Had a horrible experience today at coffee club Melton. The staff member serving was very polite but another one at back had no customer service what so ever. EXTREMELY RUDE. Our Table we sat at was also dirty we had to put the dirty dishes on side, When the rude employee came to collect she asked “Did you want me to spray it down and wipe it” Isn’t it common sense to wipe down a table that is dirty and people ate at? The chef made my food wrong two times. I asked for a refund as by the time the chef made my food the second time (which was wrong) my partner already ate there food. the girl response was “it’s made up to coffee clubs standard I can’t give you a refund” lucky I had the receipt for proof stating what I said I wanted at front counter. use to be a regular but they definitely lost a customer today. The girl needs to be taught customer service lol. (Management definitely needs to improve staff)

The wait time was really bad, we ordered two very simple things a kids meal and a side dish. For one coffee and a milk shake it was twenty mins and then it took 45 mins to get our food, they brought out the wedges but then left the kids meal on the bench, there were heaps of servers but no one realised that the kids meal was waiting on the bench. The kids meal was a fish and chips and both were undercooked, the chips were still still a bit hard and had gone rubbery from waiting under the light for so long. I would understand if they were busy but there is only 20 tables in the place and only 9 small tables were seated. There was about 6 serving staff but only one cook doing all the meals, and no-one was helping the cook. I wouldn't go there especially not if you have little kids given the long wait time.

I have been several times hoping it would improve but it hasn't l asked for a wrap yesterday they look at me stupied l eventually got it after 20 minutes hardly any filling was disgusting sent coffee back twice cold and bitter .... Absolutely disgusted in this place, I will never return again. Purchased two parmas asked for no bacon as we are muslim and they gave me and my husband bacon. Fair enough, we were kind about it. We asked staff to replace the meal they removed the bacon after we had asked for it to be cooked fresh again, they reused the same chicken, deep fried the chicken to a crisp and returned it. it was hard as a rock my husband and myself we both respectful enough to try to eat the meal and not cause a scene, while doing this we had to put up with having both the chefs smirking and laughing at us while we had to eat this piece of wood very disappointed and disrespectful on the saffs behalf they were enjoying having a laugh while we had to sit there. you have lost a few customers.

I was very disappointed with my breakfast this morning, sour cream was watery tasteless, bad presentation. . told the staff but only received an apology no offer of a freshly made one or refund. short staff only 1 chef!! seems like always this happens..Coffee had to be remade as not to what we ordered but we were happy. Absolutely ridiculous. They upped prices on the meals and have halved the portions. Order every week the same meal eggs Benedict. Every week the same two Ciabatta bread. Came in and they are now serving only one ciabatta. Service was appalling when I asked why the change and why I wasn’t told being that it has always been one, the girl at the front just said it is how it is the menus has changed we don’t need to advise and the photo shows one so that’s what you get. 100% do not recommend.

Not efficient in coffee making. Ordered a chai latte was so cold, order savoury food same time which took them 15 minutes to serve. Rude staff, I mentioned that the coffee is cold as it has been served 10 minutes before the food, I was told next time they will make it right. I wouldn’t even rate this place with a one star! Horrible customer service, ask to speak to manager and to my surprise found out the lady providing the bad customer service was the manager. This person really needs to learn how to smile and not look at her customers like she’s about to kill them. Also they can’t seem to get a simple order correct and don’t dare to mention it because they will only make your order worse out of spite. I have never experienced such immature and rude customer service and for that reason I will not return to this store.

I was given off avocado, the mushrooms were old and horrible most of the food tasted wrong and old only thing fresh was the coffee. The food was not what it was before new management and cook have come in. The tall white guy presumably the manager or owner laughed at my complaint of the food. For having spent 130$ to be given that quality and be treated in such manner. I refuse to eat or even get a coffee here again!

$3 extra for one half of a normal hash brown is just highway robbery. When we questioned them that we normally get 2 they said unfortunately thats the new menu. I requested a refund of the hasbrown and rather than just give an extra hashbrown bring a bowl of chips which we declined, offered free coffe or cake all instead of an extra hashbrown. Absolutely pathetic service and will never be returning. By the way the food and coffe was extremely average. Cant even poach an egg was more like hard boiled

Update Coffee club under new management much improved service and coffee is much better. Sorry to say but after waiting at least 35 mins today for my meal, which i pretty sure they forgot because people who i know ordered after me got there meals first, it finally came out and the server said something like sorry one of my eggs just broke as it was put on the plate, the eggs were so small and definitely under cooked, never going back again or to any other coffee clubs.

Ordered a smash avo and feta, feta was yellow tasted like rubber when I complained and commented that it was not Fetta the chef came out extremely rude waving the Fetta container lid saying it is Fetta, we asked to speak to the manager and said we want our money back for the meal, they refused and offered a complementary beverage card instead….Extremely disappointing and will never come back.

Staff here are great for the most part and so is the coffee . The food on the other hand is a different story .Let’s be honest coffee club is on the pricier side, so a single thin slice of toast and uncooked tomato’s straight out the fridge next to smallest portion of the egg is not acceptable . Normally The coffee club has lovely staff and food but he Staff on today (Sunday morning) was very rude and food was terrible. Online it says that the cafe opens at 9:30am but we "werent allowed to sit down" until we could guess when they actually opened even though the cafe looked opened and ready to serve. Another group tried sitting and the same was said to them in a rude way. The staff was rude to everyone and food wasn't good. Normally it's great

When i lived in Epping i went to the Coffee club everyday, Since moving to Melton i tried the Coffee Club here and its just no good. The coffee is bitter, the service is very very slow..they have the same 3-4 young staffers and they always have a good chat to everyone, meanwhile people are waiting out the door..which i wouldnt mind if the coffee was great but its not. Blax Coffee which is in coles is much better and cheaper.

Food is good, service was good, it’s a little expensive for what you get and the app to order is a disaster. Every item of food you order the app makes “recommendations” which takes you away from the menu, and if you order 2 of the same item, I.e. coffee you have to go through the process of stating size, type of milk, and whether you want an additional flavour on both,

Im a regular I come every weekend for breakfast, most of the time the foods been good but the past 2 weekends it been absolutely rubbish, both times order has been wrong and the food was average at best, and the meal I had today was completely wrong and cold, I'm never going back to this place again after today, the chefs have gone down hill or they change chefs to much, only reason for 2 stars is the coffee was good.

today I went to the coffee club around 1pm today, I ordered the calamari with a side of sweet potato chips with a large iced vanilla latte, the customer service was incredible… very lovely, even the chef! he came and greeted me at my table. The service at the Coffee Club Woodgrove was absolutely disgusting. I feel that the barista/manager has some serious anger issues and it’s unfortunate that she is taking this anger out on the customers. While serving I got nothing but dirty looks all because I wanted to pay part cash and part eftpos for my meal and coffee. I wound not return to this store if you paid me.

Myself, my partner and my best friend went there for brunch over the weekend the service was terrible they screwed up our drinks , we waited roughly 40 minutes for our food and when we got what we ordered it was borderline cold never again would we eat there it was an awful experience

I have joined the Coffee Club but it is disappointing the benefits only available 3 days week. The food is tasty. Correction can't use card Public Holidays. I have always found the service great. Young staff turnover it's clear they lack confidence, kind encouraging words they improve. $25 m ship good value

I was going regularly, almost daily for the same order. However, I have stopped going since my coffee order was consistently incorrect. One mistaken order can be overlooked, however, the coffee order was incorrect more than once with no apology and the waiter insisting that I must have made the mistake.

What a joke charging 15 % percent surcharge on Saturday which is not a public holiday. Other stores in the centre isn't charging this surcharge what a rip off. Also staff stated management made the decision it was a public holiday I hope they get paid public holiday rate which is unlikely. GREED

The girls are so friendly and welcoming. No matter how busy they are, they always greet me with a smile. Coffee is always delicious and hot. Keep up the good work!

The manager at Woodgrove (Melton) has no customer service skills and has a serious attitude problem, I was surprised to even find out she is a manager. I wound not return to this store if you offered me a free meal and coffee. This was the worst customer experiences I have ever came across.

I go to the coffee club on a regular basis and everytime I go the staff are lovely and the girl making coffees tiarne always makes my coffee to perfection and is always face paced, happy and you can tell the staff are well organised. Definately worth 10 stars!

I just had a big breakfast here, busy, but every meal is prepared and served just like the photos. Compliments to the chef and staff, its my new go to place for breakfast or brunch, very satisfied customer here.
