Dealt with a very incompetent employee and even more incompetent manger named Alison at the Burlington mall source location. Purchased a phone case from there one day ago and when I was cashing out, I put the case I purchased on my phone. The employee asked me if I wanted her to toss out the box (which in my mind means I didn’t need the box if I wanted to return it). The next day I go back to return the case because it did not fit correctly, and I was told by the same employee that I can’t return it because I don’t have the box, which they threw out. The manager Alison was very unhelpful and very rude, and just wanted to get me out the door. Needless to say they did not honour the return. Why are you telling your employee to ask people if they want to discard packaging? It’s very misleading and seems very sketchy. Ill never purchase anything from the Source again, I’ll be informing people against it, and the management at the Burlington mall Source location needs to be looked into. If I could give this store, their employees, and their manager Alison a 0 star rating, I most definitely would.

I want to take the time to express how fantastic the service was today from employee's Sage & Soud. They went above and beyond in helping me and my partner with our purchases. They even went so far as to go out of their way to make us feel welcomed, comfortable and they actually asked, cared about and used the proper pronouns for myself and my partner! We haven't had good customer service like this in as long as the 2 years before the pandemic. Our deepest thanks to both of you for everything you did. Definitely highly recommend this store and these employees. It's one thing to say you can work customer service. These two know how to do that and bring a welcoming human factor into it as well. They took the time to understand us and what we were looking for and worked with us to find the right solutions that were the right fit for us. All the while treating us with the utmost respect and for that, I have nothing but the highest of praise for them. Thanks to you both!!!

I cannot say enough about the patient, friendly, talented staff, especially Charles at the point of welcoming me to the store on a Sunday as they opened. This would be The Source inside the Burlington Mall, on Guelph Line. New and ever changing technology can be daunting, and of course, the phones are not even remotely the same even how you turn them on! So for me to have been met by Charles and his two co-horts who were kind and very patient answering all my questions, taking their time to explain it so I could understand. While Charles was transferring my files over and setting me up with my phone, the other 2 members (Ali and Catherine I am sorry, I forgotten their names) on staff didn't know I was silently watching and rating them as well. But each person that entered that store got their undivided attention and help. Just so refreshing to see this level of service these days! Kudos to you all. I highly recommend this store.

I purchased a printer from the source in Burlington.. I had something extremely important to print, scan and send and I couldn't do it.. (I am a senior) that's right challenged .Vlad was working ( he also had sold me the printer) ... Vlad was so knowledgeable, patient, and found one of the ink jets was loose.. he showed me how to print, scan, and send.. I have never had scanning before, it works like a charm.. I have purchase several items from this store location and everyone has been very nice, BUT Vlad stopped the stress, and panic for me.. This is a great young man. I appreciate the help, and the patience. Thank you....

I seldom comment on good service but my experience with The Source in Burlington Mall was exceptional. I dealt with Chris who is a magician when it comes to manoeuvring through the complexities of setting up a Bell Mobility contract and in the end he saved me $10 per month over the best deal I had found online, from a telemarketer and at the nearby Bell corporate store. And while waiting I talked with another store associate, Alison, who accurately explained my best options for Internet phone service. Good product selection and the helpful knowledgeable staff is a winning combination - highly recommended.

I had the pleasure of working with Charles. I entered the store looking for information on a new phone and plan. Charles was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. He asked me all the right questions to cater to my needs, but did not pressure me in any way. I had ample time to digest all the information he provided so that I could make the right decision for me. He then proceeded to set up my new phone and plan and in no time I was ready to go. It was a true privilege to work with someone who truly enjoys what he is doing.

Went in to check out the headphone. Although the store was and it's custom layout as any Source would be, the headphone display was not actually accessible for me to use. The security wire would not let me put the headphones on my head without being hunched/leaning right beside the stand and was not able to link my phone to the display in order to be able to hear the different sound quality. I was in the store for several minutes and was not acknowledged as well as the two other customers near me.

For someone that gets easily challenged with technology, Charles was very thorough and patient while explaining things in language I could understand. All that and leaving the store with a great deal compared to what I was paying in the past. A friendly and pleasant personality that included many other topics other than just the traditional sales pitch. No pressure at all. If you’re going into The Source, Burlington Mall, look for Charles. It made the process fun.

I’m indebted to Savroop at this Source location. He applied a huge discount I found online to a new iPhone 14 Pro and also added a further discount. He very patiently walked me through the data transfer, updates, and erasing of my trade in phone, a process of 90 minutes. He was humble, highly professional, kind and diligent. I couldn’t have asked for greater attention, service and kindness from a tech professional. I HIGHLY recommend this Source location.

If you’re thinking of moving some devices through these guys - think again. We moved 4 devices over and have yet to have 2 devices in service, even following cancellation from where we moved from. 2 devices are left in limbo and we’re working with Bell directly to clean up the mess. Don’t bother wasting time here in the Burlington mall - go straight to Bell if you’re thinking of I signing up or changing service providers.

We went in looking to discuss cell phone upgrades for the family. I must give a shout out to Charles. He was fantastic in finding the best plan for our phone upgrade and added TV, internet services. (shocked at the savings) Charles provided phenomenal customer service. He also went above and beyond and I would highly recommend. Next time in the Source Burlington mall ... ask for Charles... you will not be disappointed.

Savroop really help me a lot. I needed to email my video and photos to my friend and I didn’t know how to do it and when I go to Apple Store. They didn’t really want to help me or show me at all how to do it but this gentleman is so nice to take his time to show me and walked me through the whole process and now I could do this for free without buying anything. I bought a Sonos Move from the Source. I was trying to do an instore pick up but for some reason I wasn't able to. I called their head office to help me work through their online portal issue and was greeted with very little help. I called the store back and the staff there went above and beyond and found a solution for me to pick up the speaker same day. Great work team. Thank you for going the extra mile for me.

Three employees were unable to help when I asked questions that were not basic parts of their job. With no manager around I was unable to get the help I was looking for. I would recommend having at least one person with experience working at any given time or at least train the new employees past the point of being able to "look it up" for me... I could have done that myself. I don't think I will be going back.

I lost my phone in lake Ontario and my boy Charles was super helpful each time I came in until it was resolved! I had got a phone not from the source and got a sim card for it with Charles' help but the phone didn't work. Came back again and ended up buying a new phone, and then again to upgrade. Charles was super helpful everytime and very personable to interact with.

Lazy sales teen tried to push off the wrong power cord for my device. I brought in a photo of the device charging port and even though the cord he suggested clearly won't fit he still suggested I buy it and see. At a $20 price point it was easy to say no. Found the correct item on eBay for $4.25 shipped. Will never go back.
