This is a scam company, I bought a pair of shoes from them during their online sale and they cancelled the order a few days later saying the item was out of stock and to check back later. When I go back to the website just like a week before it still says there are 5 left in stock but they want me to pay full price. I contact their customer support and they tell me I can buy the shoe again on their website but they can't promise me the original discount and that if I want I can return them if I'm not satisfied to pay the full price... What is this terrible customer service or do they just scam you into looking at their store for the discount and then don't give it so you have to choose to pay the original price? Would never do business with them again and also suggest for others to not as well. Avoid at all cost.

Had a decent experience. Looked around at the clearance, and main stock (it wasn't entirely clear where men's vs. women's footwear was). While I didn't find much in my size (I'm a size 13), I did eventually come across something I liked. I didn't see any staff besides at the cash. When served by the manager at the cash, there was very little interaction, it was awkward - not bad, just awkward. I like shopping independently, so I'll check them out again in the future, but the customer service leaves a little to be desired.

Amazing merchandise and exemplary customer service at 4240 Innes Rd. Orleans. The staff are friendly and helpful and well trained. I would like to compliment the manager, Bonnie for her exemplary customer service! She has been extremely helpful in finding me the right size in women's sketchers go walk shoes! She's friendly, professional, patient, she listens and delivers! We definitely need managers like Bonnie everywhere these days!

I've always bought ALL my shoes at this store, but last night i was told that they no longer accept legal tender as payment...aka CASH. Since when is this even legal? Since when is cash not an acceptable form of payment? The cashier did take my cash, but said this was the last time. I can't believe we've come to accept this. Side note- my purchase was for $48 and i was NOT paying with a 100 bill. Very unfortunate.

It was FREEZING inside! I guess that helps you make a decision faster ‍♂️ Otherwise, with the VIP rewards and regular sales, it's hard to beat their prices. Selection is good enough for my family of 5. Free shipping as well if shopping online. So glad I found this store. When I'm buying 3 pairs of shoes for 3 girls, plus rubber and winter boots, I need reasonable prices.

Looks like they have alot of options but if you wear a women's 9 or 10 goodluck finding too many styles that fit right now. It might be because of boxing week sales tho I will give them the benefit of the doubt and give them 3*. Left with nothing because they didn't have anything I like in my size :(

I'm confused about the stars, I've shopped at this store a few times and have always been greeted by staff an the products are good brands an decent prices. Seems some people don't know how to put on shoes properly or perhaps find tryin to walk out without paying are the ones to complain.

A great place for back to school shopping. The shoes are of good quality and a decent price. You're still paying for a good product, so expect to drop about $40-50 per pair for kids. If you want cheap, go to Walmart. But remember: you get what you pay for.

Always good deals on a wide array of shoes, especially the clearance rack. Generous return policy; they took back a pair of expensive boots that fell apart after only a few weeks of use, no questions asked.

This store wasn't too busy and the staff was helpful. It has a good selection on shoes and boots as well as a clearance section, arranged by size, at the back of the store.

This store is normally good, friendly service the inventory is hit n miss usually first come first serve, usually they have a decent selection of shoes

Good store to get shoes at reasonable price: shoes for men, ladies, kids. Sport, casual, formal. Variety of sizes. Free parking. You can get socks too

Employee was very helpful however there is no stock in dress shoes at any of the stores in Ottawa for girls in size 5. Very frustrating.

Didn't have size so we bought it online would have just stayed home and done that in the first place if i had known they had low stock
