I have been using this branch for a few days now and have been asked on several occasions to leave a review. Mohammed, this one’s for you; You are consistent with your service and represent the Toolstation brand well. I have looked at the leaflet you gave me about credit and will consult my superior’s to see if we can get an application in. I only ask one thing if you, please get some more staff. It’s clear as day the branch is overwhelmed with customers at times, I hope that if my review is read by your seniors they take on this feedback. I do appreciate the level of service you provide and hope in the near future that your burden is reduced. All the best young man, keep up the good work.

Exceptional service. Great team with a lot having changed since I first shopped here back in 2018. The service use to be average but I am seeing the calibre of recruitment that has been carried out at this branch and can say whoever is behind it is doing a fine job. I use to be served by a young Easter European woman who would always have something to complain about, clearly not demonstrating loyalty to the business she was working for. Today I was served by a young man who blew me away with his charisma and enthusiasm. Thank you Mr Mohammed. You clearly demonstrate what customer service is and what loyalty to a business means.

Had a wonderful experience at this store recently and highly recommend this place for any tools and accessories needed for any jobs you might be undertaking. Their set up during this pandemic is commendable and makes me feel safer than a lot of other places i.e. neighbours. Mo helped me get the items I needed and went above and beyond to accommodate, I’m not the easiest customer as I don’t know the names of some tools but he was able to ascertain what they were and direct me to those purchases. Top quality service, I’ll definitely be back!

Been in to the branch few times for buying materials and tools-very good experience.Been once to return item and was so terrible experience,so rude member of their team(female with short multicoloured hair and tatoos all around) i don't know the name but was so easy to remember the looks of this member! Be aware of her not to get the worst experience in shop ! The rest of the times spot on experience !

Great place for trade purchases. Toolstatipn specifically is very well stocked and you can check stock levels on their website and even do click and collect. There is parking available for cars and vans no issue. The shops directly surrounding toolstation are great also, there is joinery, electrical, paint, and general trade supplies. Worth a visit if you're local, it's a hidden gem.

When visiting a few times I have been provided with a positive and friendly service by the toolstation team. However on a recent Visit a woman with brown/blonde hair (I didn’t manage to get her name) had a very hostile demeanour when I asked for her assistance.I’m appalled by her attitude towards customers and hope I don’t receive this type of service in the future.

It's a pleasure to finally be able to enter this branch to make purchases. The Click and Collect service during the lockdown was superb, however it's nice to be able to be served within the store by a team who are clearly striving towards making sure us customers are satisfied with our purchases. Hats off to the new store manager who is clearly leading by example.

Excellent set up during this Covid crisis. Felt safer shopping at this Toolstatiom branch then the Screwfix next door. I was very happy to see they took orders over the counter. Would recommend this branch as the team were very helpful. A special mention for Mohammed as he did ask me to do a review when i get a minute. Stay safe and all the best with your career.

Was very pleased with the service I received from Mohammed and Joseph on Sunday. They were both communicated with each other well to ensure I left with my collection happy. I went to Bermondsey tool station after I went screwfix and had terrible service Tool station had a young ladies called Charlotte that was very helpful good customer service now a days is very rare and her customer service was brilliant I will be using this store and company for any further purchases needed for my home

Dont recommend this place to anyone. I ordered a product online to pick up the next day. And after 3 days still waiting. I came to the store twice already, aMd noone gives you any answer. Stay away of this store! Amazon is much better and customer service is very good compared to this

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, Mohammed is an asset to Toolstation. I have been served by this same Gentleman in Eltham and now in Bermondsey, his service is impeccable! Always cheery and goes the extra mile to ensure customers are looked after! Well done lad!

I havent used Toolstation before but after my experience at the Bermondsey branch I will definately be returning. Experienced friendly staff & the service I received from a supervisor Keith was efficient & he explained everything brilliantly to a very silly lady, me!!

They placed order for pickup at shop the order was cancelled asked for refund but they give a number to call and ask me to call find out why cancelled and beg for refund worst experince ever I will stay away forever and will tell everybody I know at this business.

Visited the store today. Was asked to wear a mask which was not surprising considering the current climate. Got what I needed and was out in a jiffy. Thank you guys at this branch for being so cheerful at times like these. Miles better then the Screwfix next door.

ordered some paint when we collected they give us wrong color went back to the store they didn't want to exchanged just because they don't have any bare code at time on collection. But they admitted they give us wrong ( color) product.Very helpful staff.

Excellent service.Was served this morning by the girl with tattoos and long blonde, brown hair.. she was easy to talk to and helped me find hose connectors as i wasn't too sure.. was lovely to be served with a smile and knowledge. Will be back in future

Was struggling with some DIY yesterday and the staff in there spent a lot of time and effort trying to help me and figure out what I needed to do. We got there in the end and they were really helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend
