Customer service was terrible. I hadn’t visited the dentist in a while, so I gave a call to book an appointment and probably got the worst customer service I have ever received over the phone. When asking to book an appointment, I was not given any options I was told their most convenient time, when I said that time did work for me I was addressed with a huff. I then suggested a dentist and told bluntly “well there not available till mid October so it’s not possible.” The lady who works on a Saturday morning should really address customer service skills and maybe attend a course. I have been going to this dentist since I was a very small child, but I will certainly taking my teeth elsewhere. A real shame as my parents and grand parents had attended this dentist over the last 35years, now a generation moves. Dear dear, manners in life are one of the only things that are free.
Terrible service. This has been my dentist since moving to the area over a decade ago, rather rude secretarial staff who are quick and impatient on a normal day but that was to be expected. Was told they would no longer see me due to many cancellations (3 in 2 years) even though i informed them of my reasons before confirming appointments (I have chronic pain and cannot always walk up the hill to the practice as there is no bus stop close by and cabs cannot always stop on that road). I was not informed of this until I had to have an emergency appointment and they were not very helpful at all and didn’t even suggest any further support. What a lovely way to treat their long term chronically ill patients.
Wow!!! I have just attended this practice, with my elderly mother who is always very nervous about going to the dentist after many a bad experience. Firstly all the reception staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful, today she saw Dr Lee He was absolutely fantastic!! He took his time spoke to my mum and myself, explaining everything he was doing, .making my mum feel so relaxed and at ease. At 85 and suffering with dementia day to day things can sometimes overwhelm her. Well all I can say is she came out smiling and saying how kind and gentle he had been. I really can't recommend this dental practice highly enough
The best dentist ever. I have been to multiple dentists from orpington, to st Mary cray, bexleyheath to plumstead, Erith to London. No other dentist comes close to the service and care I receive here. Prior dentists had traumatised me with awful experiences and Kristina and team have done an incredible job of always being kind, understanding and also honest! It’s rebuilt my trust completely and I take much more pride in my teeth than before. I really recommend them and feel so lucky I found them when I did! I have been with them for years now and won’t be leaving. Thank you to the whole team. Hannah
Not a very good dentist at all. Failed to spot a tooth required a crown in time and have had fillings re-done by another dentist. For NHS treatments they frustratingly get you in and out very quickly doing minimal work, the check ups are supposed to include a scale and polish, they charge for this and no doubt charge the NHS but they do not give you a scale and polish if your appointment goes over a certain time. Would not recommend
Had been ok with this dentist for a few years but recently gone really badly downhill. Receptionist decided to read me the riot act in front of other clients for missed appointments, both of which they had been notified of, one for a bereavement, another as my son was ill. Dentist then botched my filling which fell out in less than 12 hours. This cost £260 to rectify. Will not be returning here.
I would like to say an ongoing big thank you too the whole team the receptionists are truly amazing when ever I call for an emergence appointment they couldn’t be more helpful . I can only imagine how many calls they receive a day but every time i call I’m greeted with understanding efficiently and kindness . I have been an NHS patient / customer at The Lindens for over twelve years and have never received anything other than exemplary service. Probably the best dentists I have ever had and I can only recommended them in the most glowing terms. No parking at the surgery itself, but there is metered parking available on The Approach, about 50 metres down the hill and on the opposite side.
So I just found out that dental appointment has been cancelled because they haven't seen me for nearly 2 years. They are trying to get rid of all NHS patients. But she was willing to book me a private appointment which I didn't agree. I feel like have been discriminated for being a NHS patient. Stay away from this so called dental clinic. Rude staff rude receptionist.
What can i say but Fantastic Being an extremely Nervous Patient and so happy Hetal Patel has returned to the practice My recent visit has filled me with confidence Hetal and her assistant Nina were great and so patient with me while having fillings and a scale Thank you it means so much and i can smile with confidence
Exactly the same experience as many of those who have left reviews on here. Patient for over 10yrs. Asked for a non-urgent appointment over COVID period but couldn’t get one as it wasn’t critical. Contacted them recently and was told that I was no longer a patient as I hadn’t had an appointment for 2 years?!
Do not answer phone allowing it to go to voice message and do not call back. Will strike you off their register without informing you then tell you they're not taking on new patients. Unfriendly and unhelpful. Gave flippant answers when questioned. One star is one too many.
had to wait 3 months for appointment then on the day told dentist was ill. waited another month and again on the day get a call to tell me dentist is ill again. now have to wait another month for next appointment. will update review if i ever get seen
Friendly dentist practice reception staff are also very helpful, I have been going years always get seen in emergency and Dr Sandu is brilliant explains fully and she is a great Dentist, I also see the hygienist twice a year and she is also very good.
I've always found the reception staff very friendly and well organised. I like the automated telephone appointment reminders that they do now. The treatment I have received from Dudley Knight has always been good. Would highly recommend.
Reception staff (over the phone) were extremely rude, disrespectful and patronising! Very unhelpful and made me feel upset due to them dismissing my issue when I explained how much pain I was in! Not impressed at all.
Rude receptionist, booked an appointment and after traveling there was told I couldn’t see a dentist as they have cancelled my appointment without telling me. No apology no empathy and no other appointment offered
I have been with the practice for years and find them to be the most kind and gentle dentists I have ever been to. The whole staff team are so friendly and helpful! I can't recommend them highly enough.
Unfriendly , unhelpful and extremely rude! The receptionists think they are god like for some reason! .. and think it’s acceptable to talk down to and patronise people! More than happy to go elsewhere.
What service! Took broken false teeth in Monday morning, saw dentist in hour and half, got mended dentures back midday today, Thursday. I'm an oap on free nhs, can't thank them enough!
Been with them over thirty years and was told I could no longer book an appointment. They are just getting rid of NHS patients. Terrible customer service. A law into themselves
We are registered here, but cannot get an appointment, they don't answer their phone, or return your call when leaving a message. Absolutely terrible service.
Really disappointed in my visit to this dentist- payed for the check up and told them I won’t be back for my treatment. So not recommend at all !!
