Mark at State farm is a miracle worker....... My insurance went up to $100 a month overnight with a prior insurance company. I was discouraged because the prior insurance company said it was nothing out there or anyone out there who could help me get more affordable insurance. My wife decided to call around to see if we could get something better and more affordable. When we got a hold of State farm Mark was our agent who helped us throughout the whole process. He is definitely out there for your best interest he looked at every discount that was available for me and listen to my needs and my concern as he worked with me. Not only did he get into more affordable insurance it was also better coverage which included towing something I did not have with the prior insurance company. Mark was even able to bundle my house and car insurance something the other insurance company would not do. Thank you Mark I owe you one he's highly recommended!

I’ve had StateFarm for about a year and honestly this office is just the best. They’re very responsive, it’s affordable (coming from a college student) and there’s no added fees. My insurance lapsed and I was able to get my policy again just by paying the balance, which I know can be quite unlikely for other companies. State Farm is Great but this office in particular just exceeds my expectations. Michelle!!! Exceeds my expectations. Please if you need coverage get it from this office and keep your fingers crossed that you get Michelle. Phenomenal human being, deserves more than a raise in my opinion.

I went through a flood a couple of months ago and contacted my agent. They put me through the claims center and took my information about what happened. State Farm claims dropped the ball on my vehicle and it turned into a nightmare. Everyone at my agents office was helpful, and would listen to me pretty much on a daily basis. Macey Green went above and beyond getting the claims department and the service department to get this resolved. I would call her just drained and she would reassure me she was on it.
