The junction parlour is amazing! I always see Michelle there she just recently completely transformed my hair. In the fall I wanted purple, a fashion colour, which ended up giving me an awful green tinge . It took a few colour corrections but I currently have a beautiful rose gold coloured hair that I couldn't love more !! I also have a perfect maintenance free cut that I love, no styling required for this wash and go girl! Michelle is amazing and incredibly talented at her job . Anna and Amanda are so friendly and welcoming, you couldn't get a better experience at any salon .

Just had a wonderful experience at The Junction Parlour. Amanda is incredibly talented, and was able to give me my dream colour with a full head of highlights. I have been to many salons in the city, and usually walk out feeling like I’ve over paid for a mediocre job... but not this time. I also really enjoy the fact that it is such a laid back, relaxing and modern space. I don’t like feeling like I’m being rushed with three different stylists working on me, a line up of walk-ins and just the overall hectic feeling many larger salons have. Here, you feel like all attention is on you, and they really listen to your needs and hair goals. Nothing but trust! Can’t wait to come back!

Had a bad first/last experience here. The stylist was super pleasant and though we had a 10 min consult, and she listened to what I was looking for in a trim, it turned out very uneven and with layers where we discussed there wouldn't be. I can't put it up and it's a challenge to style. I'm truly upset. There could be a million reasons why this cut went so wrong. Given the 4.9 star review of this salon I might just have went in on a bad day. Advice: bring a photo of what you're looking for. Upon seeing my initial review, the stylist reached out to me directly and offered to fix/refund my cut but I declined though I provided my direct feedback to her.

Domenic took me from long dark chocolate brown hair to an ashy blonde lob absolutely seamlessly. He never compromised the health of my hair, and I loved every colour he did through the transition. I won't trust anyone else with my highlights now. Everyone at the salon is super welcoming and warm and the actual salon itself is really cool. Very modern and tasteful. I absolutely recommend Domenic for anyone who is looking for a beautiful cut or colour (he's also hilarious which is always a bonus!).

Ciara knows hair. She is an alchemist with colour. I had an image in mind of what I wanted to do to my hair and she nailed it - without needing to lift first. She cares about your hair health, beyond the salon chair. Ciara is a total sweetheart and such a pleasure to chat with while she works away. She has a natural ease with the scissors that comes from years and years of experience. If you have the pleasure of booking her as hairdressing know that you are the best of hands.

Had a lovely experience with Crystal for a touch up on my balayage / highlights this week! She knew exactly what I wanted and am super happy with how this turned out. On top of this experience, I have been going to Junction Parlour since June of this year and am always really pleased with my experience. The salon is very clean and the rest of the hairstylists are very friendly, chatty, and welcoming. A must-go-to especially if you're located in the Junction.

After my regular stylist moved away during the pandemic I was worried I would never find a someone that I felt just as comfortable with and trusted. Then I met Ciara, she has always steered me in the right direction. I took on a more unique hairstyle and have not looked back! Even went blonde! Ciara is professional, caring and so talented. I always have such a pleasant moment chatting with Ciara and am always really happy with the result. I've been getting my hair cut by Amanda at The Junction Parlour for maybe 3-4 years now. I have very long (waist length) hair that I am pretty attached to. I've been really happy with my hair ever since she started cutting it. She never takes too much off and cuts my hair in a way that gives it lots of body. Aside from being skilled, she's also just really easy to talk to which is a bonus. Highly recommended!

The Junction Parlour is always clean, friendly and reasonably priced compared to other salons in Toronto. I have been going to Anna for years and she is simply the best! Luckily I was able to get my hair done right before the last shut down, but now with salons opening back up in the next couple of weeks, I'll be sure to book an appointment soon as I know she will book up quickly.
