I must say that Thompsons offered and delivered first class service when it came to taking care of my late mothers remains. The staff (who were all impeccable) accomodated every one of Mother's final requests and were honest and transparent about all the costs and timescales involved. They even offered advice on how to reduce costs if needed. Communication was faultless and I was kept informed at every step of the way. You couldn't ask for more than that.
