So disappointed with the service provided there but it's a good thing there are other locations nearby. I went through the drive through and waited a few minutes before being attended to. I collected my order and realized my muffin was missing. When the attendant came back to the window I said miss you forgot the muffin. Rudely with attitude she responded you didn't order a muffin. I looked at her and said yes I did. She responded by saying did you see a muffin on the screen, you never ordered one. At that point I got angry. I said excuse me ? She walked away and came back with a muffin and at that point I said to her keep your muffin and you need to learn how to speak to customers after all I didn't went there to beg for anything. I sat in the drive through with disbelief as I couldn't understand why she was being so rude . Meantime the supervisor was on the floor and I basically had to call out to another employee to get me the supervisor so I can ask if that's the way customers should be treated ? And all she said was I would talk to her. I spend approximately $400 a month at this location . She could have simply get the muffin as I was not hustile towards her. Rude and lack of customer service skills. I would never write a review but felt compelled to as I was applaud by this. Some days I wonder if the owners of these business read the reviews to improve their business. Apart from that the food is ok. The drive through is usually full but it's a busy area so that I cannot complain about. The location on Dewitt Rd and Hwy 8 is absolutely amazing, not much of a wait time and the staff is friendly that's where I'll go now.

Avoid this Tim’s location This location of Tim Hortons should pride themselves as the location that provides the WORST customer service at their drive through - on Sat July 8th, I spent approx 10 minutes in the drive through line to get my coffee ( this was after I ordered my coffee). The server at the drive through window ( Navdeep ) gets the award for the worst server - she is rude, loud, arrogant and condensing - when I asked why the service was so slow, the start shouting and called the manager - Norie to speak to me - this manager is totally ineffective. She was unaware of what was happening in the store and when I asked for the customer service #, she was unaware of the #- she wanted me to park my vehicle and go into the store to get the # Needless to say, I told her it is now 15 minutes waiting for one coffee and that was not happening. To add to this unacceptable customer service, I called twice ( Sat and Tuesday) at the Tim Hortons customer service phone line to have the owner of this location contact me - to date, that did not materialize .The Tim’s organization should invest in actual customer service programs, instead of investing money on expensive TV advertisement - not realistic. By choice, I will never go back to this Tim’s location.

Love standing in line with 4 other people, 2 people on drive thru, and a bunch of girls chatting and giggling in the side office. When finally making eye contact they hide behind the wall and giggle some more. Even the drive thru girls were staring at them most likely wondering why they were doing nothing while getting paid, like the rest of us were. Must be efficient for the owner to have a drive thru worker get pulled off to have to serve the front counter, I see now why the drive thru gets so many complaints. Cookie was stale at 6am, no decaf brewed so i have to get served this watered down garbage from the espresso machine, if its even decaf. Why is everyone one of these locations an absolute joke nowadays? Are the owners seriously proud of these businesses they run? Is corporate blind? What happened to the canadian staple we all know and love. Be ashamed. Seriously. Owners cant even be bothered to write a reply or take the criticism. Instead just the same copy & paste bullcrap with phone number that get you nowhere. The last time I called and complained about my food getting dropped on the floor and then served to me, they responded with "What do you want us to do about it?".

I've been to this location several times, each time hoping the service will be better the next time but unfortunately that hasn't been the case. A few times they've messed up the order (forgetting something or not giving me the correct change) which isn't a huge deal - it happens, we're all human - but what irritates me is their lack of basic respect and manners. A simple "hi!" or "here you go!" or "have a nice day!" would go a long way. I'm lucky if anyone working in drive thru says anything at all (aside from gossiping amongst themselves, which I've been privy to many times). Today was the last straw - I approached the pick up window to pay and collect my order and nothing was said to me at all (except for reading out my total). When I politely informed the lady that they were giving me the wrong drink, she didn't apologize or say anything to me. Totally frustrating and so rude. I will not be returning to this location - the Winona Crossing location is worth the extra drive for the basic respect they show to their customers.

Complained more than once about slow service, but rotten vegetables in my salad and a huge attitude problem from the counter person who put it together when I complained was the final straw. Supervisor overheard the exchange and didn't do a thing about it either. Now I've complained to head office as well, whose limitations of concern consisted of a "we're very concerned..." email that ended there. I don't know if this location is under-staffed, or the employees are unappreciated, but they are the slowest, surliest, most careless bunch of Tim's employees that I have ever dealt with, and as an almost-daily customer (to another location), it is such a change from the normal level of Tim's service. It's my own fault that I've dealt with them as often as I have, but at the end of the day, I can't handle someone shrugging at me and saying that I must have put the rotten vegetables in myself because "she wouldn't have." I mean, seriously? And then to have nobody care that these slimy, soft, gross produce was used? I won't be back.

I don't know what it is about this location but it's a special kind of bad. It was genuinely so bad that a couple months ago I had to boycott it because i would leave frustrated every single time. "Oh sorry, we don't have chicken, oh we don't have turkey, oh sorry we don't have bacon, actually we don't have any bread..." They would even manage to somehow make a double double taste bad 1/2 the time. I don't think they understand that there sugar dispenser actually needs to be filled, it's not a magic void connected to some alternate dimension that is perpetually full of sugar. I started driving to the one on HWY 8 in Grimsby just to not have every day start with annoyance. And don't even get me started on the one in the Shell up the street... I'm only posting this comment because Google maps decided to serve me and add for this location and I want to make it extremely clear that I do not care for it.

Always busy during daytime, but it's because of its excellent location on Fruitland Road. A lot of realtors meet their clients here and conduct hours long meetings without buying anything more than a measly coffee. But I guess that goes for every Timmy's in Canada, lol! Luckily, this place has ample staff to carry on service relatively smoothly, as compared to other locations in southern Ontario. A lot of thanks to the hundreds and thousands of new immigrants and international students coming to Canada, without whom we would all be in a pickle!

We don't have Tim Horton's where I'm from which is too bad because I grew to love this place while in Ontario for business. They're exceptionally fast and the coffee is pretty good for a "fast food" restaurant, maybe the best chain restaurant coffee I've had and that's saying a lot as I consider myself a coffee snob. Their sausage, egg, and cheese croissant was delicious! I tried the carrot cake muffin and blueberry muffin as well and they too were very good! There were a couple times that the staff was a little cranky but I'd be a total a**hole if I had to serve the public all day long so I guess I can't really fault them. If you want good coffee, a great hot sandwich and a muffin to go with and not wait in line for more than two minutes, this is your place!

The older lady that is always on cash is the sweetest Tim Hortons' employee I deal with on a regular basis. Not only that, but she is so patient with angry customers. She will let the customer finish what they're saying to respond instead of talking over them like others do at other locations. She deserves a raise! My only complaint would be against a younger supervisor (or manager?) that is often rude to the other employees in training. Once when I was ordering, she was being really nasty to a trainee about inputting something wrong, which would change her inventory. She could've showed the employee what she did incorrectly instead of raising her voice at her from across the kitchen.

unfortunately I am extremely disappointed with the level of service the Barton/fruitland location gives! they only focus on the drive through while walk-in people are left standing there... WAITING AND WAITING. It is quite clear that the lady who drives the Bright orange RAM doesn't understand operations. I dont know if she is a owner but I would defiantly be looking at getting her some proper training in operations and flow or replacing her! the owners of these Tim Hortons locations managed by this lady are all lacking and losing money... I see it everyday at these locations while people walk out unhappy that it took them 25minutes to get a coffee! LOL seriously!

I came here with my sister, and we were treated poorly. Very rude and discriminating towards us but, all we wanted was to get our wraps replaced because we specifically said no tomato because I am severely allergic and they sadly had tomato on them so we threw them out. They proceeded to tell us we had to give them the already thrown out wraps. We went to the garbage and had to physically look for the wraps since they wouldn’t replace them otherwise, even though we had proof of purchase. Very uncomfortable and unsatisfied. Definitely not coming back here.

Personally stopped going there. There is no proper management or structure to this place. Tims used to be about consistency and quality. These guys care so little that they make things however they think it's made even tho they haven't been trained how to or have forgotten. My coffee always tastes bitter. My friends coffee had cream in it and we could all see it was cream. You e been putting milk in my double double and the poeple who want milk get cream. They have their milk and cream bags mixed up they care so little. And it's all the time. It's like nobody here has ever worked at Tim Hortons. It's all their first day I guess.

This is probably the slowest time hortons in the gta, seems like no one has any idea what is going on. Long line ups and basic coffees are still not ready by the time you get to the window. I had one employee argue that I did not give her enough she insisted I was a dollar short multiple times, finally another employee counted the change and said I had given enough, someone that has to handle money shouldn't they know basic math?

Was at this location this morning! And it took 15 minutes for me to get my coffee. There were a couple of people in line. There is only one person working cash and the rest are on drive thru! There should be 2 people on cash at all times in the busy mornings!!! I came in thinking inside would be faster then the drive thru but that is not the case ..its super slow inside!!!!! It is ridiculous how you have one person on cash and the rest on drive thru! I will definitely stop coming here after that experience . For one coffee. How ridiculous!!!!!

This Tim Hortons, can NEVER EVER operate like a normal Tim's. I go there ONLY if required, last week they gave coffee instead of tea, today they put 2 sugars when I had asked for HALF and in another tea too, its like having a sugary syrup. Sometime back they gave a BURNT bagel. If I ask for the manager, apparently that person is NEVER AVAILABLE !!! I used to think how can you go wrong with a Tim's order, but with this particular Tim's they have mastered the skill of ruining every order !!!!

This was by far the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to! The bathroom was absolutely disgusting looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day water all over the floor and couldn't even use the facilities until I cleaned it myself ( cuz I had no choice I had to go badly and wouldn't have made it home) then I stood and waited at the front even though I was the only person in line for a good 5 minutes or more because the whole 2 people working were more concerned about drive thru then the front!!!

The absolute worst customer service from the manager Sam. Went to go get breakfast this morning thru the drive-tru, the manager Sam took our order with the worst attitude. She was extremely rude. They claimed it was a “hectic” day, but that is still no way to treat a customer. Very disappointed in the customer service from Sam, however the other person at the window was very nice and sweet. Giving this review a 1 star only because the food is good today.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive through (slow service) their “scanner” wasn’t working so I couldn’t use my Tims card or gift card. They charged me the wrong $$ for a straight forward one item order. Had to refund me, wasting time and the cars behind me, and no apology. And THEN upon arriving home I realized that they handed me the wrong order. STAY AWAY if you value your time and money.

Ordered 10 Timbits to only get 9 and when I approached to let the girl know, she wasn’t even apologetic at all. It was as if I was inconveniencing her. My Ice Capp was an absolute mess. I must have used 5 or 6 napkins to clean my own cup from all the overflow. This person should be trained again or time to move onto another job.

Today I ordered 1/2 dozen donuts. Boston cream donut doesn’t have enough cream in it. It was soooo small amount. This is the first time I’ve got boston cream like this. Other donuts were so dry and they baked it the day before. Didn’t like it. And this is the first time visited this place. I am not gonna go this place again. Will not recommend to any one. Every day I go to Tim. I know how the boston cream donut taste like.

Horrible service. Took 20 minutes to do the drive thru orders and two inside. Poor woman with a crying baby just wanted a sandwich, but ended up leaving without it because it took so long. No one knew what was ready or on for the day. No crispy chicken for at least 3 orders, so upset people, including my granddaughter. Ridiculous number of staff working, but most walking in circles trying to figure out what to do next.

This has got to be the worst timmies ever so slow even turtles move faster then these people. 2 cars in line 20 min wait it is real bad. Gone there all week 3 times I've tried to go in store and its closed so I ask why its closed and I get not enough staff pretty sad excuse if you ask me. Dont see this happening anywhere else. Wait times in the drive thru are insane. The coffee tastes burnt and the ice Capps are almost always watery by the time you get your drinks. This has been my go to Tim’s for a decade but my new go to is on Dewitt and highway 8. They are much faster and the quality is always better

Waited in line for 23 minutes to get a sandwich and a coffee with only 3 vehicles in front of me at 120 pm! Asked at the window if I should come inside next time as I'm on lunch break and can't wait over 20 minutes for a sandwich, the response was yes. Why would priority not be given to drive thru? The absolute slowest Tim Hortons I have ever been too. It doesn’t matter if you choose to go in or use the drive though, either way you’re waiting forever. I could excuse the slow timing if they managed to get orders right but 9/10 times I get someone else’s order, or they just don’t care enough to take mine properly. Such a disappointment compared to others in the Hamilton area. Don’t go here.

The wait time at this drive-through is ridiculous. The people are working so slow, chit chating with each other and moving at turtle speed. I have been coming to this tims for a decade but for over the last few months it has really decreased in customer service. I have waited 20-25 mins almost every time and by then lunch time is over. You are better off driving to the tim's on Dewitt....

Stopped here on my way to Niagara Falls and I must say this is the best Tim Hortons I've been to in a long time. The display case was full and the donuts looked lovely and not stale like a lot of other locations. We ordered the breakfast sandwiches and they were very good. MY BAGEL BELT ON A SPECIALTY BAGEL WAS COMPLETELY BURNED ON THE INSIDE. WHY DIDN'T THEY FIND THE PROBLEM WHEN OPENING IT. THEY DIDN'T CARE AND JUST PUT THE SANDWICH TOGETHER WITH THE CHARRED BAGEL. THE EGG, TOMATO AND LETTUCE WAS SALVAGEABLE, BUT THE REST WENT IN THE TRASH. FORTUNATELY I WAS STILL CLOSE ENOUGH TO GO BACK AND GET A REPLACEMENT.

Not as bad as the location down the road (read my review on them), but still not even close to how a Tim's should operate. Wait times are crazy and staff don't seem to understand the "flow" of how the location is suppose to operate. Lastly, given the wait times the staff are not apologetic for any inconvenience's of their customers.

As soon as the girl handed them to me they didn't feel even warm but I didn't complain because I live 4 minutes away so l had to heat them up in the microwave at home. I thought Tim Hortons promises that the coffee is always fresh and hot?

Their drive-thru staff should be training other fast food places staff. Even if their drive-thru is really busy they get people through really fast. I've had about ten cars ahead of me and never had to wait more than about 5 minutes. Great job guys.

Stopped by quick on a trip back home with my 5 children (11-1yrs old) and the lady in the drive through window reemed me out for ordering 6 bagels with butter.. told me i was inconveniencing everyone on their lunch break. My simple coffee/bagel orders have been consistently wrong no matter if the place is slow or busy, it seems like they have a hard time hiring and keeping staff. Don’t waste your time in their drive thru line up, go to the Tim’s on Dewitt and Hwy 8 they are 10x faster and everything is always fresh.

The wait times are the longest and the staff seem very unhappy. Waited in line for 20 minutes for 1 coffee. Most times 5 staff on drivethru and 1 on front cash. Upper management needs to support the staff and hire more people. By the time I have my coffee my break is over.

Nice rest stop along the side of the QEW. Typical Tim Hortons with good baked goods and coffee washrooms are decent staff is friendly and nice. True to the saying your friend along the way. I recommend it if you're in this part of Ontario it's a decent place.

Friendly staff, not sure why this Tim Hortons no longer serves ham and cheddar sandwich and other do. Also the bun that comes with the chilly is crazy. It's a half of a sandwich bun cut in half. Come on. Where is the quality going...

Everytime I go around 9pm they have no doughnuts, no buns for sandwiches and can't make a tea latte because they are cleaning the machine because " we close in ONE HOUR." Always rude about it too. Never going to this Tim's again.

I love this Tim Hortons. Clean, quick and friendly service. Only suggestion from a customers point of view would be to add a bubble mirror so people exiting the drive through can see the left side, as the bushes block the view.

Good food at manageable prices. I highly recommend checking your order before you leave because my orders have been screwed up numerous times. Maybe the staff needs a refresher on how to take an order properly.

Ordered through the app and still had multiple people served before me who had ordered in store. The coffee was burnt and when I returned to work I realized they had only given me 8 timbits instead of 10.

Slowest drive thru ever in the afternoons. 3 cars in the drive thru and it's still a 15 minute process Everytime. And the regular drive thru attendant definitely needs some customer service training.

They put my Boston cream doughnuts in separate boxes and the chocolate didn't melt all over each other and the bag. I didn't even ask them to do it. That's good service!
