My wife went to Mr Shah at the counter with 2 bulbs to see if he can help and get her those. He was impolite and said that the books are there for a reason he cannot help.. when she asked about help again he refused and starting abusing saying i have other customers waiting .. even the customer realised what he did was wrong and they challenged him only for him to walk off don’t want to do a job there are thousands who want one.. Fortunately a manager helped

In a customer service role, when you turn up for the job you know there will be a few challenges. Customers will not know or care if you had a bad day. So don't be patronising or showing attitude when serving people on the counter. I appreciate it's a bank holiday weekend and you may want to be elsewhere but serving with a smile goes a long way Samina. Arguing with customers and showing your frustration is not a Toolstation that's you.

I bought combi Bauker 18v drill from tool station . That is not working properly suddenly they stopped even that is full charge better. Drill is in warranty and they said i am nothing to do with this drill . The asian guy said I don’t know how you use drill its fine and i am not replacing or refund you. They can’t understand my problem he just arguing .drill bought in Nov 2020 . Totally disgusting behaviour.

Always there is only two tills or sometime even one till person available. The same person taking order and then getting the items from behind and then taking the money from the customer always builds up the queue. Why they don't adopt Screwfix's way so that one person takes the order and money and another person inside process it and deliver the items to the right customer.

Popped in quickly as a matter of urgency as water pipe broke and needed a connector to fix it. Rude Member of staff told me he is here only to type in catalog nr and collect payment when asked which one would be the best to use. May as well order it online and what's the point having sales staff when you could just Argos it...

Went in for some gutter sealant and looked everywhere but couldn't find. Found a store employee who was most helpful and took me to the exact shelves and showed me the range of products with some explanation. Said if I needed anymore help to just ask. That's what you need in stores like this, will definitely come back.

Frequently use this store, worst staff ever especially a girl named Gurpreet, huge attititude problem and rude to very customer, have noticed her rudeness several times when queuing, queues are always long and staff are normally hovering round the back of the counter, avoid this branch..... Absolutely useless.

I do like to come to wicks and promtly to compare the prices with toolstation online while in the store. They do sell a lot the same items. Mostly so far were cheaper comparing with Wickes. As well check out very easy placing order online while in the queue and just collecting items with minimum contact.

I paid online and been waiting in the click and collect queue by myself for 15 mins. Only 1 normal counter was operating initially, then she called 1 other collegue who instead of attending to the click and collect counter, opened another counter for a non existent queue. What a mess.

On arrival today Ken wasn,t at all well having tried lifting sacks of compost. Both Staff and member,s of public responded quickly to help Ken and I. They impressed me with their kindness and help; May God bless them and keep them safe especially in these times.

Really pleased with the service from the friendly lads over at Toolstation Barking especially Garry and Shah. They were really efficient and helpful and I would definately recommend this store to my family and friends.

I bought a Lazer distance meter, when I came home and opened it, it had one battery inside and one in the box. There was scratches on the glass, it had lots of dust. This was definitely used. I’m very disappointed.

Awful. Never believe your click and collect item will actually be there even when the website says there's 8 in stock. Then, when you speak to the manager, don't expect any help! Very rude, and very slow.

Popped in and ended up buying a macmillian charger, there isn't much stock on show so i assume it's more of a click and collect location? It wasn't clear where people were meant to queue for the tills...

Customer service very unfriendly, never got smiled, speaking on another language while serving me. I do like Toolstation, but something must be changed specifically at Barking branch.

This is a big size electrical tools station in barking. When you go this store, you will get a book, see this book any note the tools code and tell the stuff. You will get your tools.

Helpfull staff they have a Romanian girl which it's nice because we can ask her for help when we don't understand and the girl it's always jumping to help .

Managers are rude. Turn over of staff is disgusting. 2 women that work here were sexually assaulted and managers just ignore it and get rid of staff!
