This hospital is not one I would stay at if I didn't need to. I visited this hospital for stomach pain through the emergency room. This hospital is more equipped for psych patients or geriatric patients. It is not one to go to if you do not fit in those categories. The care I received was subpar (even though the nurses were amazing). I literally left when they suggested surgery because I did not feel comfortable getting surgery there. My call light did not work. If I was a patient who was choking and the door was closed, I would have died. The TV in my room did not work, the WiFi was also down for my three day stay. I give two stars because the staff was so sweet, albeit a few nurses who complained a lot about having to do their jobs. There were two nurses who made my stay very comfortable and whoever took my blood every morning was also very sweet. TLDR; Don't come here unless you need psych or geriatric care and don't mind a rundown place.

Second time here. Dr Stephens was polite ànd professional. The ER staff offered me coffee and brought my son a tray of food when he mentioned to me he was hungry without prompting. My son was having chest pains and they decided to keep him overnight for observation. The staff in the ward was very kind to us and professional. Everything thing was clean from the sheets to the towels to the bathrooms . Even the public restrooms were s spotless and well stocked. My son's room has a flat screen and sattelite t.v. I don't know why people are complaining. Granted it's an older building, but the diagnostic equipment is very modern. A special shout out to Maria who did the EEG and took time to show me and explain everything detail in easy to understand plain English! God bless! 6 stars!!!

I did the endoscopy here and gave 5 stars for the following reasons: 1. Reception people at front desk were nice and did their job in a perfect way. 2. Dr Mirza is a great man, he is professional and has excellent experience. He answered all my question and explaned the endosopic process to me. 3. Endoscopic process took about 15 minutes, I did not feel any pain and all was good. 4. Nurses are nice cooperative and took care about me. 5. The room and bathroom were clean and the place was so quite. 6. Parking lot is free and availabe 24hrs. Note: I am adding an additional feedback, a nurse from the hospital called me the next day to make sure that I am still in good condition. I was so happy and thanked her for this.

AVOID- AVOID AT ANY COST!!! Doctor Daniel Ovankovich is a good doctor but that's the ONLY positive thing about this clinic. They have a very INCOMPETENT/RUDE/ANGRY STAFF. They got my name wrong on EVERY paperwork. They make you wait for hours (i was the only patient in the clinic that day) When I tried calling them for a follow up on my x rays, I got angrily told by the receptionist not to call often(?). And that the follow up appointment is only possible after a MONTH. A MONTH?!!! so a patient is expected to suffer a month?!!! WHAT?!!!! Trust all the negative reviews here, this hospital is on wafer thin ice... I would sue, if I could. Never have I EVER had such an awful experience.

I went in to the er one night for heart palpitations. I asked before checking in if that was something I should be there for or if I was okay to just wait to go to my doctor. They said I should check in. They put me in a room and hooked me up to a monitor. They never checked on me all night even when the alarm was going off for abnormal heartbeat. The only thing they did was turn down the volume because I guess my recurring abnormal heartrate was annoying to them. I spent the night there and they discharged me in the morning with no indication of what was wrong and a print out telling me to go see my regular doctor.

If I could give zero stars I would! The first time I took my daughter here for detox they did not admit her because she had methadone in her system and no other opioid. She was extremely sick! She was throwing up and showing all the signs of opioid withdrawal and they just turned her away. A few months later I called on a Sunday before going there for the same reason and they said not to come because tomorrow is a holiday and they can not call our insurance until Tuesday. Once again a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!! Avoid this hospital at all costs. They have no interest in helping people in need.

When I was here for same day surgery and radiology scans, they were the best. Everyone was nice and it was as pleasant as any hospital visit can be. Based off of those good experience I chose to come to this er. Huge mistake, the people were very rude and ineffective. 7 out of 10 times someone who couldn't do anything would answer the button and say they would get the nurse. I made it very clear that morphine was ineffective for me yet they were determined to only give me the smallest dose 6 hours apart. I would have been better off writhing in pain at my own place.

honestly shocked this is recognized as a legitimate hospital. it appeared to be very dirty, with dust bunnies and visibly dirty toilets. the staff there was rude and when i explained how im visiting from california they didnt care to see my insurance (which covers emergency room visits out of state) and just wanted to push forward with getting consent to treat me. very suspicious. also, there was 1 doctor and 2 nurses on duty when i came in. understaffed much?do not go here if ur actually seeking professional medical help!!!

My husband had a procedure here yesterday. It was a great experience from the time we arrived. These are the three reasons I am giving a review. Front desk personnel were friendly and courteous. They directed us in a timing manner. The nurses were attentive to my husband's needs before and after the procedure. They explained in detail all the information we needed to know, and they took good care of my husband. Doctor Merza answered my husbands questions in regards of the procedure. We recommend this Hospital 100%

Worst hospital I've ever been to. Ridiculous. I was waiting in intense agony while the three nurses on duty were arguing over how to capitalize someone's name. For 35 minutes. When the doctor finally came, he was pissed the nurses didn't take any of my vital signs/asked any information whatsoever, so he just left and never came back. The X-Ray machine is being held up by literal duct tape, and there are centipedes all over the ground. The nurses have ZERO idea what's happening. Horrible experience.

It took 3 different nurses and multiple puncture adjustments to figure out why they couldn't get the needles into me. One nurse kept moving the needles around while it was still stuck in the back of my hand. I even told her it was painful and it felt like she is hitting my bones, but she still insisted on going. Take it from here and decide for yourself if you want to try this place, not all nurses graduated at the top...the bottom of the class had to go somewhere...

I took my friend on this hospital as she was minor cut injury on her hand . Nurse was taking caring her and I was sitting on waiting room just next to the patient’s bed . There was a guy sleeping , after few min a nurse came and asked him to wake up there is lacerations on some patient. That guy shoutouted and said what the f*** who got lacerations at 5:00 o’clock, and lot of bad words . When he get near patient,he was cool and was looking he was very happy .

Lots of people on here are are trashing this hospital, but I had a pretty good experience in the ER here - at least as good as the experience of getting stitches can be. The doctors + nurses were friendly and professional, and I didn't have to wait ages to see a doctor. Yes, the hospital is old, and their tech isn't up to date, so I'm not giving it 5 stars, but nothing I saw was dirty +/or unsanitary, and the staff absolutely knew what they were doing.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I've been to this hospital over a year ago and had to deal with INCOMPETENT/ RUDE STAFF. Today I went and had the same issue. The receptionist and intake personnel treat you like they don't want you there and they're doing you a huge favor for even speaking to you. Unprofessional behavior like this shouldn't be tolerated. I decided to go elsewhere because I felt so offended. This place should definitely be investigated.

After speaking with Diana Ulici I am not at all surprised at the resulting bad reviews as she handles a large amount of the decisions for the Director of Medical Staff Office. She is unprofessional, has an explosive temper, is very rude, and totally unqualified to work with the public let alone influence other Medical Staff. Learn from others, do your research first, and never EVER come or bring your loved ones here!

  • Rudy Garcia

worst hospital i have ever been in. the staff were clueless and very rude and during my stay i was neglected. the unit i was on was always short on staff. and on my discharge date they did not find any of my belongings i came with, it turns out they lost them. i filed a grievence letter and it was never sent to the higher ups. i want my clothes back! they were very nice and expensive brand name quality stuff.

  • Kinza Zafar

Something very suspicious is going on here. Not a single staff member has any clue about patients or schedules. The doctor walked in wearing jeans, his winter coat, and NO doctor’s coat, and asked very strange questions such as what medication was being administered. Shouldn’t he know?? Where was his white coat I have never seen that in my life. The Feds should check this place out.

  • Bushra Arsalan

One of the worst places.Inhuman behavior staff was insensitive and not considerate.awful i wish no one goes there these people treat patients like they are animals in slaughter house They swear and cuss the patients .These people dnt think what happens if they ever go through the same situation They never know one day they will be in one of them .Do they want to be treated in same way

  • Anwar Said

My wife was moved to this Hospital for PSychiatric treatment was told to sign some papers in English without translation or explaining, further her dose of medicine was decreased and her condition got worse. Very hard to get in touch with the doctors and social workers.

  • kora neale elms fleming

this place is horrible. staff was incredibly rude when i went to get taken care of. i did not feel safe there. i started crying and left immediately after i was talked down to by a nurse. i have never experienced such horrible treatment by any medical provider.

  • Thea E

This place is a joke. The people working in registration/Dr. office are rude and just talk incessantly, laugh at patients, and be on their cell phones or ordering food. It's not your average hospital or clinic setting where professionals actually work.

  • Sojourner Truth

On the detox floor 3West the agency nurse was rude , didn't want to give the patients their pain meds or the methadone. She was also intoxicated. I got tired of smelling alcohol on this nurse for 12 hours. The nurse should have also been in detox.

  • David “David Steege” Steege

DO NOT come here in an emergency. They will not see you right away. It’s dirty and it smells and they are understaffed. If you are having an emergency please go somewhere else. The few staff that are working are lazy and disinterested.

  • Emily

The ER here is awful. The doctor acts as if any patient is a scourge on his peace, and he'll treat you like it too. One nurse was too involved in solitaire to do anything. I had to ask the tech for water because no one else was around.

  • Ashley Boley

Crazy hospital. I called to see if gov. insurance is accepted there. The woman told me she wouldn’t know if they do & that they don’t have many ER services so I should call Swedish covenant. Really? For stepping on a piece of glass?

  • John Hanson

Writing this as I lay in the ER bed. The nurses were nice but the doctor is very rude. He talks to you as if he's interrogating you and makes it seem like it's your fault you're here. He yelled at me for saying I had a sore throat.

  • Christine Bonilla

The doctors, social workers, and staff here don't know how to do their jobs. How can you mess up on someone's medication multiple times and then blame their insurance for why it wasn't received? Terrible place, absolutely terrible.

  • Spooky Lady

I had a really great experience in the ER!! The nurses were so warm and extremely attentive. The doctor was always there and so helpful. All my tests came back quickly and was walked through every process. Thank you!

  • Ann Happy

I needed to get checked for a weird rash on my thighs and nurse chichi in er was so nice and knowledgeable, the doc was good too! I was in and out within an hour. Con: the hospital is old and run down but it works

  • Diana Romero

Horrible hospital, ready dirty and outdated. Staff is clueless. My boyfriend was given a dirty pair off scrubs to wear. Toilets had crust and mold everywhere, I'm pretty sure this is not up to safety standard.

  • PunkinSandra PunkinSandra
