Store is nice, staff is friendly but I have notice that if I go into store from the right side there's never any hand baskets,I have to walk to the other side by the Starbucks just to find one. I do all that whomever is doing the produce area to keep an eye on produce, there has been a few times I've seen mold on some of the products.
It’s a nice location, but they aren’t great at clearing expired and/or spoiled food. Produce is pretty obvious, but double check the dates on everything, particularly items on sale. The aisle with deli meats, sausages, bacon, etc. is a frequent offender in my experience.
Was in a rush and left a bag with over $20 of fresh seafood in it at the checkout after paying for it. Realized when I got home and quickly called the store and they had so kindly saved the bag I left behind, in the cooler section! A family
This is a clean store. However, it is a bit cramped and small on the inside. At my visit there were only two lines open and there were a lot of people waiting to get checked out. The prices are a little bit higher then the competitor which
Slowest.Starbucks.Ever. You're better off driving to that Starbucks across town; ordering a large souffle and an espresso-sized coffee (using old-school stove top percolator); drive back home to catch the entire recap of previously watched
Me and my wife are dinner from Tom thumb in the dinner is still in the refrigerator because my wife did not like the macaroni and cheese out of the deli area it was too dry and she didn't eat it and the chicken the chicken is still sitting
Small, tiny, smaller than an Aldi standard store. It's not easy to shop even without a cart, with a cart it's a nightmare walking those isles.... The worst part, parking that's shared with other businesses. Spots are narrow and one has to
Great customer service! I was looking for the pizza dough in the deli and was told they didn't carry it. The cashier went out of her way and called to check for me. Justin ,the store manager, looked in the back and couldn't find any so he
Consistently rotten and moldy produce. The broccoli picture was taken on 11/28/2021 (on the shelf) and the moldy green banana picture was taken on 12/28/2021 after I had purchased it unfortunately. Anytime I have gotten broccoli from here
I love this Tom Thumb. All the staff are friendly and helpful- especially the lady that closes down the flower department in the evenings. She last minute helped my boyfriend with some surprise flowers once and she helped grab me a trash
I order using the app almost twice a week and in the late morning mostly. Always items are missing / out of stock - even the simplest things. Delivery service is haphazard. The instructions are simple - some manage it very well / others
Had my first discriminative/ racist moment at this location today while picking up an ubereats order. I also ordered food from the deli for myself so I had to do 2 separate orders. This lady rushed behind me and stood about 1 foot away,
I wanted to take the time to thank Janine in the floral department for being so kind to me today. I was purchasing a small arrangement for a birthday and while standing in line to check out, she brought over a nice box, tissue paper and
I’d received an offer for non-dairy cheese but when I drove to Irving to redeem it, they didn’t have it and refused to write a rain-cheque! The mgr offered shredded cheese instead and as I was looking at the flavours, said she had only
Jaycee was very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable of the product of the store. He went above and beyond to assist me in my shopping experience. He is definitely a great asset to the company. Thank you so much Jaycee‼️ …
This is one of my favorite grocery stores....can't put my finger on it, but its selections seem to have been curated. Great fresh fruit and vegetables and things in the aisles that you can find intuitively. They even carry some items
I stopped in earlier Wednesday evening to get some fish, produce, and a few other things. Everything was great until I got to checkout. I said hello to the checker (Onebreisha) and she just looked at me and kept scanning. She was so
Very nice store. Everyone is friendly. They have a very well thought out floor plan. I like that they offer a lot of organic fruits and vegetables. I didn't buy wine but I did see they had quite a selection. It was very close to the
Nice location and always fully stocked with veggies. I wish they had more vegan options available. They always have really nice flowers to greet you once you enter the store. The staff could be friendlier. …
I honestly don’t know how this location hasn’t gotten a class action law suit. Seafood is usually rotten; eggs are gone bad; customer service is non existent. Is it customer’s fault to keep on taking this abuse?
Shelves are consistently, half empty, some products entirely missing. These products can easily be found at other larger, grocery stores within a mile or a mile and a half to the store. Recommend avoiding.
This location on Inwood is great! Everything is nice and fresh ...a little more expensive than Kroger ..but..there's always karts in the store available..not over crowded and they actually have cashiers!
Clean store, fresh produce and a good selection of alcohol. The staff is really helpful and pleasant. Big selection of organic goods! There is always a sale on something so it makes it fun to shop here.
I come here 2-3x a week around 6-7pm. The last six months there have been more issues with staff maintaining the meat/fish counter. Have had to wait for extended periods of time on multiple occasions.
Use this store on a regular basis. Layout very nice easy to find things but they are limited on what they sell probably because this particular store is on the small side but nevertheless convenient.
Can you please add two additional designated cart racks into the parking lot? It’s extremely inconvenient to return carts and would decrease time for staff to get carts back into the store.
Love having the Tom thumb next door to home. The best part is not having to stress about checking out your own groceries, especially vegetables!! Thank you for keeping checkers employed..
This Tom Thumb is relatively small but it has all the essentials. The store is very organized and clean. The organic fresh produce is under stocked and this area could be enhanced.
Best grocery store in the downtown Dallas area by far. Clean location. Prices are a bit elevated to a Kroger or Trader Joe’s but the quality and option array is much better!
Good smaller Tom Thumb store with excellent meat and seafood counter. Also has deli, sushi, bakery, and Starbucks. Good produce section. Pleasant shopping. Small selection.
The store does not have enough shopping carts. Today there were no shopping carts inside, and not even any in the outside receptacle area. Order some more shopping carts!
Terrible…they never anything in stock and their vendors screw them over constantly Never any flavors of Powerade or Gatorade no sugar…don’t ever have any flavors
This is a boutique version of the Super Tom Thumb grocers, offering upgraded brand choices, including wines & beers, as well as the freshest deli & bakery items.
Ever time I go to the deli for dinner everything is old and dried up, don't waste your time going there for fresh food. Go to Brookshire or Kroger.
Still not happy with this location. Prices are high and they're always out of my preferred brands. At these prices just go to Central Market.
Very nice grocery store, nicest I've been to in a while. All organic fruits and vegetables. Even the meat is cheaper than Sam's and Walmart.
My least favorite TT. Always smells like a dirty Petco, or backed up sewer. Does anyone actually buy the seafood from here? Lord help you
I was so excited when this store opened. Unfortunately I have decided to do my weekly shopping elsewhere.
