Bro their customer service is so bad I ordered a medium iced capp and when I got to the counter after paying their was an iced capp their and I asked her is it mine and she said I don't know and walked away and I was standing therefor 15 mins after someone finally told me it's mine like bro have some respect for my time smh …

The drive thru is the worst . You need to teach your staff about customer service . It is ridiculous how their staff make faces while taking order . First of all they gave us the wrong order when i told her the order is wrong she made extremely rude faces . Please learn to greet the customers . Very unproffesional staff

I rarrely come to this location to grab a coffee. My experience was always okay with this location. Food runs out quick. Coffee is average. Sometimes delicious sometimes just water added. Overall not so bad. You can have a visit if you are passing by and have an urge to drink coffee or eat something!!

I come here daily, often twice because it’s close to home and I pass by on my way to and from work. Every once in a while I get grinds in my coffee , today it was like they dumped the basket of grinds in my coffee I got the hugest mouthful so I dumped what was left. Gross. More

Just ordered a step tea from drive thru around 10pm, my tea was properly cold. Further the cup was dripping from bottom which mess up my car. Totally idiots. This was not even first time happening to me. They always mess up with the order. This location is worst. More

I have been to many Tim Hortons coffee shops and if this is the one at Ellesmere and Neilson then all I can say is this is a very good one. Consistent quality of coffee and a wonderful diversity of courteous staff. Believe me I have seen worst branches. More

I had an earl grey and an old-fashioned glazed. My friend had a coffee and an apple fritter. Everything was great, but my tea was not as strong as before when they used to carry the Higgins brand (They have their own brand now).
