Worst Source I've been in. Went in to buy earphones and the employee kept trying to sell me a cell phone plan. Also kept insisting I buy a $300 pair when I said multiple times I just wanted a cheap set. Obviously has been trained to upsell products that are no good rather than assist the customers TRUE needs.

This location is absolutely amazing. The staff is very nice and the manager is very helpful. They offer great advice and genuinely want the best for their customers. They definitely know what they are talking about. Best service I have received at a Source location! Definitely recommend this store.

I intended to buy 1 phone for myself and from another retailer. I just went into the source cause I was nearby. Great great service from the store manager Samuel. Ended buying 2 phones instead entirely due to the store manager Samuel. Really good advice and service!!

Wouldn’t price match because the “colour” has to be the same. That’s one good reason not to shop there anymore! Price at the source 60$ staples had it on special and on their flyer for 13$. Same exact product. Save your money, shop somewhere else...

Very unfriendly service today. I came in for an item. It was sold out. I asked if they could sell the display model for a discount. The staff offered 2 dollars off an item originally valued at 36.99. I explained that this was not enough

One of the worst service I ever got. Ordered a Tv online and made me wait for 10 days and then cancelled my order on email. And the customer service agent was so rude. This was my first and last order from you guys

This place is fun if you lik cheap electronic toys. That's it's key differentiator. It has real electronics too such as Bluetooth speakers. You can browse but you're better off at a big box store like Beat Buy.
