Feedback on Recent Visit to The Coffee Club williams landing I am writing to share my recent experience at The Coffee Club located in Williams landing, which unfortunately left me feeling disappointed. On 09 Jan 2024 at 8:00am, my wife and I ordered the Pancakes with Fresh Strawberries, a menu item we have enjoyed on previous visits. However, upon receiving our order, we noticed that the dish comprised only 2 pancakes instead of the expected 3, as clearly presented on your online menu. When brought to the attention of the server at the cash register, I was informed of a shortage, and the server promptly acknowledged the issue, expressing regret for serving only 2 pancakes. This incident has prompted reflections on transparency and the overall customer-business relationship. My primary concern is whether, had I not raised the issue, we would have paid the full price of $15.60 for an incomplete order. This raises questions about the integrity of business practices and the potential for customers to be charged for items not served as advertised. While I understand that occasional mistakes occur, I believe it would be beneficial to inform customers of shortages upon ordering, allowing for transparent communication and fair compensation. This experience has led me to contemplate the possibility of unknowingly paying the full price for a reduced portion if the matter had not been brought to my attention. Although the server eventually offered alternative items to compensate for the oversight, my intention in sharing this feedback is to highlight the importance of proactive communication and transparency. As a loyal customer, I value honesty and openness, considering them essential elements in fostering trust between businesses and patrons. I appreciate your consideration of this feedback and hope it encourages measures to prevent similar incidents in the future. Your attention to this matter is highly valued, and I look forward to any steps taken to enhance the overall customer experience at The Coffee Club. Thank you for your time and understanding.

I live in the nearby apartments and come to this Coffee Club regularly for my mango frappe fix. Heavenly when the manager is working as she gets the icy consistency right as I order with extra ice. I also used to order a hazelnut hot choc which was made well too. So for drinks, they get a thumbs up for sure. However the food is where I feel the shop is let down. The prices are exuberant for what you get. There is variety but the quality is not there. The buttermilk chicken burger was my worst purchase. It cost over 20 bucks and I felt I could have prepared a more delectable burger myself at home. Service can be really slow with food sometimes, one time I saw my order just sitting at the window having heard the bell twice I was tempted to just grab it and go (which I did once I think). Overall, for a brunch experience I would honestly skip Coffee Club. There is a place across the road that offers better food for your buck. However if you are itching for a hot/cold coffee fix or otherwise then this place is more than serviceable.

After being advertised for a few months, The Coffee Club is finally open in Williams Landing! I stopped by this cafe for an after work meal and was greeted by a lovely staff member. I ordered the Pumpkin Soup $8 and change deal that they have advertised. The food took a little longer than I expected to come out as the place wasn’t super busy, however the soup itself was your standard pumpkin taste and the soup was nice and hot! The cheesy bread was a lovely side to dip into the soup. The only reason for the 4 stars was the wait during off-peak time, and because their advertised “free wifi” was not working (this was disappointing as I wanted to get some work done as I enjoyed my soup). The lady said they had been trying to fix it so hopefully in the future they will and I can change my review to a 5-star. This cafe is a great option if The Jolly Miller (poplar cafe across the street) is too busy on the weekends to seat you in right away. They carry a lot of the same pastry/bakery-type items as well!
Although it standard food across all places. My friend had the eggs Benedict - bacon was not overly cooked. Looked like it had been the pan for 1 minute & was less than warm not hot. It was just thrown on the plate, no care taken in presentation. I had the corn & zucchini fritters. Again was barely cooked. Tasted very floury, not crispy in anyway. The only good part of both meals was that the eggs were cooked perfectly, it seems the focus was more on the eggs than both meals overall. Service was nice.

Service - lovely. Coffee, VERY hot and miss. Invest in your baristas and your biz will flourish. Inside, squishy and unwelcoming. Outside sitting area. Shaded partly and windbreak so was poking forward to sitting here, BUT… it smells like MOULD. Every table is whack. Needs desperate upgrade. And considering the cost of your food and beverages, you should be able to afford it.

Ordered a big breakfast and a milkshake. milkshake comes with a paper staw which is good but in a massive plastic cup, real bad. Breakfast came out quickly enough but it's completely generic, poached eggs completely over cooked, hash brown straight from the freezer. Overall no real taste and blah. Service was good.

Most deadbeat coffee club branch. The server was throwing plates on the table instead on putting them on and in a rude way like she is dumping it on ya. Food was kinda ok but not up-to the price they charge for coffee club standard. Better to visit tarneit central or plaza branch.

The best coffee and food in the West. Good value for money. And the reason why we keep coming because of the outstanding customer service and friendliness of the staff Mia and Betty. You guys are incredible and fits perfect for the job you are into. Keep up the good work ladies. You are amazing!
Upon entering The Coffee Club (Williams Landing) I was kindly greeted by their lovely staff. I was given a table straight away which I was happy about! The cleanliness was great around the whole store. Food was so tasty and my coffee was absolutely perfect! Can’t wait to dine here again ☺️
Ordered uber eats... couldn't get a refund for one of the meals that wasn't eaten due to a few bugs in salad when opening. However the kids nuggets were nice and chips stale.

I went there to have Smashed Avo. They juste served one toast with thin layer or Avacado mix. I forgot to take the picture. I went to another cafe where the Smashed Avo was so loaded with sides and two toasts whereas they only served one toast. Waste of money to go there and eat.
Betty served me today, She was absolutely lovely and very polite. Her coffee was amazing so not to mention her hospitality. Thank you Betty your amazing

We decided to eat here instead of our usual morning spot, as our child does activities on the weekend in the area. I will never dine here again and do not recommend it. Firstly, the tables and floors were filthy with leftover food and
There is no other place we go to for our coffee except Coffee Club! Perfect coffee every single time. And their breakfast deal is our Saturday morning ritual. Egg and hash brown roll with coffee for $10 Can’t get enough of it!
The best food and coffee near my area. The service and friendliness of the staff especially Mia and Betty, they will always greet you with a happy face and provide outstanding service. Keep up the good work cause you are amazing.
ordered 5 items $102 worth of food on Uber Eats and only 2 items arrived, driver told me I had to contact the store but the phone numbers that they have listed do not connect.
Ordered big breakfast, not big enough for the price, was left still hungry. Egg was boiled for too long, tables were dirty and needed wiping down.
Very unprofessional staff. Poor customer service. Below average coffee and over toasted croissant. Untoasted - ham and cheese toastie.
Had a nice meal here with friends. The food and drinks were delicious and reasonably priced.
