Great personal service. They didn't have the shoe I wanted unfortunately but the young man who was helping me did everything he could to find what I wanted or an alternative. It's a special shoe so hard to find. Prices here are reasonable and there is a great selection for children, women, men.

One of the worst customer experience in whole of winnipeg. No employees help you with anything. Even if you ask them about the sizes they will just gonna say that its all on the shelves. Then why are you even working there if everything ois on shelf. . Never visiting this store again …

Called the store to request 2 pair of shoes I wanted be put aside. It was a thursday before the July long weekend and couldn't come for them. I asked for the shoes to be held until tuesday,and the clerk agreed to. I thought the clerk was very nice and I know my grandkids will love their shoes

Friendly staff, staff member was talking with my kids , joking around. Personal touch you don't see often with younger employees. Only one register, a customer was holding up the line for over 20 minutes trying to do an exchange or refund without a box or receipt.

Staff was nice. Was a bit of a mess in there. Not a lot of sizes. They had lots of boxes of stock not put away. Could hire someone to stock and clean. Would make it a lot nicer for the customers.

The stores located in the kildonan place shopping center. There is a good selection of shoes. Prices are a little on the high side. The staff was very friendly and very helpful
