staff never seem to pay attention, i don't just mean that they dont get the order right but its more then that- its like they are just off in their own little world and don't see you wanting to order even though you're standing right in front of them. Its not just one staff member either- its all of them- watched the waiter wipe his nose and then hand someone their cutlery wrapped up in the napkin the customer proceeded to use to wipe their face. mmm snot flavoured. The food mediocre food isn't worth it anyway. At least the coffee is ok.

dont bother telling them about any dietary restrictions, the staff wont pay attention to your order regardless as the staff are more interested in gossiping about their customers. and youll probably get served with a handful of snot from the waiter after they blow their nose and handle your plate and cutlery- mm snotty coffee my favourite. (incident on the 8/11/22 around 12) charmed.

WHAT IN TARNATION has happened to coffee club. I went in on Sunday to get a coffee, the person that served me didn’t know if she was Arthur or Martha. I saw her kick an employee to get his attention (there ought to be a law against that). I was gobsmacked. My coffee was burnt and full of foam, it was scorching hot for more than an hour. The staff are flustered and red raw in the face, clearly miserable. The checkered shirt woman was micromanaging everybody, wanting to do everything herself, very overwhelming. She couldn’t run a chook raffle if she tried, she’s got no idea. Dark and dungy little place. I feel terribly sorry for the staff. I am very angry and disappointed, do not recommend anyone to go there. I will be notifying my Facebook residential group not to go here. I will be purchasing my own coffee machine for home after this.

Yesterday my wife and I thought we might get some lunch from here. I have a sore mouth and wanted something soft so my wife suggested scrambled eggs on toast and she wanted a chicken and tomato sandwich. The girl asked if my wife wanted the sandwich toasted and she said no thanks. It was highly disappointing when our lunch came out, I had one egg which had been scrambled some cold toast, lettuce that looked old and some tomato sauce. However, my wife's food came out and it was a toasted chicken and tomato sandwich! My wife said, don't worry about it I will have to get something else, to which the girl says I can get you a fresh one it will take a couple of minutes. Fifteen minutes later out comes the food in a take away container ( we had to be somewhere in about half an hour hence the container). When we got to the car my wife took one bite and spat it out, the chicken was hot but the tomato and bread weren't. We have had food from there before and it was good.

the lady at front counter, with the fringe and gold earrings, she is so rude her customer service is unprofessional, she didn't even welcome us at counter, didn't even tell me what my total cost came to. obviously she doesn't want to be there, and when I told her we wanted table 3 and confirmed payment I went to sit at table 3 when there was someone else stuff there I work in hospitality too so wouldn't table 3 been flagged that's is taken. when I told her her attitude was just like oh, with no care at all. the other staff were lovely and friendly but her, having her as your front person with that attitude will make customer walk away and not return, I wouldn't come back if she at the counter. as I watched her serve customer it's like a effort for her to do her job. you really need to do something about her as she letting front of house with a foul taste.

had a small and disappointing meal. I come here quite regularly as it’s convenient and I have a regular meal that always hits well. But on the 27th of November I went, ordered my usual omelette with cheese and large iced choc; the omelette was half the size as usual. I thought maybe they didn’t fluff it as much? But as I left the place still hungry, i wondered if just the chef didn’t put as many eggs as usual. It felt more like a kids meal, but for the price of an adult one. Very disappointed as I never leave hungry and always have food left over I hope this won’t be the normal from now on

6 of us dined for breakfast. Waited 15 minutes to place an order. They asked us to place an order on the app. Do I get a discount for doing your job ? No I don't. The staff has no customer service skills at all. The waitress with purple hair didn't care while handing us our food. She just chucked them one by one on the side of the table. The young lady that took our order didnt even say Hi or bye. If you cant handle the rush please don't take more customers. For the prices im paying I deserve better service. Food was pretty basic and small serves for the price. They even charge a service charge for ordering from the table on the app. That's ridiculous. I have to pay more for doing your job ? Seriously the worst breakfast I have ever had. The line to order took over 15 mins, the food took 48 mins to arrive. When it did we nearly laughed it was so unappealing to look at, but we were so hungry we ate it vowing never to come back again. I had gluten free toast with "smashed avocado". The cheapest nastiest gluten free bread that is out there - ONE slice only and it was tiny cut in half. Seriously come on guys, the slice wasn't even as big as my palm. The avocado was icy cold and just barely mashed with a throw of pepitas, some sliced up cherry tomato, a tiny bit of rocket with a minuscule amount of balsamic and a COLD poached tiny egg. It was bland, cold and barely sufficient. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY. Never ever again.

5 + stars for the service from the lovely Pacific Islander lady. 4.5 stars for the food: Corn and Zucchini Fritters with Halloumi, Pancakes with ice cream, cream, berry compote and syrup, Big Breakfast, Eggs Benny with bacon. Large pineapple juice, large apple juice. 3 stars for the coffee, I ordered an almond Dirty Chai, extra hot (with more coffee than chai) and it had a weird kind of spicy taste in it + wasnt extra hot like I asked, had more of a chai taste. I was very specific about that too. All up for four meals and 3 drinks was $99.10c, so an average of $25 a person for meal and drink. Place gets busy on a Saturday morning and there is a line to order. Give it a try and decide for yourself.

A good place with good variety of food and good service. In a convenient place and with good seating space. Very good for casual dining / breakfast. The staff is always on their foot and keeping the place tidy and clean. The reason for 3* is a bit of false advertisement, that is, when I went there I was told that if I become coffee club member then I ll get discount. So I did register. However, when I went to buy then I was told that the discount does not apply on public holidays. Rather I ll need to pay 15% extra for dining here on public holidays. I felt that I should have been told this earlier so I wouldn't had to go through the membership form filling process and providing my data.

Utterly horrid experience. Both times I visited I felt like I was a part of some Grade 6 ‘Earn and Learn’ experiment. I’ll start by saying that I’m all for hiring younger staff (especially in hospitality) however, it seems as though this cafe is run by The Crayon Crew. Are there any senior staff employed whatsoever? I’m not sure if I coincidentally showed up on some sort of ‘work experience open-day’ for both of my visits, or if the franchisee only hires inexperienced children with zero life experience so as to keep their costs low - all I know is that the customer service was atrocious, and the children working there were not only rude, but actually insulting.

I have been a regular at this cafe for years now, however ever since the change of ownership i have noticed the staff are being over worked, the hygiene is horrible, my order always gets mucked up (is this a training issue?) if you can’t keep your staff it might say something about the way you run the business. all the girls there used to know my name and order now it’s all new people who can’t get my order right and don’t make the effort to know the customer. just horrible now

I’ve visited this store and the nearby one a couple times in the past two weeks. Bigger black hair lady makes the worst coffee I’ve ever had. Staff are running around like headless chickens. I noticed there’s new ownership. ever since then the food and service has dropped dramatically. The hijab worker looks like she’s working very hard, probably the only reason they’re able to send coffees out under 5-10minutes. I will continue to drop by every now and then in hopes of improvement!

Went there with my wife early morning & were told we needed a booking because they could only fit 20 people inside. My wife pointed out there were only 14 people inside but we were advised the remaining 6 places were for people who had made bookings, even though we were the only people waiting. Informed we could make a booking & be seated in 45 minutes time It's a frustrating system that we've never come across at any other CC store or at any other cafe chain. Should be first come. first served like anywhere else

Their Brekkie Combo deal is nice. Staffs are nice & foods as well. You can get better and decent taste coffee here as they said Coffee Club .

2020 Dec review: post-covid lockdown safety measures here are good and well informed. Barista here today is excellent.. I can tell she's an actual trained barista.. latte art of swan is not something an amateur barista can do. See new pic... Upgraded my review to 4 star purely for the coffee done like it should. ( previously 3) 2019 review: Reasonable coffee for a franchise. I think it really depends on the who you have on the day. Like most franchises consistency isn't really a strong point.

My hubby and l had breakfast here. l had a snack sized smashed avocado & feta on toast, the avocado & feta was smeared on a thumping big 2cm thick piece of white bread/toast, l would of preferred more healthy stuff and less of the thick bread, not to my liking. I ordered my almond milk cuppacino extra hot as always but it was not hot when it arrived to my table, dissapointing. My hubby had the egg, bacon & cheese omelette and enjoyed it, he prefers his coffee not too hot so he enjoyed his.

I ordered a latte and a chicken burger with chips. Coffee came out with lots of froth and not even full to the top. Tasted like it had old milk. Need a better barista. Food was dropped on table instead of placed. Staff seem unhappy and new owner running around doing most of floor work during peak. Not a vibe, better places to go for lunch. Don’t order coffee.

Worst breakfastvi have ever had delivered. Ham was dry and old and presentation no more than slapped on plate. Not a single smile from any staff. Ordered a Brekkie Burger and an Iced Chocolate Mint Drink (not entirely sure if I got the name correct). Bad service, when I ordered coffee to have it here but they just decided to make it takeaway without telling me. Had to wait for 20 minutes just because I didn’t know it’s takeaway. Went here for brunch. My mum wanted baked beans on toast. What we got was 2 slices of buttered toast and a TINY bowl of baked beans. And when I say TINY... I mean.. T. I. N. Y.!! It was probably about 4 tablespoons worth. And for all that, they charged us $9.00!!! So $6 for two slices of bread... And $3 for a pathetic side of beans. Seriously.... Other than that, the service was good. Up your game coffee club and stop ripping customers off!

The ingredients are ok but the presentation/cooking is dreadful.! The " big breakfast " $25 was served in a small plate, the sausages were half cooked, the bread was untoastead, the bacon was overflowing. It was very hard to eat the meal, in such a small plate. Obviously they don't have an experienced cook.

Great day, had a discount for this special coffee and a Belgian brownie, I believe it was called the chai frogetto? if I remember right it had a cappuccino mixed in it, and vanilla icecream, felt luxurious for me. The coffee club itself in general is just a really great place to go to if you haven't seen someone in while and just need to relax, it's abit small but really comfy to be in, they always put alot of effort in their specials.

Food is horrendously overpriced for what you get. I paid $5 extra for a side of bacon and got ONE small piece of bacon. I also specified I wanted ciabatta for my bread and got sourdough bread which could hardly be cut. Not worth it. There’s other cafes.

Found the staff at this coffee shop very rude.... Asked for 2 coffees to dine and was presented with 2 takeaway cups... Staff rudely advised it was up to the customer to advise at time of purchase that a cup was required (not takeaway). Actually did tell staff that was dining in. We were then toldwe would not be allowed back at this coffee club again... Very rude staff...

Love the coffee, but sometimes it is really weak in takeaway cup. Had a misunderstanding about the food today. Had to have wrong dish with huge pieces of bread instead of ham and cheese toastie (which is usually served with healthy varieties of bread). Sorry to say that but I was really disappointed with food today. Please pay more attention to the orders.

Very helpful staff and the service was of the highest standard. My wife and I normally share a big meal and the chef placed half on each plate before it left the kitchen. Went above and beyond. Well done

The service here is good, however the food was VERY average. I had the smashed avo and it was really disappointing lacking any kind of flavour there was nothing special about it very bland. My partner ordered the sweet potato breakfast bowl - it had tiny cubed pieces of sweet potato it was hardly a meal at all. Not what we expected.

I am so angry, the Coffee club werribee plaza closes the kitchen early, so random, or just when an elderly disabled customer wants to place an additional order after having coffee and cake and my disabled son wanted a burger and chips. Such poor form Coffee Club.

The best coffee place in the plaza without a doubt. No wonder they are always busy. The staffs there are all very kind & nice yet very professional. Rare as it may seem in today’s world they actually know how to make proper coffee. Kelly,Teagan, Joel or Ave no matter whoever takes care of me always have a smile on!

Our Flat Grilled orders were nicely presented and the deliciously prepared. We love the crunch and the blend of flavors in it. We want to commend the friendliness of the crew. Let me mention the high speed of its wi-fi. Just to say it is not complete if we don't dine at this cafe whenever we shop at Highpoint.

I had the best iced chai latte there this morning, staff are very pleasant and friendly chicken nuggets and chips were very good!

Went today with my husband. Ordered 2 coffees, poached eggs and bacon plus a toasted sandwich. Eventually got the coffee but after waiting 30 minutes for the meal asked what was going on. Was told they lost the docket. Will not go back again. Got my money back. Coffee wasn't any good either.

i have tried coffee here in 3 different occasions and all the times we were served with the worst coffee we have ever had. I think they should either change the name of the company or this shop.... or possibly thinking to hire a proper barista instead of school kids making coffees.

The coffee was awesome, but the highlight was the barista. From the warm greeting, to the friendly goodbye, it made for a very enjoyable experience.

Came here with my little ones and I just needed a coffee. Place was open bright and early. Staff were also really polite. Went back to order more babycinos and was ready to pay but was informed by staff that it was on the house! Nice. Good start to the morning.

Went this morning for brunch with the girls from work as a treat and got great service from the guy at the counter(wish I’d got his name) and the girls who came to our table. The food was fast, hot and delicious , I’d highly rate the pesto Haloumi bagel :)

Very bad service, waiting for half an hour and the coffee were ready for almost 20 minutes. Careless in customer service. The coffee was not bad.

Needs improving the choc mint frappe wasn't very tasty. Quite disappointing, I'll be going next weekend on Saturday for a girls coffee club so if things improve I will update this review. I'll be trying something else next week.

Great foods, great drinks and great staffs a bit confusing to eat in ( do we have to wait to be seated or just grab the seat... different every time). But I think it would be done after lifting up restrictions.

Food is always good, coffee is drinkable, the staff are helpful. Place is always clean. Easily be the best Coffee Club that I've been to. My only gripe is them replacing ciabetta bread with sourdough.

2 Stars, cause they politely made me a second coffee since the first one was so bad but the second was even worse. Too hot, too much foam, milk was burnt to death and I could bare taste the coffee.
