One of the worst Tim Hortons in the city. Tim Bits are old most of the time when you buy in the evening. I took the drive through and I was the only car in the lane, they were impatient and couldn’t wait till I took my card from my wallet. They asked me to keep the card ready while ordering, even though I was the only car in the lane. Once I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and they charged and gave me the wrap. They refused to change the order. Toilets are never clean. The staff are very rude and often converse in their native language. As I can understand the native language I have heard them joking around and pass comments on the customers in their native language. This is the only Tims on the way back from my wife’s office so I have visited them multiple times. WORST LOCATION IN THE CITY

Extremely poor customer service and very rude employee. Employees behave as if the customer has no respect and they can say anything they want even when its there mistake. Its like you pay and take what you get and leave. A tall guy, dark complexion, slim, (probablly Sri lankan) behave with me in an extremely disrespectful manner. Also the drive through people ( aged sri lankan lady) are senseless, only like to clear the traffic on the drive-through without listening to customer requests properly. I am giving this review are multi visits and problems faced and after getting disrespected few times.

Had a terrible experience at this Tim Hortons today. Came in at 1:00 pm for a drive through mobile order and I explained that I accidentally pressed the pickup in front button and if they could kindly give the order in to the drive through because we have a small baby in the car and we don’t want to get out. The woman and man working refused to walk the two steps to pick up the order from the front counter and forced us to get out to pick up the order in front. We had to wait in the line in the drive through and then again in the front counter. This is not acceptable behaviour when it could’ve been easily understood as human error on the mobile app.

The people that works on drive thru especially that lady in the morning is always rude! She rushes you all the time, doesn’t even care. Says bye when she still has your food in her hand. Doesn’t even give you time to put your food and drinks away properly. I had to tell her to wait as I was putting my food and drinks away. The food was even cold, it was old and the biscuit wasn’t even hot. The only reason I come back here is because it’s close to my son’s school. Definitely do not recommend.

They take too long, they don’t make the food until last minute, never had anything in stock, and they take forever to give your order. They need more employees to work there so they’re not as backed up and can have the orders ready when you drive to the window. Overall, they’re slow, they never have any you want in stock, and they need more employees so the can work faster, and be able to have the food prepared when at the window.

So difficult ordering a bagel with vegetables. A vegetable bagel sandwich. Like pulling a tooth. Not rocket science. A toasted bagel with lettuce, tomato, and cucumber with a slice of cheddar. Lettuce was not fresh, tomato had seen better days, and the cucumber was missing. Couldn't find a tray for my meal, but maybe I didn't look hard enough. The dining area was a tad untidy. I realize it's not a gourmet restaurant, but I expected a nicer sandwich.

SERIOUSLY!!? I go for a Boston creme and when I wanted to remove it from the bag that it was put it, the chocolate peeled away with the paper bag! Could it get worse? YES! The Boston cream has no filling! Could it get worse? YES! The donut was stale! I basically got a stale plain donut with a small amount of chocolate for the price of a premium donut. Horrible Experience!! I ordered a small Ice capp and was made a medium, which is great. I was asking what I was charged for, instead of giving me the receipt, the lady working grabbed my ice cream and put it in the trash. When I said no and please bring it back she screamed at me. I will definitely not be coming back to this location. Horrible Service.

Worst drive thru. Slow, no greetings, no thank you and get coffees and tea orders all wrong. Waited 20 mins in drive thru, was late for work 2 days in a row. While waiting, car in front of me left and car behind me left as well. Will never go back. I myself am in customer service, they need to be trained how to treat customers, not with attitude. Terrible.

This was the most disrespectful Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. They got my order wrong several times. They still expected me to pay for the wrong orders they gave me and also it was really hard to get my refund back without the manager gaslighting my situation with the employees. The employees were using derogatory words towards me. I as a customer felt very disrespected. This location has been the worse location in Toronto.

They are fast. Too fast! If they took a moment, maybe the order would be right more often. 2 out of 3 times, my order is wrong. The staff is not friendly; they don't have the time for pleasantries. The drive-through speaker is terrible. They can never hear, even when they actually listen. This is the closest Tim's to me. Otherwise, I would avoid it.

Eggshells and overcooked egg (plastic-y texture) in the breakfast egg muffin sandwich!! Sadly it was a takeout, so I couldn't go back. But please get the eggs right! No one wants the calcium-of-an-eggshell crunch. Ps. This is not the first time for Tim Horton's (last time was at another location). Gonna stick to donuts only from now on.

An absolutely great coffee every time. The staff here are very efficient and remember your preferences. Even at the drive through the staff are quick and polite. I go to this location for my morning coffee and I always appreciate the smiles and good mornings. The manager here is doing an excellent job of staffing his location and keeping the staff motivated and productive.

Staff ignores customers at the register. 7 staff working, everyone focused on drive through. The line was 6 people deep at the counter and they still didn't bother to check if we wanted to order. Had to loudly ask for assistance before somebody came to take our order. Then they went back to drive through instead of helping the couple behind us.

This morning I ordered an ice cap and a toasted bagel with butter . What I really got was mike with colouring and was barley cold and a bagel. I highly recommend that you don’t get food from here

Great location, very convenient drive through. It's also not as busy during peak hours, although sometimes you might hit a long line up of cars. The staff are fast and polite, haven't had one order messed up yet. I also love that they remember my regular order every time!

Ordered over 15 minutes in advance for a French Vanilla. Arrived and they didn't even start my order. Had to repeat my order number and order content 4 times to the staff. Finally got it. I guess I had to wait for those qued before me (look at photo, multiple flies).

Terrible experience when people line up and nobody cares you are waiting… takes forever to take the order, and the stuff just keep making mistake with the order. Apparently they don’t know what to do

Ordered a Turkey Bacon Club and a Chicken Wrap Ranch. Took very long to do and the store is not even busy. Disappointing.
