"The furniture and small goods are interesting / unusual for the most part, but there is a lack of cohesiveness to the designs or design vignettes to really bring this place to the next level"
"They carry beautiful pieces, but I've had two subpar special order experiences (wrong chairs came the first time and the second time they didn't have the legs for the chaise and it was tedious trying to get info on the status)"

"Bart and Andrew are great"
"Excellent selection of contemporary design"
The furniture and small goods are interesting / unusual for the most part, but there is a lack of cohesiveness to the designs or design vignettes to really bring this place to the next level. Pcs feel very "isolated". Customer service is also either ok or non-existent. I walked into a completely empty store with 3-4 employees chatting away. None bothered to look up or acknowledge me, even as I walked right between them. Another lady walked in moments later and gets a super warm greeting though - twice. Seriously, who wants to spend money at a store if basic niceties - a Hello, Hi, Welcome - are missing? Especially when real service and warmth are routine at the other great design shops on Sacramento Street. I left quickly and dropped some serious cash on their nice neighbors instead.
They carry beautiful pieces, but I've had two subpar special order experiences (wrong chairs came the first time and the second time they didn't have the legs for the chaise and it was tedious trying to get info on the status). I would opt to check out Matter or BDDW for a better customer service experience.
More like an art gallery than a furniture store, with customer service to match. You can spend $30k and not get much attention. We bought a table and paid for white glove delivery, to be told we need to go to the hardware store to get pads so the table is stable.
Bart and Andrew are great. They are super friendly, knowledgeable, and always prompt when I ask for quotes or an appointment to view new pieces. They’re my favorite showroom in the city! More and more of my fave French lines are represented here. 10/10✨
Excellent selection of contemporary design. Engaging, well spoken staff. Beautiful well designed spaces. Calm and serene Japanese style garden. …
