I first had a consultation with Jenya and within 5 minutes of us talking, I could tell she knew what she was talking about. She listened attentively and shared her thoughts on what I could do with my hair colour correction. The day of my hair appointment was a great experience; Jenya continued to be attentive and really listened to what I wanted. She spent 4 hours patiently fixing my hair, meanwhile we had great chats about anything and everything! I can honestly say I've never had such a positive experience with a hairstylist and I've been getting my hair dyed for almost 15 years now! I was absolutely delighted with the result (see before and after pics). Jenya made me feel at ease and her positive energy was contagious. Glad I've finally found a hairstylist I can part money with and feel like it was 100% value for money. Would highly recommend Jenya and the Morgan Room. Book your appointment!! :)

I had really great time and I left with exactly what I wanted and even better! Jenya is great, I will definitely come back for more. She listened carefully and gave me some good advice. I feel, this is kind of person you can entrust your hair to and be sure, you're in good hands. I am so glad, I found The Morgan Room! I have to be honest I'm still getting familiar with Barcelona, and I am still in the process of finding "my places" here. And it seems, today I found one. The salon is right in the center, the street is not far away from other main (wide) streets, so don't worry, you won't get lost or whatever else. It's also very cozy and has really nice relaxing and chic atmosphere. That's a kind of place, where you can relax and recharge after a long day. Everybody was super nice and attentive, and I didn't want to leave ☺️

I am so happy I found The Morgan room and Jenya. I first spoke to Barry who recommended that I reach out to Jenya to accommodate my blonde balayage request. My hair was in a "rescue me now" mode as I went to see Jenya for the first time after the Summer last year. She paid such great attention to how my hair is, and how I wanted it to turn out. Before we had our first session together she even asked me to come in so she could assure hair was the way she had imagined it. After almost a year of going to Jenya and listening to her hair care tips, my hair is still growing and getting healthy everyday. For someone that has done many tries and finally found Jenya, I will not go to anyone else now. Thank you, Jenya for being a true hair magician.

She really knew what she was doing and made sure that all of my worries were taken care of. I was worried that it was going to damage my hair so she made sure that she tried to lessen the damage by taking her time to bleach my hair. I am so happy with my new hair and everyone has been complementing my hair. She is the best and would highly recommend to dye your hair with Jenya!

I have been going to Barry for over 6 years after him first being recommended by a good friend in Dublin. I travel to Barcelona frequently and make sure to book ahead to see Barry to get my hair done as he gets booked up quickly. I always know that Barry listens to my requests and makes knowledgeable suggestions on what style would look great on me. Having had many hairdressers in the past I know now that I wouldn't trust my hair with anybody else. His salon is a beautiful space, full of warmth and welcoming ambiance. As a bonus, I always look forward to seeing his furry front of house, Deano. I would highly recommend Barry and his salon and I look forward to many visits in the future.

Jenya is the BEST!!! Took me awhile to find my stylist (I’m super picky) and as I have Asian hair it’s even harder to find someone in Barcelona that can cut it properly. I saw her Instagram and immediately knew she would be amazing - the diversity of people she works on really made me feel comfortable and I love supporting women in business. She was so patient with me, explaining what happened with the bad cuts and gave me a cut/color that I loved. When I went for a second appointment she was honest in telling me I only needed color and the trim should wait. So glad I’ve found her. The space is fantastic and also super convenient.

I went to get a haircut and dye with Jenya, I had dull grown-out hair since the quarantine and needed a nice change. The salon looked quaint and felt extremely comfortable. Jenya helped me throughout the process of finding the perfect cut and colour of dye as I was quite indecisive. She got straight to work and was fast but extremely precise, always checking in between the process, a true professional. The end result left me positively shocked, totally different but something that suited me perfectly. Anyone that gets their hair done by Jenya are in great hands. Will be coming back 100%.

Jenya did an incredible thing to my hair, I love my new creamy blonde balayage so much. She is a magician, just look at the photos! From the moment I sat down in her chair I knew I was in good hands - she took the time to consult and explain what she thought would be the right approach to my hair which I really appreciate because I never know. The salon itself is a nice cozy space with high ceilings and very clean and beautiful, and she played great music and made sure I had all the coffee and tea I wanted. Will 100% return.

Barry, the owner of The Morgan Room, is the best! He has an absolutely dynamic personality & is super talented. The space is beautifully designed and decorated, and a cozy, lovely place to pamper yourself. I had a wash & blow out on Saturday evening, and my hair still looked amazing the next day - despite BCN rain, followed by the afternoon heat (see photo below). It was my birthday, and Barry was also sweet enough to include mini bottles of j'adore parfum & lotion, which really enhanced my day. Highly recommend!

Just got back home after getting my hair done and NEEDED to re-write my review. Where to start, I am so so in love with my hair it looks and feels amazing. The way barry cut through my hair was so professional and precise. He did a fantastic job, I was very impressed by the results, I never found such a great hair dresser and will be sure to come back for my next keep-up. My change was drastic, from blonde to brown and this needed a good hairdresser that knew what they were doing, barry was the one!

I can also only recommend this place with your eyes closed! Jenya took care of my hair and was super helpful, took the time to advice per message + before we get to the cut. She really listens and gives great advice & tips. She’s lovely and reassuring, and not only she is talented but is also great company, I had a comfy and enjoyable moment. Will definitely come back! The whole experience at The Morgan Room was great - Barry is so welcoming and friendly and the salon itself is beautiful and has a very high-end, but homely feeling. Barry is a talented professional who I felt really advised on what was best for my hair as well as taking into account my lifestyle/what I was looking for. 100% would recommend!

Barry truly takes pride and time to make his clients happy. After my first set of highlights weren’t exactly what I was looking for, he happily did a second set (at no extra charge). In Morgan Salon are 2 professional hairdressers who know&LOVE their job! Super cozy salon, super warm people who will take care of you and suggest you delicious tea or coffee ☕️

Barry is an absolute gem. The salon is gorgeous and my whole experience was flawless. I’m so happy with my hair and will now be a regular client. I couldn’t recommend The Morgan Room enough. Also Barry understood how to deal with my postpartum hair loss and after a bad experience at another salon, I felt completely safe in his hands.
