I had my first appointment with Caroline recently after she was recommended to me by a friend. I have to say it was hands down the best experience I have ever had at a hairdresser. Not only is Caroline super talented at what she does, but the whole process was enjoyable. Conversation was great, care was exceptional, services are so affordable, oh and the massage chair was a bonus! I initially showed a photo of what I would like to achieve and explained to Caroline the condition of my hair. She listened to me and even used specific products to maintain its condition. Do NOT let this person touch your hair with a pair of scissors!! The hairstyle I received was totally different to what I requested, even showed multiple photos of what I wanted so no miscommunication. About 10 cm shorter than was meant to be and a totally different shape than what I requested. Wouldn't listen when I voiced my concerns on the first layer that was cut and blamed my body shape. This has to be the worst, most unconfident hairdresser in Adelaide! Steer well clear!

I have been a client with Caroline for just over 2 years now. From the first conversation we had over the phone, she was so welcoming, listened to what I wanted and made me feel incredibly comfortable. I haven't looked back since!
