Went to dine in there with my kids yesterday & the latte I ordered was given to the wrong table next to the one we were sitting & after 5 minutes the waitress was rushing with another coffee with a plastic takeaway cup & tried to give me the coffee she already served to the other table without knowing I noticed the scene, when she knew that I observed the scene she said it’s not being touched , I said specially in a pandemic it’s not safe for me to have the one which you already served to other customer regardless of the fact being touched or not being touched,then the waitress was making faces & said she will bring another one for me.I reckon they need a lot of improvement with customer care.

Food and customer service was very poor and rude. I won't be coming again here and will be sharing my experience with clients. Coffee had a burnt taste and food not worth the cost. I also saw one of the staff members be extremely rude to an elderly couple who didn't want to sit at a dirty table and the waitress couldn't careless about how she acted and treat them. When approached by the elderly couple she didnt even apologise instead she just sat on her phone and pulled faces. None of the other staff members could care as well and just laughed at the whole incident.

Your coffee is great, however wait time was atrocious! We ordered two iced drinks, one coffee and the other a latte. Waited for over 20 mins whilst others who ordered after us got theirs before we did. Unsure how operations work with hot and cold drinks but I had to go up and ask when our drinks were done, not to mention seeing the barista working on newly ordered cups and pushing ours back. Just be aware people can see what you’re doing behind the counter and we didn’t expect it to wait over 20 mins.

Service leaves much to be desired. Asked for water which the waitress completely forgot about. Asked again 10 minutes later and a different waitress bought one cup, said I needed two more. They were left on the front counter which I ended up retrieving myself. Asked for almond milk in my two coffees because I am lactose intolerant, was given full cream milk instead.

Very poor service so slow and unorganised they kept mixing up orders taking them to the wrong tables food was not on for the amount of money it cost me The food was cold by the time it got to our tables we asked if we could get our eggs runny and they couldn't even get that right. My coffee I asked if I could get it extra hot and it was warm that warm I could just drink the whole thing when I like mine extra hot Not impressed with this place won't come back Ever again !!!!

Bloody hopeless. You order stuff at the table using their QR code and then have to go and chase stuff up...sometimes twice. If they run out of a product, they'll just leave it and not bring it out....not come and tell you and offer an alternative. This is the second time we have had this happen here. It won't be happening again as we'll go to thw other cafe where the staff actually have a care!

I always liked the chocolate drink here. Then recently the cahier took my order wrong several times. Ordered iced chocolate, I got HOT choco. Ordered it without cream, I GOT cream. No apology. I asked for baby chair, the waitress gave me filthy and mouldy baby chair. The staff should think that their baby chair also need to be cleaned after each use. Nobody would put their baby in that filthy chair! Busy cafe. No attention to detail.

Terrible experience every time, This particular day received cold nuggets to the point they were still ice in the middle for my 3 year old, semolina risk. Cold beans also came out, coffee was on the warm/ cool side, staff are all over the place and unsure of their jobs. Went to buy a cupcake and they attempted to charge me $1 more than the advertised price on the window.... just horrible all in all. Need a lot of work done.

Been here as long as I can remember,. Nice little island café in the Parkmore Shopping Centre thoroughfare, I like to get a nice strong coffee whenever I am there, the quality and service are always the same so i am happy. They have a good selection of cold drinks as well as hand held food items like pies and pastries, all fresh that day. Utilizes the shopping centers toilets.

I used to order the eggs benedict, with salmon. It was just right, and hit the spot, so the price was justified. But then one day, it was delivered, crammed into a small box, as if it were some sort of DIY kit. The salmon was also cooked, and overcooked it was - it fell apart as I was putting it together (see photo). This would have otherwise been a 5 star review.

Egg benedict. The eggs are the main thing in this dish, Poached eggs 80% of the time turn into boiled eggs. The cook needs a retrain.

Pretty good takeaway coffee, which is nice because the word coffee is in their brand name. Wait times are pretty long if you choose to dine-in, but I’ve never had any major problems with their food. It gets pretty busy around lunch-time, so it’s best to come during off peak times. Perfect view of coles in the background.

Coffee club app provided me 3 coupons for 3 free small cups of coffee. Took the app to the counter. Lady at the counter had no clue about the app offer and said I had to buy 3 cups of coffee to get a free cup. Obviously this was not the case. I had no time arguing so I walked off. Will never go to this cafe again.

Not impressed. Staff asked if I wanted my eggs soft poached. I said yes. They came out hard boiled. Asked for hot drinks with the food, they came before the food and were cold by the time the food arrived. Scrambled eggs were so dry one wonders if they were ever eggs at all. Won't come back.

This place used to be good. The food is disgusting, the people taking your order nearly always get it wrong. Needs to improve staff who can understand what you order saves repeating it over and over and you still get the wrong thing. At least the coffee is okay. Also tables could be cleaner

They have a good blend of coffee, I am regular customer..but whenever the guy working there makes the coffee, it's worst. He doesn't know how to make hot chocolate or Mocha seriously. The chocolate lumps always disturbs my taste and I don't have words, it's disastrous …

I ordered click and collect order online. They seems very busy so i smiled at the workers and I stood there for 5 mins thinking maybe one of them will acknowledge. Nope. Didn’t bother to care. Will never come back.

I ask for two black tea’s I a mug, I was served two small cups that where full of old milk stains , I ask for an almond croissant, it was over heated, no serviettes , no sugar , overall not a good relaxing experience, put yourself together guys and live up to your name.

Not even busy at the moment but we're still waiting on our one food order. Customers who have come and ordered after us have received their food and drinks before us. Terrible service, and once the food came, it was cold. Definitely would not recommend coming here.

My favourite spot for my morning coffee and breakfast, and weekends when available. The service is always with a beautiful smile. not to mention the Coffee is Great

Coffee Club is a good place for really good coffee and a bite to a eat. Try their superb banana bread.Service is excellent, tables and chairs comfortable. You will find them in the area very close to the escalaters. Make Coffee Ckub your go to place.

Nice cafe always a constant for lunch or morning coffee, or afternoon pick me up while shopping. Very pleasant staff and quick service considering the place is very busy and nearly always full. Lovely spot to meet friends or make new ones.

Great coffee & cakes - note coffee costs more if it's in a cup or mug by approx 50cents. You can order the take away cups and sit in if this is an issue.

Very bag customer service. Still waiting for the order to be right. Even confirmed the order 3 or 4 times on the counter. The lady who took the order kept saying yes, yes, But still half of out items were missing on our plate.

Disgusting coffee. the food doesnt even look eatable let alone actually attempting to eat it, looking at everyones plates... looks like people have taken 1 bite and the rest of the food was just played with

Honestly this was the best butterscotch coffee I had till now loved it almost drinking all seven days regularly since that day loved it and even the tortilla wrap was also amazing definently recommend it

Great coffee, great service. Excellent coffees. Has a variety of cakes and deserts. Part of the mall area and not a private location but it's quiet enough for a cuppa and a chat with friends and family.

I've been getting my soy latte here for a few years now and the coffee and customer service is always excellent, 10/10.

Been OK but on busy days tables are not cleaned and people trying to find seats but dirty empty tables everywhere some nice stranger cleaned a table for me

Coffee wasn’t good as other cafe. I saw the girls made cold coffee for the lady next to my table, she complained then staffs talked really rude to her.

The lady served us at the checkout wasn’t quite helpful. Our breakfast took 20 minutes to arrive, then one of the breads I ordered came different.

Love ordering at the table. They forgot a few things and we had to ask but all good
