I’ve walked past this place a few times and thought it looked nice, so I was confused with so many reviews simultaneously declaring it the “worst” and “best” coffee. I decided to give it a go and thought my iced coffee without cream was pretty damn good, maybe a little on the strong side so take this into account if it’s not to your taste. The pancakes were awesome, the caramelised banana could have had a bit more caramelisation but I dont really like banana so didn’t eat much of it anyway. I thought they must have been getting friends to write reviews saying the staff were really friendly but they actually really were.

A wheelchair came in while I was eating and had no problem finding a spot at a table in the rear half of the shop. A larger scooter might be limited to tables at the front.

Owners have changed since Covid and it really shows. Both mum and I order poached eggs, and what we got really was disappointing, two perfectly formed hard eggs, no soft yolk anywhere near these eggs, when the staff were informed they offered to recooking and see if they could do better, but having seen other versions of the same in the restaurant we declined. They suggested there may be something wrong with their timer, but it was obvious these eggs had been microwaved to this hard boiled consistency. We won’t be returning. Oh and the bread was less than appetising having a sponging consistency on day old bread having been toasted. We watched an elderly man with the same order struggle to cut his bread and eggs as to their rubbery state

Food was presented nicely. Service was quick (we were the only customers) and price average. Sub-par food and service. Average coffee. We ordered Bacon & Cheese French Toast and the Brekky Combo (big breakfast). Parts of both meals looked and tasted microwaved. Bread didn’t taste fresh and toast was hard and crumbly. We were the only customers but waitress didn’t even offer us water when we sat down. Had to the counter and grab it ourselves. The lady chef in the kitchen was dressed like she had just came back from the gym and her long hair wasn’t even tied back—which is standard food handling and hygiene protocol. Probably not coming back

Disappointing. Food took forever to arrive, then when it did, I had no serviette (pet hate) and I had finished my coffee which came almost as soon as I sat down. It was nothing special, I could've made it myself at home, so wasn't impressed. It wasn't worth the $$$ I paid for it. Cutlery wasn't the best either, the fork bent when I was attempting to get some bacon on it! Won't be back. This venue has now, 5mths later, replied to my review. 5mths! Needless to say their (lack of) attention to reviews, matches their lack of attention to their offering of good and services. I will most definitely not be back.

Probably my favourite cafe in the west and that's alot to say as I'm sure there is plenty out there but if you're looking for great breakfast and lunch this is the place to go. Customer service is amazing and the atmosphere is beautiful. Definitely recommend this cafe to anyone looking for a great feed.

Ordered waffles and ice cream this morning. It was served with something that was not in description, dead fruit flies! Also provided with dirty cutlery and tissues. The iced chocolate was served hot!!! The staff had no idea of the menu and no customer care skills. Very disappointed. Trying to support local businesses but this is not what we expect fr $35 spent on these 3 items. Will never go back !! I hope the owner is watching these and make it better fr their customers in future.

Had gone to get brekkie from the coffee club but it was full. So went looking for an alternative and ended up at Toscanini's. Though it was short staffed but both the lady at the counter as well as the chef who was serving too were doing a fabulous job. We ordered an eggs Benedict and a big brekkie. Came out good. Kiddo enjoyed her baby chino too. Their ambience is refreshing too and nicely set tables. Would definitely visit again. And yes, definitely recommended.

The cafe is under new management and it shows. The staff including the owner Patty were committed to great customer service and were very friendly and Polite. Kylie was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. Food tested good and the portions are generous, considering the quality, the prices are pretty reasonable also the coffee is really good . Will continue to visit. Highly recommended.

We found the food tasted good and was cooked as described, and each dish are well priced. The coffee and the orange juice were good. Tried this coffee shop once before and the coffee was below average. Today I bought a vanilla slice and not only was it over priced but it must of been sitting on the shelf for a week. The custard was dark, dry and crumbling off.. Returned it and bought one from Ferguson Plarre a few shops down, it was almost half the price and very fresh.

The strawberry milkshake was delicious for kids. The salmon and avocado sandwich and the chicken parmigiana was good too, as was the iced coffee. The staff were nice and friendly. Would go again.

Really like this place. An authentic Italian experience. The coffee is delicious, great beans and care in making it. I recommend the ice cream, it is awesome! This joint is always packed but not in a bad way, just full because it's a bit of a local's hangout. Easily accessible from the front door near first choice liquor. I wish they did big breakfasts here

It looked amazing and the food was delicious I ordered the eggs Florentine on gluten free toast. The only problem was the menu stated at the bottom that there was a gluten free and vegan menu available but when I asked about it they said there wasn't one and the only gluten free food was toast but overall it was a great atmosphere and yummy food.

The sweet chilli chicken wrap would be much nicer if the chicken wasn’t fake processed chicken. It brought the quality down of the wrap a lot. Didn’t finish it. For the price u would expect quality chicken. coffee was nice & kids liked milkshakes.

Poor Quality Cafe. Coffee came cold, food at different times - with one meal being totally forgotten after 35minutes of waiting and the whole table finishing already. Croissants and sweet treats were of poor quality, as if they had been bought and on the shelf for a while. Customer service was average.

The food here was amazing! The staff was really friendly and I would like to have a similar cafe in my neighborhood too.

We had Tuna Patties and Hash Stack. Patties and Hash Browns appear store bought. Mayo on Patties not a good mix. Although both meals edible there are a variety of places in Caroline Springs that put more care into their food. Coffee was ok.

The food was excellent and everyone was very friendly.Also there was alot of desserts. I would like to have this restaurant next to my house. There are many nice foods options here

Hearty, unpretentious and old school Italian lunch. Think great coffee served alongside pastas and breakfast staples. We were told it's been under new management for about 5-6 months now.
