I am so beyond happy that I decided to go to The Car Finder. I originally had just sent an email and I stated what kind of car I was looking for and gave a model and everything, and they found me something EVEN way better than what I originally had wanted. They spent time and energy, even after store hours on communicating with me about what my options were and the timeline of everything. They found me my beautiful car and they completely outdid my expectations. I am over the top happy. Bought my car back in November, I dealt with Bruno. Things went smoothly until I actually had the car. He failed to tell me who to make the cashier's cheque out to. So naturally I made it out to "The Car Finder". The day after I had the car I received a call from Bruno saying that I needed to get a new cashier's cheque made out to a completely different company. I had to go out of my way and use my own time due to their lack of information. This is a very unprofessional mistake and if you do purchase a car there, make sure they tell you who to make the cheque out to.

Had a fantastic experience with Car Finder, their associate Chelsea was extrmely helpful and accomedating with unexpected limitations details with our application for finance and she did everything in her power to get us written up and get the best deal possible for us as first time car buyers and weve ended up with the perfect car for our family. 100% recommend and will be using when we get another car in the future!

Great service, Bruno was very helpful and went out of his way to get the car in the best shape possible, even cleaned the headlights so they look brand new and rims to place on top of the tires w rims! Highly recommend. Their service is professional and respectful, no pushing sales or pressuring and genuinely want to help you find the best car and option. And the car runs great.

Incredibly rude and unprofessional. The sales person Chelsea was rude and asked us to leave the dealership at will. She literally kicked us out just for asking a question and requesting information. It’s not a business but a….

Crooks..kept my 1000 down-payment after telling me they needed more down-payment..from 500 then 1000 then saying the bank wanted another 2800..don't deal with this shady low class dealership

Bad experience with a lady in this location. With having this type of employee , the business will fall down soon. Her behaviour was against Canadian culture.
