Carwash. Apparently I had signed up for one of their monthly subscriptions without knowing. I never received confirmation code, PIN, email, nothing... To this day I still don't know how the service works. I called several times and spoke to the manager Robert regarding my issue. He took down my information and assured me that I would receive a refund for at least one month and that my subscription had been cancelled. The next month I received another charge! It's not until I went in person that they cancelled my subscription and gave me a receipt. I requested to talk to the GM about the issue and they said that they would call. They never did... I even wrote them an email explaining the issue and requested a callback and nothing... If this isn't poor customer service and borderline robbery I don't know what is...

Vehicle owner BEWARE: Had to rate 2/5, loved the ease of service and available resources. Monthly rate is great also a couple washes and basically get your money's worth. Unfortunately the track they use to align the vehicles for the wash will damage your wheel (front driver wheel only) over time it can get pretty bad with scratches and scuffs from the wheel bouncing off the track. Maybe it depends on the offset of your wheels. If you care about your wheels it's worth paying attention to at the least. If you often take your vehicle to this car wash, inspect your wheels. If you find that your front driver wheel is more beat up than the other 3 wheels, now you know the cause. Might not be as noticeable of silver rims. I have gloss black rims so I noticed it after 2 washes. (brand new as well ) As said previously, I really enjoyed the service the bubble bath car wash provided. But I cannot give a positive rating for something that did physical damage to my vehicles wheel

i have a 1984 Datsun Maxima with 80k miles and im the 3rd owner, had it in the garage for a year and decided to take it on a 300 mile road trip to san antonio, decided to get it washed and this place looked promising and i immediately regretted it, the bristles are way to rough on the car and ripped my corner light right off the tabs and screws, i ask an employee and said that they dont cover classic cars due to its age limit, i asked what the limit and i didn’t get an answer. thats not the worst part, props on them they did try to help and put a new screw, i drove off and it fell off again and the light was ran over by another car. i need my state inspection this month and now i have to look for a part that is discontinued since the 90s cause with out it, it wont pass inspection. dont take your classics here. cant even get a hold with customer service.

If I could give no stars I would I have been coming to bubble bath for a long time now never had a issue until this week! this car wash broke a piece of my $1700 spoiler off.. now when this happened I didn’t not yell at them I remained calm and proceeded with the incident report! when u specified that I needed the spinning Matt’s retracted this action was not done resulting in damaging my property! I made a claim with them and after waiting 3 days and driving with a broken spoiler the result was they cannot help on a repair and or replacement! Due to them saying that it was “aftermarket” which is false it is an OEM PART!! To be clear I did not want a refund I wanted my property replaced or fixed it was a simple ask! I WILL BE FOLLOWING UP WITH CORPORATE TO SEEK FURTHER ACTION

My car was scratched up on the hood I immediately filled out a accident form with them after a week of waiting for them to call me back they tell me it has nothing to do with their car wash when of course my car sits in a covered garage and they said it could have been branches how the hell does branches get on my hood it is consistent with brushes and straight line scratches when I took it to get an estimate that's the first thing they told me at the auto body this is from a car wash machine. John Perez the manager then even asked to see the car again after all pictures taken that day couldn't see very good because of the glare of the Sun but he just dismissed me as if nothing. I'll let my insurance like this cuz this is clearly what happened.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience at this family owned business. I love to support locally owned and family owned businesses but this time it will cost me. I normally go to this car wash on Fredericksburg Road. I have been going there for several months already. This past time there was some severe damage to my black alloyed rim on a 2022 Nissan Sentra. After reviewing the damage, on footage of the camera, the supervisors decided that they were not at fault regardless of the picture that I took had yellow paint from the track system that you drive on. I could not believe that a family owned business would treat their patrons like this and having it to be a costly repair on my end $300 to buy a new rim.

Everyone is very courteous. As I was waiting, a strong gust of wind blew two of your drums into my car, one hit the back and one in the front. A dent in the back resulted. Jonathan, who witnessed the incident, reported it. Acting manager handed me a card with the manager's name. No incident report was made, so other than our interaction, there's no record of the incident. While a strong gust of wind isn't the Bubble Bath's fault, having drums that can be blown by the wind into something or someone is their responsibility. In my case, carelessness damaged my car. It could've been a person and the result injuries. I hope there is prompt follow through.

This place use to be amazing but as of recent (August) the machines don’t clean my car like they used to. I will leave the car wash with stains and smudges (that are not deep) still on my car. I was also very upset when they changed the rules for monthly subscribers and do not let us wash our cars more than once a day. The worse part is that no communication went out to the monthly subscribers about this change! Lastly, the people who scrub your car before you get into the machine only do it occasionally not always which never makes sense to me on when they decide to do it.

Will be cancelling my monthly membership because they terminated my husbands membership just because he didn't want to put their sticker on his window. It's our vehicle and really what difference does it make if they know what type of vehicle you drive , make and model and license plate number when you go through the carwash. We have going to them since day 1 of their grand opening years ago and have never had an issue till now. Just some Manager showing off his authority. Will you just lost $60/month and The Wash Tub just earned 2 more customers down the street from you.

Staff has always been quick and friendly.lm a customer who pays per month. I'm in and out quick. Even though it may be busy,the whole crew is hustling to get the cars out asap.The wash it self is way cool, red,blue, n green lights the kids love it. when I'm done with the wash, I go to the vacuuming dept.,free floor mat cleaner. (dry clean) I use THEIR micro fiber cloths for chrome n glass. And touch up drying.All n all,me n my GMC Terrain love the place. I use the Fredricksburg rd.Bubble bath.They have locations all over town . Fred rd rocks for me though Rock-on guys!

I have been a faithful member to bubble bath car Wash for over a year and they have done a great job at keeping up with everything I've never had a problem they are very helpful very friendly and if you need help they are willing to help with smiles on their faces. This place has 12-16 vacuum stations they have rags for you to dry your car they have a machine where you can purchase tire shine or items to make your car smell good ect. I recommend this place the employees here are very nice and helpful thank you for doing such a great job guys

My Bubble is the San Pedro location but was in area so pulled in. I’m so pleased that I think im just going to come to this one instead. Why? Well first it’s well organized. The tenants attention to detail. They spotted that I had work debris (mud rock) inside the fenders and along the running boards and they hurried to use the spray guns on both sides. I was wow never have the other location done that. A very great team effort. I’m going again soon since I have the monthly pass. Thank you for being attentive and caring.

Went to get my truck washed today after coming back from a road trip this weekend. My truck was filthy, bugs all over the place and couldn’t even see through the back window. The manager Bryan was very helpful! He took as much dirt as possible and as many bugs as he could with a big brush to make sure I left out of there with a shiny truck. My truck looked brand new! Thank u Bryan for making my experience at this location a great one. I definitely recommend this location and will definitely go back!

Wonderful experience here. I went because I got a free wash on their website and this location was great. SHOUT OUT TO BRIAN!!! He is a hard working employee and if I needed anything, he did his best to help me out. He just so happened to have a tire pressure gauge and was willing to let me borrow it. He is a genuinely nice guy. This location also has a free air compressor for your tires and a pre clean area where you can scrub spots before you go through the actual wash.

Good place, I like that it's a chain. I can stop at any of them and clean my car. Good free vacuums, but in the car wash, I noticed that on some busy days they are not cleaning the brush/luffas and they are full of sand and dirt. I polished my car a couple of months ago, and after one wash I see the spider web scratches on the finish. Also, they could stand to include free drying towels... Most other car washes I've been to, provide them for free.

Was a member for years until something happened to my suv with that harsh blow dryer going at 80 strong. It loses it up til it blew all off. Talking about my top rear spoiler. I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. Paid $23 and didn't even get to leave with a dry clean car. At the end of the wash, nobody was there to wipe dry the car, which I feel is standard elsewhere at this price point. I ended up with tiny water marks all in over my car. What is even the point of washing your car if you're gonna have a different kind of "stain" on it after? I seriously wish I had kept my dirty car (and my $23) ‍

First time I used this location in San Antonio and boy am I glad I did.! Bryan, the manager, was unbelievable. First, I forgot my wrench to remove my antenna, so he loaned me one. Then, he saw my Weathertech floor mats were really dirty... he took them and washed them for me. Above and beyond....really appreciate his customer service and just good old fashioned kindness. I’ve found my car wash...no doubts! Thank you Bryan!

Great experience here. The customer service was great, he answered all my questions and broke down the pricing for me. The vacuum suction, the best I have seen in a while lol. That means a lot when you are trying to get everything out of the floor mats. I will definitely be back, I am on a monthly subscription now!! Oh and they give you a microfiber towel to use and exchange for a new one on your next visit. I am a fan!

Staff were very professional and the idea of an unlimited wash service seems very appealing but.. I still had bird s*** on my car after going through their most premium wash package. They also advertise tire shine as being a part of it and I don't see anything applied to the tires. I like the concept but please deliver on what you advertise! I got a much better clean from the premium car wash option at HEB's car wash.

Well I will say it wasn't the car washers I had a issue with. I took my car threw the car washer and it came out worse then it 1st looked.so I called and they said they would return my call asap well I waited and no call returned. So a waste of 20 bucks i am sure if it was one of the workers then maybe it would of been something to be resolved but since it wasn't I never got a call and once again I wasted my money

They have a great car wash and free vacuums and wonderful service, however if you get a membership there be careful that you're aware that they will charge your card without asking every month until you cancel and it's a hassle to cancel it's not easy unless you make time for it and time is money. You have to go through their process or take time and find a manager and get them to cancel your service.

Love coming to this car wash it always does a great job and always has plenty of soap unlike other places. Everything seems to be well maintained, the property is always very clean all the vacuums work great. My only issue is that since I've been coming here I've had to remove my front license plate because for some reason the damn thing keeps getting k ocked off by the brushes when I drive thru.

One of the employees slams the brush on my car, I thought was unnecessary but thought nothing of it. When I got home, I noticed my backup camera was broken off. I filed the report with them and was told they would look at the cameras but no answer from their manager. I go back to be told their not responsible once I leave the facility. Their gonna fix it and I'm not coming back.

I was able to experience this fantastic car wash this weekend. It is not only a cool ride as you go through the car wash, with the perfect music, but the light show is beautiful. Great car wash. We were introduced to their new annual subscription option last time I went, but right in the middle of the wash the whole car wash shut down for a few seconds then came back on. Because of that, my car didn't finish washing off properly. Not too sure what happened there. They used to offer to wash my car mats but I guess they don't do that anymore.

I'm a monthly pass buyer, but not anymore. I've been going there since it opened and never had a problem until this past Monday (August 24, 2020) afternoon. Their equipment damaged part of my 2018 Kia and now refuse to reimburse me for the replacement part which was OVER $200.00. Thwy WON'T even all you to write an incident report. I WON'T GO THERE ANYMORE!

Scratched my brand new car , raised an complain at the spot but manager would not agree on it. Showed him a live practical example with help of other customer that the washer is making scathes on the paint but still he would not agree . I canceled my membership to the spot. Very disappointing.

Opened up a few months ago. Great place to get car washed. Bays are clean. They offer free vacuums for your vehicles. Also one great thing is they offer free air for your tires. If you have a low tire on a cold day. If was a easy fix while getting my car washed. Highly reccomend 5+ Stars.

I had not done the car wash tunnel in YEARS, it was 100% worth it….my car looks great, when I wash it by hand I always miss spots, I never do the rims and tires…the tunnel wash did my entire car in 2 minutes, my car looks like had it waxed but it was just the tunnel car wash

The car wash breaks vehicle components and they will not repair. Read the fine print before you enter the wash, especially if your vehicle is older than 5 years.

It was quick, easy and professional. Cleaned my car very well and the vacuums did a good job. If you go when it is busy just know that it can get a little tight.

Getting the most expensive one of all the washes and it still can't get the dirt off. I went to a self cleaning and just power sprayed it off in 5 seconds.
