If I could give 10 stars out of 5, I would!!! GREAT team at Tom's Auto Clinic! I had called them with a real "head scratcher" issue which had baffled me, and on the phone with them, they recommended a course of action that I could take myself and save on a potentially costly repair: they said I should check the grounding strap from the engine to the frame on my 2012 Fiat 500. I replaced the ground strap myself (it wasn't hard and cost me less than $30). The exceptional expertise and willingness to save me potentially a LOT of money was nothing short of AMAZING. They diagnosed it (NAILED it, even) OVER THE PHONE, and it was something I could do myself. Who does that?!?! I now have a "GO TO" Auto Repair center I will use exclusively for all my auto repair needs going forward!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!

We went here based on positive reviews after losing my regular mechanic. We ended up going back multiple times and dropping more money each time with no resolve for the same issue being told it was something different each time. Because the vehi kept randomly cutting off on my husband we finally decided to go elsewhere because we dropped about $2000 into Toms Auto Clinic and the issue wasn't fixed. The other place diagnosed, fixed the issue same day of the appointment and explained how they found and fixed the problem in terms I could understand. We have not had a problem since but it is sad we spent all that money for nothing on top of the waste of time and hassle of getting stranded over and over.

A great bunch of guys. I highly recommend them. I would not be putting my name on this unless I was 100% positive of their work. I have never had a single problem from them and I have recommended them to a lot of people. They are the kind of people that will tell you if they can fix it or if they can’t fix it. Not like the idiot on E. Washington St. they said that they could fix the company van, and just destroyed the wiring harness the wires even burnt and melted together. But Tom’s auto clinic Robert, doing the work has the company van running top notch. With over 700,000 miles on this van it runs now like it’s brand new. Glenn Graves

Had a hub stuck in a rear wheel knuckle that I couldn’t get out, and no idea where to turn. Local machine shop recommended Tom’s and it’s been one of the best recommendations I’ve ever received. Not only did they get the hub pressed out, but then they went above and beyond to explain the issue and how they got it out and charged me a very fair rate. Plus, they treated me as good as anyone could hope. From Tom’s daughter at the front desk to all the mechanics I met (Robert and a few others), I could not have asked for a better people experience. Despite living on the NW side, anything beyond my abilities I’ll take to Tom’s.

The best of knowledge for your vehicle I've been to a lot of other Mechanics but Tom's knows everything about vehicles mechanically and The Price is Right better than any dealership in Indiana So I had a short in my wheel speed sensor actually a break in the wire if you can see some lol he found it fixed it like new Tom's autoclinic is awesome try them out you will not be disappointed!!! Toms auto clinic is probably the only place I really trust even if my car wasn’t exactly right he always takes the extra effort to figure it out. He honors his work with warranty repair and replacement. I’ve had to do this due to faulty auto parts and I know it’s not his fault but he has made it right every time thanks !

My car did not get fixed and was kept for weeks after the 2nd time I had to take it back to let them know about the issue not being fixed. They weren’t able to figure out how to fix it but weren’t even willing to give a partial refund or offer any other complementary service.

Amazing work for great price; extremely knowledgeable and helpful, I can truly say they went WAY above and beyond to help me get my clunker back to being road-worthy. I'm never taking my vehicle anywhere else, thank you guys so much!!
