I came to Home Depot because I thought it would be a great experience, professional and enjoy getting my kitchen made. I spent $4000.00 CASH renewing my kitchen. Frank helped me with my making my kitchen plan, I picked out everything I wanted in my new kitchen. As for any woman, this is suppose to be a fun & exciting and pleasant experience! Not only has Frank made my experience frustrating, unpleasant and overall made me never want to come to this location again. He’s caught attitude time and time again, when I asked for details on everything & more explanations on what I’m spending my hard earned money on he didn’t like it. All I wanted was for him to help my experience be a pleasant one no matter how many questions and answers he had to give me. I wasn’t paying this in payments! As a woman I wanted to be reassured that my money was being spent the way I wanted it to not the way he did. He added things I didn’t need, he just wasn’t consistent. He caught an attitude when I claimed I didn’t get my kitchen sink and leaned forward and told me Ruby, we talked about this 30-45min! I had already came in to purchase the sink cabinet that was in stock that morning. To further complicate it told me I needed dimensions for my counter top that it would be a while before I get it. My top kitchen cabinets would take 7 wks! I understand it’s a process, it can be frustrating but Frank made my kitchen experience that much worse. While in store, he stopped helping me and left to help someone else and showed up like 15min later. All I want is to order my counter top! It’s been a nightmare working with him. I told him I wouldn’t leave until it’s ordered & he said he would do it in a few minutes. And laughed at me when I chose to stay to make sure it gets done. He did offer me a fax confirmation and I accepted after all I was done at this point.
The manager “not Meagan” but the store manager threw her apron at my contractor for going and returning my hot water heater that was fully in warranty after telling him. “There’s a $300 charge to replace a hot water heater.” When we literally just called reehm and they said their warranty covers the hot water heater in full. They had to take my broken hot water heater back to me to take the water heater back to my place costing more time… mean while I called one 7 miles away that had a very professional manager I asked him “ is there a fee for trading in a faulty water heater if it’s still in warranty?” He said “no you just need the receipt and the water heater.” I have that and even the case number. So why she felt it was professional to get upset and make a scene by hitting my contractor with her apron is beyond me. Very unprofessional and I will no longer be doing business with Home Depot at this location. She needs an attitude check and maybe some customer service training. Is this really how Home Depot hires managers? Again I’m not referring it Meagan or Magen however you spell it. Because when I called her again she said there wouldn’t be a fee ITS IN WARRANTY. That’s another thing this rude morning manager went into this long rant about how you still have to pay 300 dollars to cover the difference of the water heater…. Difference? IM GETTING THE SAME WATER HEATER! What does this lady think warranty means? You want more money after I paid 2300 for a water heater JUST FOR THE WARRANTY… I use to go to Home Depot for the customer service and ever since they hired this lady it’s gone to pot…
I am pleased to add that the store resolved the mistake by offering an apology, plus extending a credit worth 25% of my purchase and I changed the rating to reflect their effort. I leave the original review for reference: I write this review reluctantly, given I have had good service from this store and have done business here for about 12 years. Using their Pro Desk, I order 16ft long composite decking. They call me on the day it arrives and I go to pick it up the next day. My 16ft material was stored on a 5ft long cart in direct sun on a hot day and the free ends were touching the ground. They offered to cut it in half for me to transport and I picked it up later the same day. The decking was still bent from how it had been stored on site, so I told the service desk I was concerned and asked if I take this home and it does not return to its original shape, I can bring it back, right? They said, sure, no problem. So, I bring it back and I’m told no return. An assistant manager instructed me that I should not have taken it if it appeared damaged. So I asked for it to be discounted some- no deal. I in turn instructed the A.M. that I was now stuck with $700 worth of decking her crew had damaged and they should be told not to store 16ft long composite decking on a 5ft cart. This customer is not mad- only at myself for accepting the material. This customer will not return to do any future business here, because there was no attempt to reconcile my dissatisfaction. Update:
I wish I could give him a zero but I gave him a one I went there to buy paint and the young lady that wait on me was very rude I guess we Disturbed her from doing what she was doing my daughter asked her did she work there and she didn't respond at first and then my daughter told her what we need help and then when she was helping us I asked her why was she shaking and she asked me why I say because I felt like she was shaking because she was angry or that she didn't like people of other color I was so appalled this was the Home Depot and huling off the service road I don't think I will ever go there again and that's not the first time I've been in other Home Depots where the people are not friendly you asked him for help they're like they don't want to stop doing what they're doing I spent $760 there on paint and I got bad customer service that's ridiculous I don't understand why did you why you can't get customer service everywhere you go everyone's in a hurry they're rude the consumers are how you get paid if you don't have customers coming in you won't make no money and then you won't have no job wow and I also told the young lady I said you have a great day and be blessed I didn't get her name but she was very rude she was a young hispanic lady in the paint area I'm quite sure y'all know who she is cuz I'm quite sure she didn't got many complaints on her for her attitude
Home Depot always talks about how they respect and honor veterans. They give discounts to the veterans, but now you must jump through hoops to get the discount. Prior to January 1, 2022, you had to show your Drivers License that showed you were a Veteran to get the discount. Now you must go online and register to get the discount. Well that is not bad at all, Lowes does the same thing. After registration, Home Depot gives you a personal Virtual ID Code that you must show every time you go to Home Depot. Now most people would just take a screenshot and have it available, well Home Depot doesn’t accept a screenshot. No, you must go to the website and pull up the code for them to scan (the same code, just not a screenshot. I have decided that I am no longer going to do business with them, instead will go to their competitors Ace Hardware and Lowes. At least at Ace and Lowes you don’t have to jump through hoops just to get the discount. Once you are signed up, you are in the computer you automatically get the discount, just tell them your name and that you are a veteran and it is automatic. Been using Home Depot for over 30 years, but today was the last day.
For one the woman at the online orders is as rude as you get. Second I called yesterday they told me it would be ready today, call today and was told it would be ready. Get here and it's not ready. They take over 24 hours to scan and unload an item that's here. They say it's here but they don't know where it's at. They say it can take over 24 hours to load a trailer which of that's true they are in serious trouble. I have been unloading trailers for 23+ years and it never takes me 24 hours to scan and unload a trailer. This is ridiculous. I usually order from Lowes and this is why. Never again. Against my better judgement I came to Home Depot and immediately got reminded why I stopped coming. The lack of professionalism here is on a different level. The level of complete incompetence when it comes to do even the simplest task is scary. How are these people still working here? They don't like to help and customer service is not even a small priority. Don't just leave here, just run
I went in for two 1x4 boards and some prefab table legs, the one I decided on only had 3, I found an employee who was in the middle of doing something and let me tell you how wonderful this man was. Roger helped me by going so far beyond what I had expected he checked the number in stock (11) so he went to find this product and had little luck he then crawled behind the shelving unit to see if it had fallen behind Sadly it had not. He then went on a personal quest to find them at another location when he did he called them and is had them make sure they had them and then bring one to the service counter. It doesn't end there though, without hesitation or being request he discounted the three legs that I bought at that location! This home depot runs on a different set of rules from others. It is 15 minutes further from the one I normally go to but Roger has gotten me to change I will now be going to this home depot over the closer home depot to my home.
This store has serious issues with their staff, Karen over the intercom told security to go to our aisle just because we took too long looking at door knobs I guess like WTH. We barely made it to the aisle when a white female employee with glasses asked if we were ok and I responded to her yes. (because we found what we were looking for and did not need her assistance,)Then after that I believe she sent one of her employees to ask us again if we were good when he was the same man who we already asked what aisle the items we were looking for were at. He wasn’t that interested in walking to help us when I first asked so that’s how I know she sent him. The employees were constantly staring at us after that and then asked security over the intercom to go over to our aisle, it was an extremely unpleasant experience. If she is a current manager she needs to get replaced if this is how they are treating their customers it’s unacceptable!
I called ahead of time asking for a specific grill. I asked several times and emphasized we needed it in a box. I was assured it was and was up front for us. So we made the 30 mile trip to find that there was in fact none of the one we wanted in a box and all the ones they had out and assembled were scratched and not put together correctly. If i hadn't have asked several times and re-emphasized over and over that we needed one in a box because of our vehicle I wouldn't have been so angry. The laziness the employee showed us was unacceptable. This store needs to do some major training in customer service. This bad experience and bad review could have been avoided if someone would have taken 2 extra seconds to verify that the product on hand was what we wanted. This store will not be recommended by us. I would not recommend trusting them if you need to call ahead to locate a product. Home depot is sorely lacking in customer service.
I've shopped there for years but lately it's seems like there customer service or there lack there of has me thinking that I'll just take my business to Ace. It's closer and more expensive but always A1 service. Today at Home Depot can't find any help and walked around for 10 min trying to ask a question. Found someone but they were too busy on there phone. Finally found my item and went to check out. The cashier was busy on his phone texting and didn't even acknowledge me. I go to check out and he drops an item and waits for me to pick it up. The whole time I'm checking out he has his phone under his register so he can keep texting. I'm trying to use the credit card machine and he's offering no assistance just acting out out as he says do it again. It goes through and this is the part that really irritated me is that he made no eye contact with me and did not thank me
I myself work at a home depot i don't even work at this store and I thank God I do not, it's such an embarrassment for this store. I get 2 gallons of paint tell the man at the paint desk if he can get my paint color and mix it for me he looks at the paint can takes it back without a word replaces it with something else, so as he is mixing it i ask "do y'all do freight on weekend's" he replied "I don't know I don't ask questions around here" what a dick, anyways so as it gets done mixing he puts the lids back on the cans takes his apron off right there ND walks off, he didn't even put the test color on the top of the can so I can verify if it looked nice to my satisfaction, so I had to go behind the counter my self open the cans up put the sample on top then hammer the lids back on and blow dry it myself ! Very disappointed in this place rude customer service as well
This has got to be the WORST home depot store layout in the universe!!! We were looking for a specific cabinet bracket, but the Bay it was supposed to be at was NONEXISTENT! It was so frustrating. We practically hunted an employee down because not ONE asked if we needed help. The employee had no idea where the item was even though she stood there on the aisle.. then proceeded to check their system, which showed they had them in stock and asked us if we were sure we were looking at the correct store. (Insert eye roll) Go to LOWE'S or any other home depot, unless you are also wanting to leave with a headache then go to this location. Lowe's has excellent customer service and things are where they say they are. I wish I could give this store a negative review because they don't deserve my 1 star.
I just HAD TO STOP and post a review about my experience at this store!!! I am a single mom trying to keep this house from falling apart. My kids bathroom is falling apart and flooding the house.. I went to HD I swear 5 times buying different parts for fixing a leak under the sink and the toilet!!! I was AT MY END!!! I ran into the nicest cashier named CHRISTINA!!! And the the gentleman in the plumbing dept ROBERT!!! let me say if it was not for these 2 employees I would have literally lost it this night!!! Robert was amazing ! Getting me exactly what I needed and instructed me how to install it properly...and then Christina comforting me while i was in tears.....letting me know that"you got this" gave me the motivation I needed to get this project done!!! Thank you BOTH SO MUCH!!!
DO NOT order your kitchen renovation through them. We were passed around, ignored and flat out forgotten by their contractors. We weren’t able to use our kitchen sink or dishwasher for 2 months. You have to pay for the WHOLE cost UPFRONT. So when an installation that should have taken 3 days Max, took almost 2 months, we felt like we were having to chase people down to finish their jobs. Which they still didn’t do. We are also renovating our guest bathroom and that contractor had to install our sink, faucet and dishwasher for us! Keep in mind we had to pay for that install on our kitchen order. The pictures below are how our kitchen looked for the 2 months it took them to complete the install.
Utilized the Home Depot for a quote and carpet installation in a small closet (~6' x 12'). When quoting the job, they failed to identify several small complexities and when the company they subcontracted came to do the job, they were unprepared and unable to complete the job in a professional manner. Through back and forth over several weeks and countless phone calls, the installation company was able to somewhat make it right but the Home Depot was unwilling to take any ownership of the problem. I do not blame the contractor, as they were working off of bad information from HD. I will not be utilizing these resources again. I will go straight to a professional that values their customers.
I used to pick Home Depot over Lowes but after the last two visits to Home Depot I do not plan to go back. Your staff isn’t interested in the customer they are only interested visiting with each other or when I finally found a kid to help to tried to use his phone to locate the item and kept coming up with a different one he finally said I don’t know So I flagged another employee down she went to a computer and said oh yes we have the item but it will have to be shipped. So I said no thanks went to Lowes walked in the first employee I saw I asked and she took me to the item. That is customer service. HomeDepots management better get involved one you will be out of business inside a year.
I ordered a product online to pick up at the store, and the Home Depot cancelled it automatically without consulting me or anything even though they were sure to charge my card for it. They emailed me saying they had issued a full refund for the amount and it should appear in about 3-5 days, but of course it didn't. Then they later called saying I could pick up my refund at the store, and I wasn't able to make it to that store for a bit but when I finally did they told me they had sent my refund by check in the mail, which I have yet to receive. So they were quick to take my money, not give me the product I'd ordered and its been almost 2 months and I've yet to see a refund of any sort.
Do not hire this place to do your cabinets! Delivery and installation times were never correct. I had to call them about everything so they were a horrible contractor. They used hardware that doesn't stop the cabinets from hitting the walls when you open them. The cabinets had minor damage but the installation crew installed them anyways. I had to extend my wall to make the cabinets fit since they obviously didn't pay attention to the measurements. Lots of random open spots in between cabinets and walls. Little advice to anyone reading this, do not go thru them for countertops. It is way easier and faster to call countertop people yourself. Literally a waste of money to use Home Depot.
If you need something for your house they probably have it. According to Google metrics, I visited this store over 40 times last year. That alone speaks to the service and staff at this store, there are plenty of other options nearby. The online inventory tracker tends to be very accurate and if you order online they have it ready at the customer service desk very soon. Any time I have had an issue it was resolved very quickly. Sometimes there is a wait for cutting lumber or similar services but I have always been able to find someone to help me. I have had several issues getting timely service at other locations but this store has definately earned my business.
If you aren't familiar with the area -it'd be easy to drive right past the entrance (especially with folks driving fast behind you). I often come here to get supplies for odd diy projects. Often what I want they don't have it exactly. But when found, staff has been friendly & often gives suggestions. Because of how big the store is & how its laid out -It's easy to blend in & search at your leisure without folks bothering you. In contrast the Ace Hardware nearby is much more hands on and has a personal touch.. if you prefer that (probably because it's smaller ). Also my experience at this Home Depot has been better than the Lowest across the street.
I waited for a while (about 20-30 mins) to have someone assist getting a medicine cabinet down from the top shelf for me. After two attempts at requesting help, I almost gave up when Howard came to save the day lol. I genuinely appreciate his efforts to help me. I am a contractor, so my time is valuable but I would rather spend my money here than Lowes so I appreciate the pro-team and other associates at this store that I engage with on a daily basis. I think today, my time spent waiting, was a one time hiccup because I usually never have that issue in this store. But the efforts made to make sure I left happy was greatly appreciated.
DO NOT GO TO THIS HOME DEPOT! They hire racists. There is an older white woman Karen who was openly racial profiling my partner and demonstrating micro aggressions. We were using self check out buying storage bins and she had the audacity to come up to my black partner and ask to look inside to make sure he wasn’t stealing anything. I am Caucasian and also had storage bins in my hands and she did not ask to see inside the ones I was holding. BECAUSE I AM WHITE AND HE IS BLACK. RACIAL PROFILING at its finest. She should be immediately fired. Home Depot should not support racism by allowing this woman to remain employed.
I'd leave zero stars if I could. My husband and I stopped here since we were in the area. My husband used to work for Home Depot, and he was appalled at the layout and the horrible customer service. Mind you, it wasn't busy (I wonder why?) and we needed a panel cut. They paged someone, and after waiting for 10 minutes, I politely asked an older associate if he could try again. He through down what he was working on and angrily spat that they already paged someone and gave me a very dirty look. Everyone else acted like it was so horrible to answer a question or help us. Do not go to this store. Horrible!
I love plant shopping and on this particular day I found two plants with no barcode or sku. They were just what I was looking for and thankfully the cashier called for the gardening expert, Kenny. He took his time to find out the cost of these plants and came back to me with that I could have them for free! I asked if he was sure many times and he said that since they have no identity or price I could have them! I don’t think any other establishment would do such a generous act. Lovely staff in the gardening department, always helpful! If you ever need any help, Kenny is your guy! 10/10
I usually look forward to stopping in Home Depot, however disappointed on this trip. I'm new to the area and had looked at reviews but u have to agree with post of what has been posted. A lot of workers standing around. no one greeted me and I had a few employees pass me as I was looking up trying to figure out where my item might be located ( thinking someone would ask if I need help) but no one did. Really disappointed. I am giving 3 stars bc they did have item. Was looking for and when in lighting department. There was a helpful young man that when I asked he did help me.
The store manager Chris is so disconnected from customers. His tone screams discrimination. Went in to get a item that was stated available and nothing. The team workers are trained to treat you like trash or a criminal. This can't be right. All of their house chemicals is dusty and old. So much dust on the products. I had a horrible experience. Santos need to be off registers. They profile you then treat you like trash. I'm assume black customers stand out for crime. Disgrace. They just selling outdated overpriced items
Well, I called before going there to check availability and all seemed good. When I arrived there and asked where the item I was wanting could be found, it was twilight zone time and none of the associates questioned were knowledgeable on what part of the store this item was located. It's a sad day when a retired disabled contractor has to wander all over the store. I'm available to help get customers the right answers they need so, they don't waste their time and get p-oed by their home Depot experience! Lol...
Pretty great place with lots of help and a handicapped motorized scooter parked right outside handicapped parking space. Quick check out and a very polite gentlemen helped me carry out my items. Everything was perfect except got overcharged $27.00 for an extra tote. Called and spoke to a manager and he told me to come by and receive a prompt refund. Went by and was given a full cash refund in a few moments. Lots of employees near by to assist if I speak up and ask for help.
Very rude, possibly discriminatory?? I tried to get some paint matched for a reno project and didn't get so much as an acknowledgement after waiting a long while. I thought the woman at the paint counter might have just wanted to help the previous customer without interruption but she helped ANOTHER person who walked up after me. And even when she had no one to help, continued to ignore me! Very rude, I will not be coming back here again for so much as a roll of tape
I needed a special tool so I stopped by and ask for assistance from one of the workers and he was very helpful and took me to the area where the tool is located at and answer my questions about how to properly use it and when I went to check out they have plenty of cashiers up front and it was not a hassle at all in and out in under 10 minutes. The store seemed well stocked with plenty of product which is good if you have home improvement needs.
This is a very large store with separate entrances for consumers and professionals. Military discount easy to use. Very wide selection of products both in depth and quantity, the largest I've seen in Fort Worth. Much better than Lake Worth and White Settlement. However, they are not paying much attention internally to Covid-19 as compared to other Home Depot stores, bathrooms in particular. If bathrooms ignored, what about rest of the facility?
I swear this home Depot is the worst! The lack of customer service, lack of help available and then when u do find someone it's like talking to Homer Simpson, including the key machine, getting someone to help you with the key machine or someone who actually knows how to use it is like pulling teeth, that is when it's actually up and running it isn't out of order. This store is just chaotic in every way shape or form avoid if possible!
I frequent this home depot pretty often because of the location only. The staff here dont seem to know much about anything. There's never anyone around to help you and they are always out of stock on items I need. The only competent person is the guy that works in plumbing. I remember when hone depot employees would actually help you without having to ask for help. Now when you ask them for anything they look like deer in head lights.
They had almost everything I needed so that's the good part...the 2 stars because employees look mad or unhappy no one helping I had to check out myself cause there was no cashier's and the guy just stared at me and didn't help I had to figure it out myself and then I see to women struggling to put some furniture in their car when there was an employee there on the phone but could have easily helped them...customer service sucks.
Let me start off by saying this review is gonna rhyme. Read in a scheme so that the rap can flow and in time I needed a valve for my garden hose Went to the wrong department though Asked around for help And then I found and chose A cute little pressure valve that did exactly what I needed Powerful enough to unclog a pipe a clog defeated. Water runs free now Home Depot showed me how Provided answers. Wow Home Depot be like pow!!
We have shopped at numerous Home Depots for years. This is the worst. One associate tried for 15 minutes to find a specific item that allegedly the store has in stock. We finally gave up. Tile guy was so rude and irritated when I asked about a product.Another poor guy had no idea what a manual tile cutter was or where to find it. Never going there again. We finally found everything we needed at Lowe’s I
They are either super helpful or not at all. Just now I needed some wood cut. I stood at the station for almost 10min while three employees were doing their thing in the isle. Nobody bothered to come over. This is not the first time that happened to me when I needed wood cut. However about two weeks back there was an employee who went out of his way to help me find something. Still a good store overall
Do not go to this store unless you enjoy being harassed by their security. Recently went their and had one of their loss prevention people stop me outside of the store accusing me of stuffing products in my pants. I thought the guy was trying to mug me or something. When I asked for some credentials he showed me the lock screen on his phone. The guy was absolutely nuts. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE.
The The Home Depot proves that they continuously care more about the bottom line than customers. They are constantly out of stock on numerous items. Seems like they have less and less employees in the store helping and out front helping to load you up. If their work to be another home improvement store starting up in the area I think they would be a huge success with how bad home depot has gotten
I was asked to go to another line to make a credit card payment twice. Then when I get to the third register the woman wants to check my receipt for my purchase from the first register. Talk about being inconvenienced at a bad time. I’m on a job I should be able to come in and out no matter checking out or making a payment. Especially since I’m in this place twice a week.
Some of the best customer service I’ve ever received was from Cyndi O. in the Flooring Dept. She was thorough, helpful, kind and assisted me with items outside of the flooring department—she gave me special phone numbers for delivery hotline and guidance on what to do on delivery day. She went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable. Much appreciated. 5 Stars. A++
Pretty disappointed the last couple of times I shopped at Home Depot. Placed a couple of online orders. The first one they wanted me to drive 20 minutes to pick up a box of screws they didn't have in stock. The second order they cancelled because they no longer had the items in stock. Picked up some lumber, needed some plywood ripped - the guy was less than helpful.
Great selection on anything you could possibly want! I went there to buy a fold up ladder, and they carry three different kinds! I needed a battery powered drill driver, same thing three different kinds to choose from how do you beat that? Only complaint I have is the parking lot very crowded very hard to get in and out of but that’s the same thing everywhere♂️
Pretty much like every other Home Depot. Large variety of stuff. We were there for pvc pipe fittings. So many customers had picked through some of the bins that a lot of the parts were in wrong bins. This is probably normal. As usual all the employees were very knowledgeable and helpful. It's in an accessible location, not difficult to get to or drive away from.
Placed a curbside pick up order and when I got home I found the box with a huge hole in it. The heater was also damaged as seen in the photos. The convenience of getting my item curbside and quickly all went away when I have to take an extra trip and time to go back to the store to return and repurchase the heater. ALS20L6 did not do a great job of inspecting.
Not one team member seemed to want to assist me in finding a specific item. I continued walking around overwhelmed and bewildered as to why every crew member I encountered seemed to have an attitude or not a care in the world whenever I finally got their attention. And unfortunately, 3 crew members simply just blew me off. So, bye-bye! Off to Lowe's I went!!!
I talked to 5 different employees in my time at this home depot, three of which tried to avoid me and I had to essentially tap them on the shoulder to confirm that i was indeed in need of assitance. The other two were very kind, and completely reversed my over all opinion about the place. Not 5 star worthy, but not absolutely terrible. Thanks for the lumber.
Had a problem while purchasing a wheelbarrow. The cashier was clueless with their product and manager didn't bother to come out to help solve the issue. This isn't the first time this happened to us. The cashier lady was charging us double for the price while it clearly state box 1 of2. At this point we rather make the trip and give our business else where
I could've been find a have a simple tool for my PVC repair. Called for assistance 3 times and no one came. Left my items with cashier and asked her to tell management. This wasn't a one time situation. It's happened a lot. However when you do find an employee, most of the time, they are very knowledgeable. I'm going to try my best to never go there again.
I am a contractor and this is the worst home depot iv ever been to. They made me wait over 30 min to get a piece of wood cut, too big to fit in my truck bed,, despite asking 3 different ppl for help. The layout is absolutely terrible. Things that are in the same isle in every other store are broken up and spread randomly around the store. Avoid this store!
The store is normally very busy. Today was no exception. The cashier was very friendly and talkative and interested in everything she saw to check out. Too interested. It slowed her down considerable. She was not paying attention to her cash register. Making frequent mistakes and having to scan things multiple times to get them to show up on her screen.
As always This store has a welcoming atmosphere to browse and spend my hard earned money on the things I know only HD has: Quality items like water heaters, upright freezers, washer/dryer sets, good, ship 2 store options, return policy with receipt, most importantly a clean store with easy finds. their contractors are top of the line, this HD dont play.
I’m a Home Depot girl all the way and ONLY go to Lowe’s if something I need is not sold at HD…With that being said, customer service clerk at the return desk needs to be moved to a position that doesn’t require interacting with others. Friendliness of their employees has declined over the past few years…seems that way at a lot of places these days :(
A cute neat black girl with braided hair, some bleached located over in Pro area was so helpful to me when I got ill and had to sit down. She offered me something to drink and went and got what I was needing and brought it to me. I wish I had her name she was super. I'll look her up next time I'm in. She should be commended and valued as an employee.
Great customer service. Patient in explaining in depth every yard question I had. As a new home owner I've been clueless to what it takes to get my yard under control from the storms we had. I'm so busy I can only work on it in sections as it's so huge. Thank you Jesus but I'm definitely headed in the right direction after my visit to Home DEP today
Might be the worst Home Depot in the state. First the store flies a completely destroyed American Flag. The store layout is a disaster. I challenge anyone to find lumber in this store. Then once you find what you're looking for (or just head to the register in frustration) the guy up front cant count. Oh and the forklifts have propane leaks
Doug in flooring was beyond knowledgeable. He was more concerned with the budget we had set for the job on the kitchen flooring than a huge sale. Because of Dougs many options? We bought carpeting for our bedroom. This home depot has an asset with this employee, and the Management makes this Home Depot an asset to our community! Thank you!
There never seems to be anyone in the lumber section, let alone someone who can cut lumber. I’ve tried at store opening and I’m the middle of a weekday. I’ve even had employees offer to go find someone to help but no one ever comes. The store is being reorganized, and neither the app nor the store employees know where their stuff is anymore.
I go here so much I should have my own private shopping cart by now or have stock in the company. Always has a good selection of tools and hardware. Quality of lumber can be lacking. I have gone to lumber company to get sizes and quality I need for projects. Siding and plain 2x4 studs are ok here. So I give them 4.5.
I will only post facts here, they had a refrigerator on the shelf and they did not want to sell it to me, they said it was going to be a display. But there was more room in the display area for it. So I went to lowes and they sold me the one off the shelf. With no problems at all. Big difference. Wow
I really enjoyed this home Depot. I got my tool polished in the men's room via a MMF hang. I enjoyed the feeling of being plunged and drill it. Huge shout out to the employee for lending a helping hand with my band saw for me and my ex wife. Clean toilets too for a lil prep and post.
Worst customer service ever, rude employees uninformed employees. The only reason I even gave one star was because of Brandi the cashier she was awesome, amazing, kind , informative, helpful and nice. Way to go Brandi. They called a manager twice and NO ONE showed up, BAD Management.
Tried to open a business account. The lady was pleasant but took me to a computer to open my account. Of course there was a issue. I waited 15 minutes for some help that never arrived. I finally walked out. Go across the street to Lowes. They helped set my account up. HD your loss.
Store seemed well stocked and pretty organized. Staff was helpful and friendly, I would say the only issue was the lighting in the parking lot. The painted lines were hard to see since it seemed a little dark but it may be a one off thing since I have never noticed this before.
My kids and I go to the kids workshop every first Saturday of the month and it’s always such a great experience thanks to Ms.Naomi and Geo!! They are always so attentive and helpful and a great joy to see every weekend thank y’all for always making sure we have the best time!
To date in 10 years I can only remember positive experiences so much so again today. I wanted to acknowledge and recognize the staff at the service desk and pro desk, knowledgeable, customer satisfaction and results driven. Expert advice at paint dept as well Very satisfied!
Went in today to get some paint, and I just want to Thank the nice young lady at the paint desk I believe her name is Cher. She greeted me before even taking my order and was very helpful trying to find the other stuff I needed around the store. Great experience, Thank-You.
Great store if you know what you're looking for. It seems that the days of having a knowledgeable person working in a specific department are over. The employees at Home Depot are awesome but their knowledge base in certain departments (in my case, plumbing) isn't there.
I had a nice lady named SANTOS help me out. She knew her stuff and didnt make me feel like a girly girl at home depot. But all the staff was nice. Great people and service. Needs a better tile selection on tile. but other then that. I definitely recommend this home depot
Staff was friendly. The rental experience was great in store. Service was wonderful. The only thing off putting was that none of the floor staff seemed to know what isle anything was on so I had to wonder around the store to find things even after asking for assistance.
If you need to rent Anything from this company, DO NOT reserve it online or it will be a waste of time like it was for me. They also falsely advertise a truck they do not have and think men don’t know what trucks are… Thank you for wasting my time I’ll shop at Lowe’s
Really enjoy these stores but they’re organized horrifically. Took two trips around the store (because I’m an idiot and refuse to ask for help) before I found the freaky 12v inverters mixed in with the cleaning supplies. Otherwise love the store and their selection.
A Fort Worth classic! This place is amazing. I think they have everything you need to do projects around the house. Not cooking or crafts, but construction and stuff. There is another one on i35. Update: they still sell a wide variety of products at this store.
I wanted to purchase a irrigation controller and it showed to be $99 and at the registrar it came up to $118 a big difference. I stated the sign price was different and the worker did not try to verify it he just didn't try to help. Sorry customer service
Too bad they ask you for the ticket for looking very Hispanic, I am a client who bought thousands of dollars and in no Home Depot have I been embarrassed, as they do not have cameras, only a Hispanic man who came behind me and asked me to receive this guy
Large selection of builders supplies, tools, and everything you need for your home. Comparable pricing to Lowe's. But more selection on some things. The only downside is the layout. It's hard to navigate and find things unless you have been a few times.
Initially went to south fort worth store off 35 hwy 3 times, They couldnt figure out how to oder what I needed, so ended up going to home depot off 820 & hulen and was taken care of very quickly as I had know doubts about the person handling my request
Rude children running the garden section play on their phones. When asked for assistance in finding an item I got "I don't know now, sorry" then back to the phone. Not "let me find out from someone else" no effort. They hired fillers. Lowes man now.
Kudos to Mario, who happened to be in the garden center this evening when I came in. He loaded my bags of sand, mulch and potting mix in my basket and also walked me to my truck and loaded them there. Outstanding customer service. Thank you Mario.
For some reason the customer service manager decided I couldn't exchange my Diablo table saw blade without a receipt. I've been exchanging these blades on the lifetime warranty for years with no receipts, but not with the Bryant Irvin store!
this is the worst store EVER !!! THEYRE RUDE AF THEYRE UNFAIR THEY TREAT THEIR STAFF VERY DIFFERENTLY AS IN THE WOMEN AND MEN … dont give you the hours your expected to get and discriminate BADLY i would not recommend working here at all
I wanted to go in quickly for an air filter. I did not get the employee's name but the minute I walked in the door he asked if I needed help. Directed me to the filters. I was in and out in no more than 10 minutes! Easy self check out!
45 minutes to get a curbside pickup after calling them when it had been 20 minutes. They told me it would be right out, but they only brought me part of the order. Had to go in. This is the worst HD in the area. Drive somewhere else.
Online ordering assured me I wouldn't have to hike, when I was in the middle of a project and remembered my staple gun broke! In and out, like I like it. Get there early enough, and they'll even bring it to your car. Nice job, HD!
In less than one week, we've been to Home Depot for a kitchen faucet and a toilet Large selection of faucets was awesome. While selecting our toilet, we didn't have to wait long for assistance and they were very helpful. …
Very uncomfortable. 90% of the employees don't wear masks. Add to that about half of customers don't wear them. People everywhere and no one distancing. Home Depot should be ashamed. Terrible way to manage during a pandemic.
Not a bad Home Depot but not the best either. Staff was friendly but I have had to track down help multiple times. Selection is average although store is typically clean. The layout of this store isnt very easy to navigate.
A great establishment, well rounded and friendly employees eager to assist. Very clean store, real organized and very well managed! They have any and every appliance, hardware and power tools you may need at a fair price.
Needed keys. The key maker was right there and ready to help. He was congenial and friendly, and guess what? All the keys fit and worked perfectly! But then, we always find quality and great service at The Home Depot.
Someone was supposed to come to my house to do an in-home consultation for an ac heating and cooling system. They never showed up or called. So I bought it yesterday at Lowe's, in cash. Way better customer service.
I have come here a few times and will no longer. Almost all employees are unwilling to help. Alfredo in Paint is oddly aggressive and does not want to help. I would recommend Lowe’s for anything you need over here
Went to make a key copy and they let me waiting more than 30 minutes to the point I have to go to other place to get my key done also employees are rude never ever coming back thank you for making me waste my time
They want $30 something dollars for a freaking wooden deal to hang your clothes on in your closet. They're freakin' crazy. I made my own for less than $10. Stop overcharging Americans for your stock holders.
Home Depot got something for everyone!!! If you pay the price. I see a lot of stuff that I want!!! But can I afford some of that stuff!!! They got plans for you too. Another Bill!!! But I like Home Depot!!!
Really helpful friendly staff. Store was clean, I just needed to have a key made, my roommate was looking for some foam rubber padding. Quick service can't be beaten! Rock on Hulen Home Depot!
Enjoyed my visit. Will be back for my diy project needs. So probably too much lol . Had a very helpful associate named Lexi help me out when I was there. Love a well ran home depot …
What can I say, it's a home depot. Good selection friendly staff. I tend not to require that much help when I go to places like this so I can't gauge how knowledgeable their staff is.
Worst customer service in the world will never do buisness at the location and I'm a pro member. Rude and I called for the manager and she never showed up don't waste your time here
Great shopping experience... have to give it to them! Enough employees on the floor- where ever and whenever you need them! And a clean bathroom! That’s a first for Home Depot!
Called Tool Rental and Tricia was so rude while on the phone. It seemed as if she was in a rush or didnt want to help. Customer service must not be a priority at Home Depot
